Description
【0001】

[0063]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, It can change variously based on the meaning of this invention, and does not exclude them from the scope of the present invention.
[0064]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, in the injection nozzle, a cylindrical main body provided with a resin flow path disposed at the front end of the heating cylinder and opened at the spherical portion of the front end; A nozzle heater that is disposed around the main body and heats the resin in the resin flow path.
[0065]
And the heat insulation slit part provided with the groove | channel formed toward the radial inside from the outer peripheral surface of the main body is formed in the front-end part of the said main body.
[0066]
In addition, the heat insulating slit portion includes a ridge portion at a predetermined location in the circumferential direction of the main body, and a thin portion is formed between the ridge portions so as to be close to the resin flow path.
The protrusion is formed so as to reach the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the main body.
[0067]
In this case, since the distance from the inner peripheral surface of the resin flow path to the outer peripheral surface of the root portion is long, the tensile strength can be increased. Moreover, in the said thin part, since the distance from the inner peripheral surface of a resin flow path to the outer peripheral surface of a root part is short, the cooling effect of resin in a resin flow path can be made high.
[0068]
Further, since the cooling effect of the resin in the thin wall portion can be increased, even when it is necessary to use a resin having a low viscosity in the molten state or when it is necessary to increase the diameter of the nozzle port, the stringing is performed. In addition, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the occurrence of drooling or the like.
[0069]
Further, when an eccentric force is applied to the injection nozzle by a reaction force from the mold device when the injection nozzle is brought into contact with the mold device and the nozzle touch is performed, the eccentric force is applied as a bending force to the root portion. The tensile force is generated at a point 180 ° apart from the point at which the bending force acts, but the tensile strength of the ridge is increased, so that the tensile force and the accompanying bending stress are Even if it acts on the strip, the injection nozzle is not deformed, and the durability of the injection nozzle can be improved.
