打ち抜き工具(5)の下流に配置され、切断チョッパーを有する落とし込み式切断機(11)とを備える打ち抜きステージにおいて、
制御・監視装置(7)は、欠陥品の包装体(3)を検出するごとに、打ち抜きの位置・姿勢へと打ち抜き工具(5)がシフトするのを阻止するように構成され、これにより欠陥品の包装体(3)が帯状シート(4)から切り離されずに帯状シート(4)と共に落とし込み式切断機(11)に送り込まれるようになっており、
打ち抜き工具(5)の下流に、欠陥品の包装体(3)中に製品を受け入れるために形成されたたカップ部(8)の輪郭、及び/または製品の輪郭を捉えるためのセンサー(15)が、落とし込み式切断機(11)の切断チョッパー(12)でもって、製品の間にて帯状シート(4)の切断を行うために設けられていることを特徴とする打ち抜きステージ。
