[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the panel is attached to the building frame as described above, if the upper left and right pair of mounting parts and the lower left and right pair of mounting parts are respectively in the same position in the vertical direction (that is, the same height), the panel is put in a predetermined position. Can be installed.
However, when the height of the upper pair of left and right mounting portions is different or the height of the lower pair of left and right mounting portions is different, the panel moves diagonally downward due to its own weight, so that it cannot be mounted at a predetermined position.
For example, there is no problem when a rectangular panel is mounted in a horizontal posture, but when the panel is mounted in an oblique posture, the panel moves obliquely downward as described above and shifts from a predetermined position.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an exterior of a building satisfying that the panel can follow the interlayer displacement of the building frame, and that the panel can be correctly mounted at a predetermined position in an arbitrary posture. It is to provide the panel mounting jig.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A first invention is an exterior of a building in which a plurality of panels are attached to a building frame with a panel mounting jig,
The panel is attached at at least three points of the first, second, and third attachment portions located at each vertex of the virtual triangle,
The first mounting portion supports the panel so that it does not move in the direction orthogonal to the panel surface and in all directions parallel to the panel surface, and the second mounting portion supports the panel so that it does not move in the direction of gravity in the direction orthogonal to the panel surface and parallel to the panel surface. Supported, the third mounting part does not move in the direction orthogonal to the panel surface, and can move in all directions parallel to the panel surfaceSupport,
When the heights of the three attachment portions are different, the uppermost attachment portion is the first attachment portion, the intermediate attachment portion is the second attachment portion, and the lowermost attachment portion is the third attachment portion. It is the exterior of the building.
[0008]
First2The invention comprises a main body, a support member provided on the main body, at least three panel mounting members whose one end is fixed to the panel and whose other end is supported by the support member,
The support member isAt least three support parts located at equal intervals on a virtual circular locus centering on the center of the main body and having a top mounting hole, and are detachably provided in the top mounting hole. A first frame to be mounted and a second frame to be attached to the other one support part,
The first frame has a support hole into which the other end of the panel mounting member fits, and the second frame has a hole with which the other end of the panel mounting member contacts in the direction of gravity,
The first frame and the second frame are panel mounting jigs provided so as to be movable along a circumferential direction of a virtual circular locus with respect to a frame mounting hole.
[0011]
The third invention is the second invention,The support portion of the support member is a panel mounting jig having six equal intervals on a virtual circular locus centering on the center of the main body.
[0012]
[Operation]
According to the first invention, since the building frame and the panel can move relatively in all directions parallel to the panel surface at the third mounting portion, the panel can follow the interlayer displacement of the building frame during an earthquake or the like.
In addition, the rotational force acting on the panel in the direction of parallel gravity on the panel surface is supported by the second mounting portion, and even if the panel is mounted in an oblique posture, it does not rotate and can be correctly mounted at a predetermined position in any posture. .
Further, since the load in the panel surface orthogonal direction acting on the panel is supported by the first, second, and third mounting portions, the panel does not move in the panel surface orthogonal direction due to heavy rain and the like.
[0013]
Also,The uppermost mounting part is supported so that it does not move in all directions parallel to the panel surface, the middle mounting part supports the rotational force in the direction parallel to the panel surface, and the building frame and the panel are relatively displaced by the lowermost mounting part. To do.
Therefore, the rotation of the panel in the direction parallel to the panel surface gravity can be reliably stopped, and the panel can smoothly follow the interlayer displacement of the building frame.
[0014]
First2According to the invention ofThe other end of the panel mounting member is fixed to the support portion provided with the first frame so as not to move in the direction orthogonal to the panel surface and in all directions parallel to the panel surface, and the panel mounting member is fixed to the support portion provided with the second frame. The other end is fixed in the direction orthogonal to the panel surface and supported so as not to move in the direction of gravity parallel to the panel surface, and the other end of the panel mounting member is attached to the support portion where the first and second frames are not provided. It can be fixed in the direction perpendicular to the surface and supported so as to be movable in all directions parallel to the panel surface.
Therefore,Fix and support the corners of at least three panels in one panel mounting jig in all directions orthogonal to the panel surface and in all directions parallel to the panel surface, so that they are fixed in the panel surface orthogonal direction and do not move in the panel surface parallel gravity direction. It is supported, fixed in the direction orthogonal to the panel surface, and movably supported in all directions parallel to the panel surface.
Therefore, since the corner portions of at least three panels can be supported, by using a plurality of panel mounting jigs, the plurality of panels can follow the interlayer displacement of the building frame and can be placed in a predetermined position in any posture. It can be installed correctly.
[0015]
Also,Each of the support portions can be any of the above-described three types of support portions by attaching or removing the first and second pieces and attaching them to the frame attachment holes of different support portions.
Therefore, when the panel is mounted in an arbitrary posture, it can be a support part corresponding to the posture of the panel, so that the panel can be correctly mounted at a predetermined position in an arbitrary posture using the same panel mounting jig. .
[0016]
Also,By moving the first and second frames, the center of the support hole and hole can be shifted from the center of the frame mounting hole. Therefore, when mounting multiple panels with different corner angles, One end of the panel mounting member can be fixed at
Therefore, a plurality of panels having different corner angles can be reliably supported by one panel mounting jig.
[0017]
First3According to the invention, the corner portions of the six panels can be supported by one panel mounting jig and can be mounted on the building frame.
