Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for exchanging bolts embedded in a concrete slab, and particularly relates to a method for exchanging the nut while preventing the nut from rotating together when only the bolt is replaced while leaving the nut. Is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when forming concrete by placing steel girders on bridges, elevated roads, etc., steel girders are manufactured at the factory, but are transported by being divided into about 10m due to transportation restrictions. It is connected with bolts.
And since concrete is struck to this steel girder and a concrete floor slab is formed, a part of high strength bolt which connects this steel girder is in the state embedded in the concrete floor slab.
[0003]
As for this bolt, for example, a bolt used for connecting a bridge girder was an F11T bolt until the revision of the JIS standard in 1979.
However, the F11T bolt has a problem in delayed fracture resistance (a phenomenon in which fracture occurs after a lapse of years), and F10T bolts that are superior in delayed fracture resistance are now being used.
[0004]
For this reason, the work which replaces the bolt of the bridge manufactured in the past with F10T bolt is performed.
In this bolt replacement work, as shown in FIG. 1, the bolt head and nut are open, and the abdomen and
[0005]
However, it is difficult to replace the
For example, as shown in FIGS. 6 (A) and 6 (B), it is possible to replace the concrete floor slab from the top surface of the floor slab or from the haunch part, but in this case, traffic is restricted during construction. In addition, after replacing the bolt, it is necessary to refill the concrete in the suspended portion, which is laborious, time consuming and costly.
[0006]
Therefore, for the
[0007]
However, since the bolts and nuts that have been used for some time have been rusted, the bolts are removed, so even if you rotate them in the loosening direction, the nuts may rotate with the bolts, and the bolts will not come out. To do.
When the nuts rotate together, the concrete floor slab is removed, and the nuts are pressed with a spanner to remove the bolts. However, this is a difficult operation as described above, so this part of the bolts are almost replaced. It was not possible.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the bolt embedded in the concrete floor slab is replaced with only the bolt while leaving the nut, when the nut rotates together with the bolt, the bolt is replaced while preventing the nut from rotating together. The purpose is to obtain a construction method.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
It is a method of exchanging bolts embedded in concrete slabs, dropping the bolt head, drilling a pin hole that reaches the nut through the connecting plate, steel girder, and washer, and a detent pin in the pin hole , Insert a pierced hole in the axial direction of the shaft of the bolt whose head has been dropped, drive a rupture bolt removal tool into the pierced hole, and remove the ruptured bolt. The tool was turned in the opposite direction of the screw direction of the bolt, leaving the nut, removing the bolt, and replacing it with a new bolt.
[0010]
Further, when a steel girder is flange-connected without using a connecting plate, a pin hole that reaches the nut through the flange and washer of the steel girder is drilled.
Furthermore, when an inch size bolt is used, the bolt head and the bolt shaft portion are machined into a metric size, and a bolt in which an inch size screw is formed on the bolt screw portion is used.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a bridge having a concrete slab, FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the main part, FIG. 3 is a view showing a state in which a nut is prevented from being rotated according to the present invention, and FIG. [0018]
By the way, inch-sized bolts are used in bridges and the like manufactured by the Showa 30s. Therefore, in this case, it is necessary to use inch-sized bolts for screwing with the remaining nuts.
However, currently, metric size bolts are generally used, and inch size bolts are not used or manufactured.
[0019]
For this reason, when newly producing an inch-sized bolt, it must be installed from the production line, and the cost becomes extremely expensive and a long delivery time is required.
Therefore, using a metric-sized bolt base material that is currently manufactured, a threading tool such as an inch-sized rolling die is attached to a metric-sized bolt manufacturing line, and as shown in FIG. The
[0020]
Bolts with this inch size screw can be manufactured at the same low cost and short delivery time as a metric size bolt by using a metric size bolt base material and production line by simply preparing a new inch size threading tool. it can.
In addition, since the bolt having an inch-size screw is used to process an inch-size screw only in the

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, when replacing the bolt embedded in the concrete floor slab, even if the nut rotates together, the nut is prevented from rotating without removing the concrete floor slab, leaving the nut, It is now possible to pull out and replace only.
