Description
【0001】
ステップ102において、TWV(Two Way Valve)は燃料噴射弁20を表わす。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine (hereinafter, “internal combustion engine” is referred to as an engine), and more particularly to a fuel injection device that discharges air from a fuel supply system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 62-258160, high-pressure fuel pumped from a high-pressure pump is accumulated in an accumulator pipe, and high-pressure fuel accumulated at a constant pressure in the accumulator pipe is injected from a fuel injection valve. There is known a fuel injection device that performs the same.
In a stock pressure fuel injection system having a stock pressure chamber in the fuel supply system from the high pressure pump to the fuel injection valve, when air enters the fuel supply system and the engine cannot be started, a manual operation is provided on the low pressure side of the high pressure pump. Generally, air is vented from a fuel supply system by forcibly sending fuel from a fuel tank to a high-pressure pump by a priming pump of the type.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the process of running out of fuel and stopping the engine in a diesel engine or the like, the low pressure pump sucks air from the fuel tank together with the fuel and pumps it to the high pressure pump. Supplied to the fuel injection valve. Therefore, the engine stops with high-pressure fuel mixed with air remaining in the fuel supply system, so that air can be discharged from the fuel supply system against the pressure of the mixed fuel even if priming is performed manually. It is difficult.
[0004]
Even if you try to start the engine by filling the fuel tank with fuel with air mixed in the fuel supply system, the fuel mixed with air is injected from the fuel injection valve. There is a problem that it takes a long time to complete.
An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection device that discharges air remaining in a fuel supply system and can easily start an engine.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the fuel injection device of the first aspect of the present invention, the fuel injection valve has the control pressure chamber on the side opposite to the injection hole of the valve member, and has an electromagnetic valve for adjusting the fuel pressure in the control pressure chamber. And the control apparatus which discharges the air which stayed in the fuel supply system through the control pressure chamber by controlling a solenoid valve is provided. By discharging air from the fuel supply system, the engine can be easily started.
[0006]
According to the fuel injection device of the second aspect of the present invention, since air in the fuel supply system is discharged while the engine is stopped, it is possible to prevent erroneous air discharge control during engine operation .
[0007]
According to the fuel injection device of the first aspect of the present invention, since the fuel can be supplied to the fuel injection valve by the manual pump while air is discharged from the fuel supply system, the engine can be reliably started.
