この発明は加工食品を収納し持ち帰るための簡易容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、このような簡易容器として、プラスチック製の枠の下端面に薄いプラスチック製の底材を融着あるいは接着によって取り付けたものが、見栄えがよく、また、取り扱いも簡便であることから、弁当、寿司等、各種の加工食品の持ち帰り容器として広く使用されている。

ところが、プラスチックの廃棄に際しての問題点が種々指摘されるようになり、廃棄に際しての問題が少ない紙を使用した容器が脚光を浴びるようになった。本願の出願人は、このプラスチックの使用を最小にした簡易容器を先に出願した特願平１０−１４３５２８号において開示した。この簡易容器は、紙シートを折り曲げて縁枠とし、薄いプラスチック製の底材の周縁をこの縁枠に係止したものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この発明が解決しようとする課題は、この紙シートからなる枠材と薄いプラスチック製の底材とからなる簡易容器の組立をより簡便化することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明の食品用簡易容器は、展開可能な有底の紙製縁枠と薄いプラスチック製の内容器とからなり、頂面を上にして載置した紙製縁枠の上方から、内容器を軽く押し込むことによってワンタッチで組み立てる食品用簡易容器であって、前記紙製縁枠には、その内側上部周面に形成され、且つ、その端部は撓みを持つように開放された端縁が設けられ、前記内容器の外周には前記紙製の縁枠の端縁と係止する突出が内容器の外縁を下方に延長した先端に外向きに形成されて設けられていることを特徴とする。

実施例１
図１から図４は、本発明の第１の実施例を示す。図１はそれぞれの組立部材である紙製縁枠１とプラスチック製の内容器２の外観と組立の要領を示し、図２はそれを断面によって示す。

図２に示すように、１は通常の紙器に使用されているような厚手の板紙を組み立てて、必要により糊付けした底部１１を有する縁枠であって、その頂部１２は、必ずしも設ける必要はないが、見栄えをよくするために平面状に形成することができる。１３は、縁枠の頂面１２から下方に伸びた端縁であって、その端部は撓みを持つように開放されている。

また、プラスチック製の内容器２については、突出部２１は内容器の外縁２２を下方に延長した先端に外向きに形成されている。したがって、図１と図２に示すように、底面１１を下にして床面に載置した紙製縁枠１の上から内容器２を押し込むと、図３に示すように、内容器２の突出部２１は、紙製縁枠１の縁枠の端縁１３に係止され、本発明の簡易容器２０が完成する。図４は完成した簡易容器２０の外観を示す。この簡易容器２０の場合、その組立に当たっては、内容器２の突出部２１は、紙製縁枠１に押し込み縁枠の端縁１３に係止するだけであるので組立作業も極めて簡単である。

実施例１の場合は、図４に示すように、組立後、プラスチック製の内容器２の外縁２２と紙製縁枠１の頂部１２との間には隙間を生じる。この実施例は、これを利用して蓋部材付きの簡易容器とした例を示す。

図５は、この実施例を示すもので、紙製縁枠１の頂部１２の一辺を延長して、蓋部材１４を形成している。これによって、蓋つきの簡易容器３０とすることができる。そして、内容器２の外縁２２と紙製縁枠１の頂部１２との間の隙間３に、蓋部材１４の先端を挿入する蓋付きの簡易容器とすることができる。

【発明の効果】
この発明によって以下の効果を奏する。

１．食品容器としての保形性は、紙製の縁枠によって維持されるので、内容器は極めて薄いプラスチック製のものとすることができ、また、縁枠も紙製であるので、従来のプラスチック製のものと比較してプラスチックスの使用量を極端に少なくでき環境に優しく、しかも従来のプラスチック製のものと同等の機能と外観を有する食品容器とすることができる。
２．組立はワンタッチで可能であるので組立のコストが低減する。
