iu=im・sinωt
iv=im・sin(ωt−2π/3)
iw=im・sin(ωt−4π/3)
Φ=Φm・cosθ
B=Bm・cosθ
IU=Im×sinωt
IV=Im×sin(ωt−2π/3)
IW=Im×sin(ωt−4π/3)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rotary synchronous machine having a field winding and an armature winding on a stator (stator) side, and in particular, thrust control capable of arbitrarily controlling thrust in a direction along a rotation axis is possible. The present invention relates to a rotary synchronous machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Synchronous motors include rotating armature, rotating field, and inductor types. A rotary armature type synchronous motor includes a field pole provided on a stator and an armature winding wound around the rotor. The rotating field type synchronous motor is composed of an armature winding wound around a stator and a field pole provided on the rotor. The field pole in the rotary field type synchronous motor is composed of a permanent magnet attached to the rotor or a field winding excited by a direct current. The inductor-type synchronous motor includes a field pole and an armature winding provided on a stator, and a gear-shaped uneven inductor provided on a rotor.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Rotating field type synchronous motors are widely used as rotational driving force sources for machine tool spindles, etc., because armature windings are provided on the stator, so there is no mechanical damage or breakage, and insulation is easy. ing.
However, a permanent magnet provided on the rotor as a field pole is expensive because the permanent magnet itself is expensive, must be firmly attached to the rotor so that the permanent magnet is not separated, and the field is constant. It has drawbacks such as difficulty in capacity. In addition, a field winding wound around a rotor as a field pole requires a slip ring or a rotating transformer for supplying a field current to the rotor side, which has the disadvantage that the structure is complicated. Have.
[0004]
On the other hand, the rotational driving force source generates a rotational force (torque), but does not generate a thrust (thrust) in the rotational axis direction. Therefore, conventionally, when rotational force and thrust in the direction of the rotational axis are required, a linear drive force source for thrust generation is provided separately from the rotational drive force source, and both rotational force and thrust are separately supplied. Controlling both the rotational force and the thrust by controlling with. In this case, since at least two power sources are required, a relatively large space is required. Basically, most of the configuration is such that the entire rotational power source is driven by a linear driving force source.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a thrust-controllable synchronous machine capable of simultaneously controlling rotational force and thrust with a single synchronous machine.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a thrust type controllable synchronous machine according to the present invention is provided along a stator and an inner peripheral surface of the stator, and extends in a radial direction around a rotation axis. A cylindrical belt-shaped magnetic body magnetically coupled between a cylindrical armature core having an armature winding wound around a slot sequentially in a rotation direction and an inner peripheral surface of the armature core A rotor having a plurality of magnetically separated members along the rotational direction and the armature core are magnetically separated from each other and magnetically applied to one side surface of the cylindrical belt-shaped magnetic body of the rotor. A first field core having a field winding for generating a rotating magnetic pole and the armature core are magnetically separated from each other, and the rotor cylinder is coupled to the stator. Provided in the stator so as to be magnetically coupled to the other side of the belt-like magnetic body; Rotating the rotor by controlling the magnitude of the field current supplied to the first and second field cores, with a second field core having field windings for generating the rotating poles Current control means for controlling the thrust in the axial direction, and further, a cylindrical belt-shaped permanent magnet is provided on each outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical belt-shaped magnetic body of the rotor, and the cylindrical belt-shaped magnetic body of the rotor At least one of the side surfaces is formed by a tapered conical slope, and the first and second field cores are magnetically coupled to the cylindrical slope.
Therefore, by providing the field cores on both sides of the rotor and appropriately controlling the magnitude of the field current, the moving position of the rotor in the direction of the rotation axis can be controlled. Moreover, the thrust in the rotating shaft direction of the rotor can be controlled by controlling the current supplied to both field cores by the current control means. Furthermore, the provision of the cylindrical belt-like permanent magnet allows the rotor to rotate according to the current supplied to the armature winding without supplying a field current. Then, by controlling the magnitude of the field current, it is possible to control the rotational force and the thrust in the direction of the rotational axis.
In addition, by making the shape of the magnetic body tapered, it is possible to secure a moving distance in the axial direction that is sufficiently larger than the gap between the magnetic body and the field core, thereby reducing the excitation current and improving the thrust characteristics. It can be carried out.

In order to control the magnitude of the torque T, it is only necessary to control the magnitude of the current flowing through the field winding and the armature winding. Magnetic flux is also generated by the armature current, but the magnetic resistance of the rotor in the direction of the magnetic flux is increased and is not easily magnetized.

Thus, by configuring the synchronous motor as in this embodiment, the field current supplied to the field coil for controlling the rotational torque is controlled without adding a special component for generating thrust. Thus, there is an excellent effect that the rotational force and the thrust can be controlled simultaneously.
[0028]
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a method of connecting the armature winding and the field winding. As shown in FIG. 2, when the field winding and the armature winding are mechanically wound so that the electrical angle is 90 degrees out of phase, the armature winding and the field The winding can be wound directly, and can be controlled as a direct winding AC motor with one inverter. In this case, it is possible to generate a desired thrust by separately providing a winding for thrust control in the field winding and controlling the magnitude of the field current of the field windings on both sides. . In addition, when the field winding and the armature winding are mechanically wound separately so as to be in the same phase without being 90 degrees out of phase in electrical angle, the field current and Control may be performed so that the phase with the armature current is shifted by 90 degrees. In this case, a desired thrust can be generated by controlling the magnitudes of the field currents of the field windings on both sides.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an embodiment when the synchronous motor of FIG. 1 is connected in series in the axial direction. As is apparent from the figure, the configuration of the synchronous motor itself is the same as that of FIG. The thrust control in the case where a plurality of the synchronous motors of FIG. 1 are connected in series is also performed in the same manner as in FIG. Although the case where two synchronous motors are connected to the series has been described, it is needless to say that three or more synchronous motors as shown in FIG. 1 may be connected to the series. The controllable thrust and rotational force can be increased according to the number of connections.

By configuring the AC servo motor system as shown in FIG. 13, the synchronous motor of the present invention operates as an AC servo motor, and rotates at a desired rotational speed and linearly moves with a predetermined thrust. . In addition, the rotational position of the rotating shaft is detected and the phase of the three-phase field current is controlled so that the magnetic pole center of the rotating shaft and the magnetic field center of the rotating magnetic field coincide with each other regardless of the position of the rotating shaft. It can always be rotated efficiently with maximum torque.

Magnetic materials include ferrous materials (pure iron / soft iron / carbon steel, cast steel, magnetic steel strip, non-oriented silicon steel strip, directional silicon steel strip, etc.), iron-nickel alloys (permalloy, isopalm, permin bar, etc.) ), Dust core (carbonyl dust core, permalloy dust core, sendust dust core, etc.), ferrite (spinel ferrite, composite ferrite (Mn-Zn ferrite, Cu-Zn ferrite, Ni-Zn ferrite, Cu-Zn) -Mg ferrite).
[0041]
In the embodiment of FIG. 1 and FIG. 11, the case where the field core is provided on both sides of the rotor has been described, but it may be provided on either side. In the case of multi-stage connection as shown in FIG. 8, the field core may be provided only in one direction. When the field core is provided on one side, positioning in the direction of the rotation axis cannot be performed, but thrust in only one direction can be generated. Moreover, you may support the rotor of FIG. 1 or FIG. In particular, in the case of FIG. 11, the suction force is acting in the radial direction, so that it is effective as a bearing.
[0042]
In the above-described embodiment, the synchronous motor has been described as an example. However, an induced electromotive force is generated in the armature winding by causing a current corresponding to the rotational position of the rotor to flow in the field winding. By taking it out, it can be used as a synchronous generator. At this time, a rotational position detector for detecting the rotational position of the rotor may be provided on the same rotational axis as the rotor, and the field current may be controlled in accordance with the rotational position.
[0043]
In the above-described embodiment, the 4-pole 24-slot or 2-pole 12-slot synchronous machine has been described. However, the relationship between the number of poles and the number of slots is not limited to this, and any combination may be adopted as appropriate. Needless to say, you can. Further, in FIG. 3, the field winding is described as an example of a single layer double winding. However, the field winding is not limited to this and may be a two layer double winding.
[0044]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the rotor is present inside the armature core has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and also in the case of a so-called outer rotor where the rotor is present outside the armature core. It goes without saying that the same applies.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
According to the rotary synchronous machine of the present invention, there is an excellent effect that both the rotational force and the thrust can be controlled simultaneously by one synchronous machine.
