[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the fuel injection valve having such a configuration, the hole diameter of the injection hole is very small. And in the processing of this nozzle hole, since it has a very small hole diameter and a divergent shape, it is very difficult. Moreover, since the dimensional accuracy of the nozzle hole directly affects the steady flow rate of the fuel, it is very difficult to control the dimensional accuracy. Therefore, an expensive machine tool and a large number of man-hours are required, and the cost is increased. Further, the production efficiency does not increase, which is a problem. Further, there is a problem that dimensional variation between the nozzle holes tends to increase.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and can easily process the nozzle holes, and can process less dimensional variation among the plurality of nozzle holes. A fuel injection valve that can reduce costs, improve productivity, and can form a thin fuel liquid film at the nozzle hole outlet, enabling fine atomization of the injected fuel The purpose is to obtain.

【The invention's effect】
A fuel injection valve according to the present invention includes a valve body having a fuel passage therein and a valve seat formed at an end thereof, and the fuel passage is closed by being seated on the valve seat and separated from the valve seat. A valve that releases the fuel passage, and an injection hole plate that is provided at the tip of the valve body and has an injection hole that injects fuel that flows out of the fuel passage when the valve is opened . The first cylindrical hole and the plurality of first cylindrical holes correspond to each other on a one-to-one basis , and are provided separately so as to communicate with the downstream side of the plurality of first cylindrical holes. A plurality of second cylindrical holes having a diameter larger than that of the columnar holes and inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the central axis of the first cylindrical holes. For this reason, the nozzle hole can be easily machined by connecting two cylindrical holes having different diameters and inclinations, and the variation in dimensions among the plurality of nozzle holes is reduced. Therefore, man-hours and costs can be reduced and productivity can be improved. Further, a thin fuel liquid film can be formed at the nozzle hole outlet, and the injected fuel can be finely atomized.
