【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a concrete bridge such as an extrusion method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the extrusion method, which is one of the conventional concrete bridge erection methods, a production yard is first installed at the land part behind the pier or the girder erection height behind the bridge. Then, the bridge body is divided into blocks of a certain length, and sequentially pushed forward and erected while casting concrete.
In the extrusion method, in order to increase the rigidity of a concrete girder, the shape is often made into a box culvert shape (the cross-sectional shape is a hollow rectangular cross section).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
The above-described conventional concrete bridge laying method has the following problems.
<I> When ordinary concrete is used, the tensile strength and bending strength of the concrete are small. Therefore, in order to increase the rigidity in terms of shape, the cross-sectional shape of the girder is often a hollow rectangular cross-section. As a result, there were limits to weight reduction of bridge superstructure and improvement of workability. In addition, if the weight of the upper structure is large, the construction cost increases as a whole because it is necessary to make the pier and the like a large-scale structure so that the upper structure can be supported.
<B> When ordinary concrete is used, the tensile strength is not taken into consideration, so it is necessary to arrange reinforcing bars as tensile materials. For this reason, it takes time for the reinforcing bar arrangement work.
<C> When concrete is naturally cured, it takes time until a predetermined strength is exhibited. For this reason, there was a limit to shortening the construction period.
[0004]
[Object of the present invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a concrete bridge erection method capable of quickly building a bridge superstructure.
Moreover, it aims at providing the construction method of the concrete bridge which can reduce the weight of the whole concrete bridge.
The present invention has been made to achieve at least one of these objects.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the concrete bridge erection method of the present invention is a concrete bridge erection method in which a concrete main girder is slid from the pier toward another pier. A work place for manufacturing the main girder is provided, and in the work place, a main girder made of fiber-reinforced concrete, which is a vertical girder having an I-shaped cross section and which is composed of a plurality of parallel girder and a cross girder intersecting the vertical girder substantially at right angles The main girder is tightened by tensioning the tension members that are manufactured and arranged in the longitudinal direction of the stringer, and the main girder is slid by a predetermined distance, and the manufacturing, tightening, and sliding of the main girder are repeated a predetermined number of times. The main girder is installed between the bridge piers, and the floor slab is constructed after the main girder is installed.
Here, it is also possible to perform steam curing after manufacturing the main girder made of fiber reinforced concrete at the work place where the roof is located.
In addition, when manufacturing the main girder made of fiber reinforced concrete, end holes that penetrate in the longitudinal direction of the stringer are provided at both ends of the horizontal beam protruding from the stringer, and the bridge pier top in the direction in which the main beam is moved Install a pulling jack with a reaction force section, insert an external cable connected to the pulling jack into the end hole of the existing cross beam, and fix one end of the external cable to the end hole of the new cross beam The main girder can be pulled by operating the pulling jack.
Furthermore, it is also possible to construct a floor slab by installing a precast plate between the longitudinal girders after erection of the main girder and placing concrete with the precast plate and the upper surface of the main girder as a formwork.

[Embodiments of the Invention]
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In the present invention, fiber reinforced concrete is used to realize an I-shaped cross section with a concrete girder.
The material of fiber reinforced concrete is, for example, cement and silica stone powder, silica fume, silica sand, high-performance water reducing agent, and water as a unit water volume (per concrete volume of 1 m 3 of concrete) about 180 kg (water / cement ratio is about 22%) ) Added to a high-strength concrete matrix with about 2% by volume of high-strength steel fibers, a compressive strength of 200 to 220 MPa, a bending strength of 40 to 45 MPa, an adhesive strength of 10 to 90 MPa, and an air permeability coefficient of 2.5 Fiber reinforced / ultra high strength concrete having characteristics of × 10 -18 m 2 , water absorption 0.05 kg / m 3 , salt diffusion coefficient 0.02 × 10 -12 m 2 / sec, and elastic modulus 55 GPa can be used.

Furthermore, a support 21 is provided at the pier top. The upper surface of the support 21 is finished smoothly to reduce friction when the main girder slides. For example, install a Teflon version.

Before placing concrete, it is preferable that a tension sheath pipe is installed inside the mold and the
Curing of the main girder in which concrete is cast is preferably performed by steam curing. For example, it is cured at a temperature of about 90 ° C. for about 2 days. The above-mentioned fiber reinforced / high-strength concrete reaches a predetermined strength in a short period of time when steam curing is performed. For this reason, a construction period can be shortened.
After the predetermined strength is developed, the
Introduction of prestress to the main girder is not limited to the longitudinal direction of the stringer, and prestress is also introduced as necessary in the direction of the transverse beam substantially orthogonal thereto.

[0017]
[Effect of the present invention]
Since the construction method of the concrete bridge of the present invention is as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
<A> Since the main girder is made of fiber reinforced concrete, the main girder can be made to have an I-shaped cross section. For this reason, the weight of the superstructure of the concrete bridge can be significantly reduced. Furthermore, the lower structure such as a pier can be made smaller by significantly reducing the weight of the upper structure. As a result, the overall construction cost can be greatly reduced.
<B> When steam curing is performed after the main girder is manufactured, strength is developed early. For this reason, the waiting time for curing each time the main girder is manufactured can be reduced, and the construction time can be greatly reduced.
<C> When fiber reinforced / high-strength concrete is used, the reinforcing bars used for the main girder can be reduced or eliminated. As a result, the time required for the reinforcing bar arrangement work can be reduced or eliminated.
