【従来の技術】
一般に、内装された複数の商品を外装する外箱カートンは、スーパー、コンビニエンスストア等の店頭まで商品の運送に使用され、内装された商品が取り出されて、棚に並べられた後は捨てられている。
陳列された商品をさらに消費者に訴求させるため、特に新製品のキャンペーン期間中は、ＰＯＰ（販売時点）ディスプレーが、メーカー側で用意されて、当該商品に隣接して棚の上に置かれるか、棚から吊り下げられるかして、使用される場合が多い。また、それらのディスプレーは、別体として外箱内に封入されている場合が多い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ＰＯＰディスプレーをメーカー側が希望するように当該商品に隣接して設置することは、例え新製品のキャンペーン期間だけであっても、多くの商品がひしめきあっている限られた商品スペースの中にあっては難しく、また人手等の店側の都合によって実施が徹底しないという問題がある。
また、陳列棚の限られた商品スペースでは、ディスプレーの効果が期待出来ないという問題もある。
さらに、ＰＯＰディスプレーを別途用意するのは材料費がかかり、広告宣伝コストの上昇に繋がるという問題がある。
本発明はかかる問題点を鑑みてなされたもので、店頭において、外箱カートンをトレイ状に変形し、商品をトレーごと陳列することにより、カートンに一体となって組み込まれたＰＯＰディスプレーを省スペース的に、容易に、組立ることができ、低コストでありながらディスプレー効果の高いディスプレー機能付き外箱カートンの提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は、本発明によるディスプレー機能付きカートンのカートンブランク展開図である。
本発明によるディスプレー機能付きカートンのカートンブランク１０は、側板１、前板２、側板３、後板４、糊代５の順に折り線を介して連接してなる胴部の側壁の上辺に天部フラップＴ１〜Ｔ４を、また下辺に底部フラップＢ１〜Ｂ４を折り線を介して連接したものである。

さらに、このディスプレーパネル２−１には印刷済のＰＯＰ広告用ばかりでなく、図４で示すように、店側で用意されるプライスカードＰを貼着させるスペースとしても有効に利用することができる。

本発明によるディスプレー機能付きカートン２０には極めて広範囲の板紙が使用でき、コートボール、クラフトボール、マニラボール等が好適に使用できる。その坪量は、詰め込む商品の量にもよるが、２００〜４００ｇ／ｍ²の範囲の板紙が好適に使用できる。
ディスプレーパネル２−１面は板紙の表面であり、また、組立段階で板紙の裏面が現れることがないため、裏面に古紙パルプを漉き合わせたものでも十分使用可能である。
カートンへの印刷、特にディスプレーパネル面への印刷は重要であって、訴求効果のある文字、図柄が美しく印刷されなければならない。
この印刷は、オフセット印刷、グラビア印刷、フレキソ印刷、シルクスクリーン印刷等いかなる方法を用いてもよい。さらに、印刷面に対して艶出し、箔押し、エンボス等の後加工も自由に行うことができる。

またジッパーＪ１，Ｊ２、弱め線ｄの形状も自由であり、Ｌ字形に限らず、Ｙ字形、Ｓ形等であってもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明によるディスプレー機能付きカートンには次のような効果を発揮することができる。
商品の店頭陳列時にカートンがトレイに変わってトレイごと陳列棚に乗せることができ、陳列の手間が省ける。
ディスプレーの組立は自動ロック方式により容易に行うことができる。
ディスプレーパネルがカートンの一部となって組み込まれているので、従来の別体の場合に較べてコスト削減が可能である。
組み立てられたディスプレーパネルは陳列棚よりも前面にあって狭い陳列空間を有効に利用してディスプレー効果を発揮することができる。
また、ディスプレーパネルは商品と同一視野に入る絶好の位置にあり商品の差別化、販売促進に貢献することができる。
さらに、プライスカードを貼り付けるスペースとしても好適に利用できる。
