Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a steam trap water vaporizer that extinguishes steam that has become dull due to re-evaporation of condensate discharged from a steam trap.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Document 1]
JP, 64-74394, A As a conventional steam trap water heater, there is a thing shown in JP, 64-74394, for example. This is done by connecting a drain pipe with a spout opening at the lower end to the outlet of the steam trap, providing a heat dissipating pipe around the drain pipe with the spout located at the center, and placing the exhaust outlet at the upper end of the heat dissipating pipe. A drainage port is opened, and a resistance member formed of a thin metal fiber wire is provided at the top of the heat radiating pipe.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional steam trap water heater, there is a problem that it is impossible to remove the moisture that has become moy. In other words, the above-mentioned conventional system cools the condensate discharged from the outlet of the steam trap by passing it through the heat radiating pipe, but the amount of condensate discharged from the outlet of the steam trap is continuous and large. This is because the steam generated by re-evaporation flows out from the exhaust port. Moreover, it is because the steam which became dull by re-evaporation is caught in condensed water, and flows out from a drain outlet. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a steam trap water heater capable of surely extinguishing the steam that has become moist due to re-evaporation of condensate.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means for solving the above-mentioned problem is that in which the condensate discharged from the outlet of the steam trap is re-evaporated and the steam is removed, a radiating pipe is connected to the outlet of the steam trap and the outlet of the radiating pipe is connected. A steam trap water heater is characterized in that a partition wall member having a drain port opened only at the upper part and a partition member having a communication port opened only at the lower part are provided in front of the partition member of the heat radiating pipe.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The steam trap water heater of the present invention is provided with a partition member having a drain opening at the upper part only at the outlet of the heat radiating pipe connected to the outlet of the steam trap, and a communication port only at the lower part before the partition member of the radiating pipe. Is provided with a partition member having an opening. For this reason, the condensate can be discharged from the drain outlet while being always accumulated up to the lower end opening of the drain outlet of the partition wall member. For this reason, the steam that has become dull due to re-evaporation that accumulates in front of the partition member of the heat radiating pipe does not flow out from the drain outlet. In addition, steam that has become moist due to re-evaporation is caught in the condensate flow and does not flow out of the drain outlet.
[0006]
【Example】
As shown in FIG. 1, a heat radiating tube 3 made of an erotic fin tube is connected to the outlet 2 of the steam trap 1 in the horizontal direction. The heat radiating pipe 3 is obtained by winding a heat radiating fin 5 around the outer periphery of the pipe 4. A partition member 7 having a communication port 6 opened only at the lower end is fixed to the right side of the heat radiating tube 3, and a

[0008]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the steam trap water heater of the present invention is provided with a partition member having a drain outlet opened only at the upper part at the outlet of the radiator pipe connected to the outlet of the steam trap, and before the partition member of the radiator pipe. By providing the partition member having the communication port opened only in the lower part, an excellent effect is obtained that the re-evaporation of the condensate is suppressed and the generation of steam that is moistened can be surely prevented.
