BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic wave countermeasure sheet used as an electromagnetic wave countermeasure for electronic parts and the like, and more particularly to an electromagnetic wave countermeasure sheet to which not only an electromagnetic wave countermeasure is added but also other functions.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an electromagnetic wave countermeasure sheet formed by mixing a magnetic material or a conductive material into resin or rubber is known. Covering electronic components such as ICs with these electromagnetic wave countermeasure sheets absorbs or reflects electromagnetic waves radiated from the electronic components and electromagnetic waves flying from the outside, preventing the generation of noise in or around the electronic components. can do.
[0003]
Furthermore, in this type of electromagnetic wave countermeasure sheet, a heat conducting material is also mixed into the resin or rubber to add a function of releasing the heat generated in the electronic component to a heat sink or the like, or the resin or rubber has a damping action. Attempts have been made to prevent vibration from being applied to electronic components from the outside using a large material.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in order to sufficiently prevent the generation of noise, it is necessary to mix a large amount of magnetic material or conductive material into the resin or rubber. Moreover, in order to obtain high heat conductivity, it is necessary to mix a large amount of heat conductive material. For this reason, for example, in order to enhance the thermal conductivity while sufficiently preventing the generation of noise, it is necessary to simultaneously fill the magnetic material or the conductive material and the thermal conductive material at a high level.
[0005]
For this reason, it has been extremely difficult to increase the thermal conductivity while sufficiently preventing the generation of noise by the electromagnetic wave countermeasure sheet, and as a result, in many cases, none of the characteristics is sufficiently satisfied .
[0006]
Accordingly, the present invention is to prevent the generation of noise in the electronic components or around satisfactorily, the provision of an electromagnetic wave countermeasure sheet excellent Oite thermal conductivity was made for the purpose.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
The invention of
A flat first sheet;
The second sheet is made of an elastic material softer than the first sheet, and is laminated on the first sheet and partially exposed from the hole formed in the first sheet or the periphery of the first sheet. When,
An electromagnetic wave prevention sheet comprising:
The first sheet is configured using a magnetic material or a conductive material,
The second sheet is configured using a heat conductive material made of a gel-like substance that can jump out to the surface of the first sheet through the hole or the periphery ,
The exposed portion of the second sheet is deformed in the first sheet direction and reaches the same plane as the surface of the first sheet .
[0008]
In the present invention configured as described above, the second sheet is formed by using a softer elastic material than the first sheet as a base material, and is laminated on the first sheet and is also provided with a hole or the first sheet formed in the first sheet. A part of the area is exposed. Moreover, in the present invention, the exposed portion of the second sheet is deformed in the first sheet direction and reaches the same plane as the surface of the first sheet. For this reason, if the surface of the first sheet is brought into contact with an electronic component or the like, the second sheet comes into close contact with the electronic component or the like without applying a very strong pressure from the second sheet side. For this reason, both the characteristics of the first sheet and the characteristics of the second sheet are exhibited well.
[0009]
In the present invention, since the first sheet is formed using a magnetic material or a conductive material, the generation of the noise can be satisfactorily prevented, and the second sheet is formed using a heat conductive material. Therefore, heat conductivity can be improved favorably. In particular, since the second sheet transmits heat through the hole or the periphery from one side of the electromagnetic wave prevention sheet to the other side, extremely good heat dissipation can be obtained. Moreover, since the second sheet is in a gel form, even if an air layer is formed between the first sheet and the electronic component, the second sheet jumps out to the surface of the first sheet through the hole or the periphery, Adheres to electronic components. For this reason, the thermal conductivity of the second sheet is further improved. On the other hand, the noise prevention effect by the first sheet does not change greatly even if an air layer is formed between the first sheet and the electronic component. Therefore, in the present invention, the thermal conductivity can be further improved.
[0010]
That is, the electromagnetic wave prevention sheet of the present invention has excellent characteristics in terms of preventing heat generation in the electronic component or its surroundings and also in terms of thermal conductivity. In addition, the first sheet and the second sheet may be a magnetic material, a conductive material, or a heat conductive material, and the magnetic material, the conductive material, or the heat conductive material is mixed in the base material. It may be a thing.
[0018]
The invention of
The first sheet is formed by mixing a magnetic material or a conductive material into resin or rubber,
A metal foil having a planar shape that is superposed on the first sheet is disposed between the first sheet and the second sheet.
[0019]
In the present invention, since the first sheet is formed by mixing a magnetic material or a conductive material into resin or rubber, it is possible to use a magnetic material or a conductive material that is difficult to be formed into a sheet by itself. In addition, the degree of freedom in selecting a magnetic material or a conductive material is improved. Moreover, since metal foil is arrange | positioned between the 1st sheet | seat and the 2nd sheet | seat, generation | occurrence | production of the said noise can be prevented more favorably. And since this metal foil has the planar shape superposed on a 1st sheet | seat, the said exposed part of a 2nd sheet | seat can deform | transform toward an electronic component etc. similarly to said each invention.
[0020]
Furthermore, when the first sheet is made of foil, the structure is unstable because the foil is overlapped on the foil, but the structure is stabilized by forming the first sheet using a resin or rubber as a base material. Accordingly, in the present invention, in addition to the effect of the invention of
