Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a robot hand, and more particularly to a robot hand that can be securely gripped in a flexible manner corresponding to the shape of an object to be gripped.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, work robots equipped with robot hands have been widely used in work on the ground, in space, and on the sea floor. The robot hand is generally configured to include a pair of finger members in which a plurality of finger portions are connected so as to be bendable, and to hold a gripping target object between the finger members.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, this type of robot hand grips the object to be grasped between only two finger members and has various shapes of the object to be grasped, which may cause wobbling after grasping. This problem is likely to occur particularly when acceleration is applied to the robot hand that is holding the gripping object, and the gripping object may fall off without following the movement of the robot hand.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a robot hand that can be securely grasped in a flexible manner corresponding to the shape of the object to be grasped.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
That is, the robot hand according to
According to the robot hand of the first aspect, when gripping the gripping object, the finger members at each stage hold the gripping object in a closed state corresponding to the shape of the gripping position of the gripping object. That is, for example, when the object to be grasped has a constricted shape, the finger member of the step facing the thin portion is closed and gripped deeper than the finger member of the step facing the other thick portion. Since the angle adjustment mechanism makes the opening angle between adjacent steps (between divided bases) variable, changing the opening angle between the steps according to the shape of the object to be grasped allows the fingers of all steps to be changed. It can be gripped using a member.
[0006]
A robot hand according to a second aspect is the robot hand according to the first aspect, wherein when the independent control mechanism causes a malfunction in any one of the stages, each finger of the stage. The member is held in an open state.
According to the robot hand of the second aspect, when a malfunction is recognized in the finger member when grasping the grasped object, the finger member at the failed stage is left open. This prevents the gripping operation of the finger member at the other stage from being hindered.
[0007]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the robot hand according to the first aspect, when the independent control mechanism causes a malfunction in any one of the stages, each finger member of the stage. Is retracted outside the working range.
According to the robot hand described in
[0008]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the robot hand according to the third aspect, wherein a pair of auxiliary finger members are provided on the back side opposite to the front side on which the finger members are arranged at each stage. The independent control mechanism retracts each finger member at that stage out of the work range and causes the auxiliary finger member to fall within the work range when any of the stages causes a malfunction. It is made to move to.
According to the robot hand described in claim 4, when a malfunction is found in the finger member when gripping the gripping object, the finger member at the failed stage is retracted out of the working range. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the gripping operation of the finger member at the other stage from being hindered. At the same time, the auxiliary finger member grips the object to be gripped on behalf of the failed finger member.
[0010]
The robot hand according to claim 5 is the robot hand according to
According to the robot hand described in claim 5 , since the fluid pressure cylinder expands and contracts in a direction to further change the opening angle and applies a load, the frictional force at each contact point between each finger member and the object to be grasped is increased. can do.
[0011]
The robot hand according to claim 6 , wherein the robot hand according to any one of
According to the robot hand described in claim 6, when the robot hand approaches the object to be grasped, the grasping object has entered between the finger members due to the gate sensor reacting. It is confirmed. Then, after confirming that each finger member has come to a position where the grasped object can be grasped by the detection value of the distance sensor, the grasping object is grasped by closing each finger member. At this time, if each finger member does not close even though the gate sensor or distance sensor is reacting, it is confirmed that these finger members are in a failure state.
