BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cleaning device for cleaning a suction pipe of a pressure vessel used in a paint supply device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A coating material supply apparatus that feeds a coating material by pressure of a gas such as compressed air in a coating facility is known. In this type of paint supply apparatus, a paint container is accommodated in a pressure tank, and a suction pipe called a suction pipe is inserted into the paint in the paint container. Then, pressurized gas (for example, compressed air) is supplied to the inside of the pressure tank, and the paint inside the paint container is pumped to the pump unit through the suction pipe by the pressure of the gas and sprayed from the nozzle for painting. .
[0003]
In order to select a plurality of types of paints as needed and supply them to the coating nozzle, it is necessary to prepare a plurality of paint containers containing paints of a desired color. In this case, in order to pump different colors of paint from a plurality of paint containers using a single pressure tank and suction pipe, it is necessary to clean the suction pipe at the time of color change.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When cleaning the suction pipe, it is not possible to clean it sufficiently by simply passing the cleaning thinner through the suction pipe. In particular, the paint adhering around the opening (suction port) at the lower end of the suction pipe is difficult to drop, and cleaning unevenness may occur. For this reason, the suction pipe is conventionally cleaned manually, but since the thinner is used, there is a problem that the working environment is bad and the hands are rough.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning device for a paint supply device that can sufficiently clean a suction pipe without manual operation.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The cleaning apparatus according to the present invention includes a casing that can be accommodated inside the pressure vessel and has a suction insertion port into which the suction pipe is inserted at the upper end, and an upper side of the outer peripheral surface of the suction pipe that is inserted into the casing. First thinner supply means for jetting cleaning thinner into the casing toward the inside, and opening the lower end of the suction pipe by supplying the cleaning thinner into the suction pipe from the upper end side of the suction pipe And a cleaning member which is accommodated in the casing and is opposed to the suction pipe so as to come into contact with the outer peripheral portion of the suction pipe .
[0007]
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an inner cylinder into which the suction pipe is inserted is provided inside the casing, and the cleaning member is accommodated in the inner cylinder so as to be in contact with the outer peripheral portion of the suction pipe. A reflection member is provided at the lower part of the cylinder to repel the cleaning thinner ejected from the opening of the suction pipe inside the inner cylinder.
[0008]
The cleaning member is preferably made of a scouring or sponge-like material that prevents the cleaning thinner bounced inside the inner cylinder from scattering toward the outside of the inner cylinder.
