Description
【0001】

【0057】
【0058】
ここで、Nst(i)は(数6)、K(i)は(数10)、Tst(i)は(数12)で表わされる。

[0007]
On the other hand, the rotation speed control method that controls the motor control voltage, for example, using the supplied power as the load voltage so that the fan rotation speed is constant, keeps the fan rotation speed constant regardless of the individual difference of the equipment. Even if the load is reduced due to clogging, the fan speed is constant. This method cannot compensate for the decrease in intake air, reduces the air volume and promotes the temperature rise of the equipment, and the safety device that stops the combustion at the time of filter sign and abnormal heating frequently operates with slight clogging There was a problem to say.
[0008]
The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, can prevent a rapid temperature rise of the device in a clogged state of the air filter, and notifies clogging with an appropriate amount of clogging, and further clogging. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hot air heater that can abnormally stop combustion when promoted and can be used with peace of mind by the user.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, a hot air heater of the present invention includes a burner that burns fuel, an exhaust gas generated by combustion, and a combustion chamber that mixes air taken in from the outside through an air intake port. A blower fan that supplies air taken from outside through the air inlet to the burner and sends warm air, a fan motor that drives the blower fan, and a rotational speed detector that detects the rotational speed of the blower fan When the air filter provided in the air inlet, the burner at each stage of and the multistage combustion amount in multiple stages of the controls the fuel supply to the burner and the rotation speed of the fan motor the burner a control device for proportionally controlling the fuel supply amount with respect to the rotational speed of the fan motor to the temperature detecting clogging of the air filter at a temperature of the combustion chamber And output devices, a clogging alarm that the clogging is informed reaches the first detection temperature of a predetermined amount, in accordance with the detected temperature of the combustion amount and the temperature detector of the burner, a plurality of thermal constant that is set in advance And a control means for correcting the target rotational speed by calculating based on the rotational speed constant of the fan motor, and the control device is configured so that the rotational speed detected by the rotational speed detector becomes the target rotational speed. The motor is controlled, and when the clogging reaches a predetermined second detection temperature, the control means starts correction of the target rotation speed, and the correction is performed at the first detection temperature at which clogging is notified. And the rotation speed ratio before the start of correction.
[0010]
As a result, when the air filter is clogged with dust, the temperature detector detects this, and continuously controls the target rotational speed according to the temperature detected by the temperature detector while controlling the rotational speed of the fan motor to the target rotational speed. It is corrected so as to increase.
[0011]
Further, the correction of the target rotational speed determines the degree of increase by giving the target rotational speed required at the first detected temperature for notifying clogging.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to one aspect of the present invention, a burner for burning fuel, a combustion chamber for mixing air taken from the outside through the exhaust gas and air inlet generated by combustion from the outside through the air inlet a blower fan for sending warm air to supply air to the burner taken, a fan motor for driving the blower fan, the rotation speed detector for detecting the rotational speed of the blower fan, provided in the air inlet The air filter, the fuel supply to the burner, and the rotational speed of the fan motor are controlled so that the combustion amount of the burner is multistage and the fuel supply amount to the burner in each stage of the multistage is a control device for proportionally controlling relative rotation speed, a temperature detector for detecting the clogging of the air filter at a temperature of the combustion chamber, the clogging predetermined amount A clogging alarm for informing reaches the first detection temperature, depending on the detected temperature of the combustion amount and the temperature detector of the burner, on the basis of a preset plurality of temperature constant rotation speed constant of the fan motor Control means for calculating and correcting the target rotational speed, the control device controls the fan motor so that the rotational speed detected by the rotational speed detection becomes the target rotational speed, the control means is the clogging rotational speed ratio of but starts target rotational speed of the correction reaches a predetermined second detected temperature, the rotational speed before the correction start the rotational speed required by the first detection temperature at which the correction is clogged notification The calculation is based on the above.
[0013]
Therefore, the target rotational speed is corrected so as to increase continuously according to the temperature detected by the temperature detector, and the target rotational speed correction is increased by giving the target rotational speed required at the first detection temperature for reporting clogging. determine the degree. If dust adheres to the air filter, the air flow rate can be increased to suppress the temperature rise of the exterior of the device, and the air flow rate and the exterior temperature can be reduced until the amount of dust adhering should be notified of clogging. It can be controlled with high accuracy.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the control means presets a third detected temperature at which the combustion is stopped and a fourth detected temperature at which the correction of the target rotational speed is finished. The fourth detection temperature in the previous period is higher than the first detection temperature and lower than the third detection temperature.
[0015]
Therefore, clogging is notified when the first detection temperature is reached, correction for increasing the rotational speed of the blower is stopped when clogging further progresses to the fourth detection temperature, and combustion is stopped when the third detection temperature is reached. Then, after notifying the clogging, the rotational speed of the correction of the blower was increased corrected by following the temperature rise of the body, to terminate early when it detects the fourth detection temperature, it promotes the temperature rise of the aircraft Thus, the device can be stopped in a short time after the clogging notification.
[0016]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the control means corrects the target rotational speed by increasing the rotational speed ratio as the combustion amount decreases.
[0017]
Then, the clogging notification timing can be controlled appropriately and accurately.
[0018]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect of the present invention, the rotational speed ratio for each combustion amount includes the rotational speed ratio K (min) for the minimum combustion amount and the rotational speed ratio K (for the maximum combustion amount). max) and the combustion amount stage n, which is given by (Equation 3). Therefore, the amount of blown air can be controlled more accurately, and the timing of clogging notification can be made appropriate.
[0019]
[Equation 3]
[0020]
According to a fifth aspect of the invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the control means corrects the target rotational speed by lowering the second detected temperature at which correction is started as the combustion amount is smaller. Therefore, the rotational speed can be controlled with high accuracy so that the amount of dust clogged in the filter becomes approximately the same according to the combustion amount.
[0021]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the fifth aspect of the present invention, the second detected temperature for starting correction for each combustion amount is a second detected temperature Tst (max) at the maximum combustion amount and a minimum combustion amount. Using the second detection temperature Tst (min) and the combustion amount stage n, the equation (4) is used. Therefore, fine control according to the amount of combustion becomes possible.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first to sixth aspects of the present invention, dust adheres to the air filter and other components by increasing the number of rotations of the fan motor according to the degree of clogging detected by the temperature of the combustion chamber. Even in such a case, since the temperature rise of the outer case can be suppressed so that there is no burn even if the outer case is touched, a hot air heater that can be used with high safety and safety can be provided.
[0061]
Further, the behavior of the fan motor is determined by the target rotational speed when the filter sign is operated, and the accuracy of the dust amount and the operating temperature of the filter sign notification can be improved, and high reliability can be ensured.
