BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dialysate supply apparatus for supplying dialysate to a blood purifier such as a dialyzer in dialysis treatment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Dialysis treatment is performed by extracorporeally circulating a patient's blood in a blood circuit and removing wastes and the like in the blood with a dialyzer connected to the blood circuit. The dialysate prepared to a desired concentration is supplied at. For example, a central system type dialysate supply device (separately disposed from a dialyzer monitoring device connected to a dialyzer) is conventionally configured as shown in FIG.

In the figure, the dialysate supply apparatus 1 includes a

On the other hand, the sub line L5 joins in the middle of the sub line L4, and the chemical injection pump P is connected to the downstream side from the joining part. Electromagnetic valves V3 and V4 are connected to the upstream side of the junction of each of the sub-lines L4 and L5, respectively. By opening one of them, disinfection or acid cleaning after dialysis treatment can be performed. ing. The disinfecting liquid in the disinfecting liquid tank T3 and the acid cleaning liquid in the pickling liquid tank T4 used in such disinfection and acid cleaning are cleaning liquids containing hypochlorous acid-based chemicals and acetic acid.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above conventional dialysate supply device, when the line is not cut off well due to deterioration of the valve body in the electromagnetic valve (valve means) connected to each sub line, it is detected. However, the following problems occur.
[0009]
If the line is not well blocked by the electromagnetic valve V1 or V2 consisting of a three-way valve at the time of disinfection and acid cleaning, the disinfectant or acid cleaning solution leaks and enters the upstream side of the line, and during subsequent dialysis treatment There is a possibility that the disinfectant or the acid cleaning liquid mixed together with the stock solution may be supplied to the dialyzer 16 side. The check valves C1 and C2 are connected upstream of the electromagnetic valves V1 and V2, and it is possible to avoid the leaked liquid from entering the upstream side. The leaked liquid will enter the line between the valves C1 and C2 and the electromagnetic valves V1 and V2.
[0010]
Further, if the line is not well blocked by the electromagnetic valve V3 or V4, there is a problem that the acid cleaning liquid is mixed into the disinfecting liquid (or the disinfecting liquid is mixed into the acid cleaning liquid). As described above, the check valves C3 and V4 are connected upstream of the electromagnetic valves V3 and V4, so that it is possible to avoid the leaked liquid from being mixed upstream. The leaked liquid will be mixed in the line between the check valves C3 and C4 and the electromagnetic valves V3 and V4.
[0011]
In other words, the above-described problems are caused by insufficient shutoff of the lines by the respective electromagnetic valves, and other liquids flowing downstream from the electromagnetic valves are mixed into the upstream. It is conceivable to avoid this by appropriately removing the sample and detecting contamination by a reagent or the like. However, extracting the liquid on the upstream side takes time and there is a risk that the working efficiency will deteriorate.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and detects that the liquid on the downstream side is mixed with the liquid on the upstream side of the valve means in the sub line connected to the main line while maintaining the working efficiency. An object of the present invention is to provide a dialysis fluid supply device that can be used.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 includes a main line that extends from a water supply source and supplies the dialysate prepared while mixing the water supplied from the water supply source and the stock solution of the dialysate to the blood purifier side, Is joined to the main line, and a sub-line that can introduce liquid into the main line, and a valve means that is arranged in the middle of the sub-line and allows or blocks the flow of liquid from the sub-line to the main line. In the dialysate supply device comprising:The secondary line is provided with a stock solution injection pump, and a stock solution introduction line for introducing a stock solution of dialysate into the main line, and a disinfectant solution or an acid wash solution for disinfecting or acid cleaning the stock solution introduction line and the main line. And a valve means provided in the stock solution introduction line includes a circulation line for circulating the disinfectant solution or the acid wash solution, and the stock solution introduction line. The disinfecting solution or the acid cleaning solution can be blocked from flowing upstream of the stock solution introduction line, and upstream of the valve means comprising the three-way valve, By providing a conductivity detection means for detecting the conductivity of the liquid in the stock solution introduction line, by determining whether the conductivity detected by the conductivity detection means is within a predetermined range, Detectable and the more the downstream side of the liquid is mixed leak upstream the valve means even when the Kiben means is closedIt is characterized by that.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the dialysate supply device according to the first aspect, the conductivity detecting means is composed of a plurality of electrodes facing the sub-line, and an electric signal oscillated from one electrode is transmitted to the other. The electrical conductivity of the liquid in the sub-line is detected by receiving at the electrode.
[0016]
Claim3The described invention is claimed.1 or claim 2In the dialysate supply apparatus described above, the stock solution introduction line includes an A stock solution introduction line that introduces A stock solution that does not contain sodium bicarbonate into the main line, and a B stock solution that consists of sodium bicarbonate into the main line. The location where the conductivity detecting means of the B stock solution introduction line is arranged has a storage space of a predetermined capacity, and the B stock solution is guided from the lower portion of the storage space and led out from the upper portion. In addition, the conductivity detecting means is disposed near the center in the height direction of the housing space.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
The dialysate supply device according to this embodiment is a device that prepares a dialysate having a predetermined concentration and sends it to a monitoring device for dialysis, and constitutes a central system for dialysis treatment. As shown in FIG. 1, the central system for dialysis includes a dialysate supply device 1 installed in a machine room at a medical site such as a hospital, a plurality of

[0022]
The B stock solution tank T1 and the A stock solution tank T2 are filled with the B stock solution made of sodium bicarbonate and the A stock solution not containing sodium bicarbonate, respectively, and the disinfecting solution tank T3 and the pickling solution. The tank T4 is filled with a chemical (disinfectant) made of hypochlorous acid and a cleaning liquid containing acetic acid.
[0023]
The auxiliary line L4 is configured to distribute the disinfecting liquid in the disinfecting liquid tank T3 in order to disinfect the main line L1 and various devices connected thereto, the B undiluted solution introducing line L2, and the A undiluted solution introducing line L3 ( The sub-line L5 is hereinafter referred to as the disinfectant introduction line L4), and the sub-line L5 is an acid to wash the main line L1 and various devices connected thereto, the B stock solution introduction line L2, and the A stock solution introduction line L3. The cleaning liquid is configured to flow (hereinafter referred to as an acid cleaning liquid introduction line L5). Further, an acid cleaning liquid introduction line L5 is joined in the middle of the disinfecting liquid introduction line L4, and a chemical injection pump P is connected downstream from the joining portion.
[0024]
On the upstream side of the junction between the disinfectant introduction line L4 and the acid cleaning liquid introduction line L5, ElectricMagnetic valves V3 and V4 are connected to each other, and are configured such that disinfection or acid cleaning after dialysis treatment can be performed by opening one of them. In the figure, check valves C1 to C4 are connected to the upstream side of the electromagnetic valves V1 to V4 in the lines L2 to L5, respectively, and the reverse flow from the downstream side to the upstream side of each line L2 to L5 is performed. Prevention is intended.

[0034]
Here, the disinfecting liquid and the acid cleaning liquid flowing through the circulation line L7 due to deterioration of the valve bodies of the electromagnetic valves V1 and V2 are upstream of the electromagnetic valves V1 and V2 in the B stock solution introduction line L2 and the A stock solution introduction line L3 (reverse) If the line is blocked well by the stop valves C1 and C2, there is a possibility of leakage to the check valve C1, C2 and the solenoid valve V1, V2, and the valve of the solenoid valve V3 or V4. There is a possibility that the disinfecting liquid in the disinfecting liquid tank T3 is mixed into the acid cleaning liquid due to deterioration of the body (and conversely, the acid cleaning liquid in the acid cleaning liquid tank T4 may be mixed into the disinfecting liquid). Mixing of the disinfecting solution into the A stock solution and the B stock solution and the mixture of the disinfecting solution and the acid cleaning solution are detected by the conductivity detecting means 18 to 21. Of course, in addition to the electromagnetic valves V1 to V4, even if leakage occurs due to deterioration of the valve bodies in the check valves C1 to C4, the conductivity detection means 18 to 21 can detect them.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 2, the electrical conductivity detecting means 18 to 21 are electromagnetic valves V1 to V4 in the B stock solution introduction line L2, the A stock solution introduction line L3, the disinfection solution introduction line L4, and the acid cleaning solution introduction line L5 as sub-lines. (That is, the side connected to the B stock solution tank T1, the A stock solution tank T2, the disinfecting solution tank T3, and the acid cleaning solution tank T4), and the electric conductivity of the liquid in these lines is increased. It is configured so that it can be detected.
[0036]
For example, these conductivity detection means 18 to 21 sequentially detect the conductivity of the liquid upstream of the electromagnetic valves V1 to V4 in each line, and whether or not the detected conductivity is within a predetermined range. It is comprised so that it can judge. That is, when the electromagnetic valves V1 to V4 leak due to deterioration of the valve body or the like, even in the closed state, the liquid downstream from the electromagnetic valve leaks and enters the upstream side, and the conductivity detecting means 18 Since the conductivity detected at ˜21 changes and exceeds a predetermined range, if this is detected, the contamination can be recognized.
[0037]
More specifically, the

An oscillation circuit and a reception circuit (both not shown) are connected to one electrode D1 (D3) and the other electrode D2 (D4), respectively, and an electric signal (oscillation frequency and oscillation waveform) output from the oscillation circuit is displayed. 1 to 10 KHz is preferably set as a sine wave), while the current value is transmitted as a voltage value to the reception circuit. Since the magnitude of the received signal as the transmitted voltage value increases / decreases in accordance with the magnitude of the electric conductivity of the liquid filled in the

[0040]
Thereby, it is possible to accurately detect that the electromagnetic valve V4 leaks during disinfection and the disinfecting liquid is mixed into the acid cleaning liquid upstream of the electromagnetic valve V4. In that case, the operation is immediately stopped. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a chemical reaction caused by mixing of the disinfecting solution and the acid cleaning solution. Similarly, since it is possible to accurately detect that the electromagnetic valve V3 leaks during acid cleaning and the acid cleaning liquid is mixed into the disinfecting liquid upstream of the electromagnetic valve V3, the disinfecting liquid and the acid cleaning liquid It is possible to suppress a chemical reaction caused by mixing.
[0041]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the conductivity detecting means 18 connected to the B stock solution introduction line L2 is connected to the P stock solution P5 and P6 connected to the B stock solution introduction line L2 through these ports. A
[0042]
The pair of electrodes D5 and D6 are connected to the oscillation circuit and the reception circuit, similarly to the electrodes disposed in the conductivity detection means 20, 21, and an electric signal output from the oscillation signal is emitted as a current value. The receiving circuit is configured to transmit a received signal as a voltage value. Thereby, in the disinfection or acid cleaning, if the magnitude of the received signal as a voltage value is detected, the disinfecting liquid or the acid cleaning liquid flowing downstream from the electromagnetic valve V1 leaks through the circulation line L7, and the inside of the accommodation space 23a. It is possible to detect that it was mixed in the B stock solution.
[0043]
The storage space 23a is a chamber having a predetermined capacity, and is configured such that the B stock solution of the B stock solution tank T1 is led from the lower portion and led out from the upper portion. That is, the ports P5 and P6 are vertically offset with respect to the accommodation space 23a, and the B stock solution introduced into the lower portion of the accommodation space 23a via the port P5 is transferred from the upper portion of the accommodation space 23a via the port P6. It is derived.
[0044]
Accordingly, carbon dioxide gas or the like generated from the B stock solution (sodium bicarbonate) can be released to the upper part of the accommodation space, and the flow of the B stock solution can be improved. Further, since the pair of electrodes D5 and D6 are disposed in the vicinity of the center in the height direction of the accommodation space 23a, the electrodes D5 and D6 are disposed substantially along the flow path of the B stock solution. Therefore, the electrical conductivity can be detected more accurately.
[0045]
The conductivity detecting means 19 disposed in the A stock solution introduction line L3 is also configured in the same manner as the conductivity detecting means 18 so as to detect the conductivity of the liquid in the accommodation space. Since the A stock solution does not generate carbon dioxide or the like, the chamber effect cannot be obtained. Therefore, it may be a conductivity detecting means that does not have a storage space (simply formed with a communication hole) such as those provided in the disinfecting liquid introduction line L4 or the acid cleaning liquid introduction line L5.
[0046]
According to the dialysate supply device 1, since the conductivity detecting means for detecting the conductivity of the liquid in the sub-line is provided on the upstream side of the electromagnetic valve connected to each sub-line, the liquid at the site is provided. Compared to the detection of contamination by using a reagent or the like, it is possible to maintain workability and to quickly detect that the liquid on the downstream side is mixed with the liquid on the upstream side of the electromagnetic valve.
[0047]
Furthermore, not only the detection of liquid contamination from the downstream side to the upstream side in each sub-line, but also when, for example, the acid cleaning liquid is accidentally put into the disinfecting liquid tank T3, the difference in conductivity between the disinfecting liquid and the acid cleaning liquid Since an error can be detected, safety in dialysis treatment can be further improved.
[0048]
Although the present embodiment has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the present invention is applied to a central system that distributes the dialysate prepared by the central dialysate supply device as described above to each dialysis monitoring device. Instead, the present invention can be applied to a personal dialyzer that can prepare and supply dialysate for each blood purifier (that is, each dialysis patient).
[0049]
In addition, the conductivity detection means 20 and 21 disposed in the disinfecting liquid introduction line L4 and the acid cleaning liquid introduction line L5 in the present embodiment include an integrated
[0050]
Furthermore, the conductivity detection means is not limited to the above-described one, but may be replaced with a means (not limited to transmission / reception of electric signals) that can detect other conductivity. Furthermore, when another sub-line (such as a line for supplying Na to the main line) in the dialysate supply apparatus is provided, a valve means is provided on the line, and an electric conductivity detection means is provided upstream of the line means. It may be.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
According to the invention of claim 1, since the conductivity detecting means for detecting the conductivity of the liquid in the sub line is provided upstream of the valve means in the sub line, the main line is maintained while maintaining the work efficiency. It is possible to quickly detect that the liquid on the downstream side is mixed with the liquid on the upstream side of the valve means in the connected sub line.In addition, since the conductivity detecting means is provided upstream from the valve means provided in the stock solution introduction line, the stock solution upstream of the valve means in the stock solution introduction line connected to the main line is maintained while maintaining work efficiency. It is possible to accurately detect that the downstream disinfectant or the like is mixed.
[0052]
According to the invention of
[0054]
Claim3According to the invention, the location where the conductivity detecting means of the B stock solution introduction line is disposed has a predetermined capacity of the storage space, and the B stock solution is guided from the lower portion of the storage space and is derived from the upper portion. The carbon dioxide gas generated from the B stock solution can escape to the upper part of the storage space, and the conductivity detecting means is disposed near the center in the height direction of the storage space, so that it substantially follows the flow path of the B stock solution. Thus, the electric conductivity detection means is provided, and the electric conductivity of the liquid in the accommodation space can be detected more accurately.
