この発明は、楽曲索引データベースに基づいて希望曲を検索してカラオケ装置に演奏予約するカラオケ選曲予約装置に関し、とくに、いま予約した楽曲に関連する楽曲を検索しやすくして続けて予約できるようにしたユーザインタフェース技術に関する。

【従来の技術】
カラオケの場で、利用者が演奏中の楽曲に何らかの関連性がある楽曲を選曲することがある。例えば、同じアーティストの楽曲、季節に関連する楽曲、同じ年代に発表された楽曲などである。このように関連する楽曲を選曲すれば、関連する楽曲のリクエストが連鎖し、自ずとカラオケの場が盛り上がる。

このように関連する楽曲を選曲するのに適したカラオケ選曲リモコン装置が下記の非特許文献１に記載されている。このリモコン装置は、電子目次本と呼ばれ、カラオケ装置にて演奏に供されるカラオケ楽曲についての属性情報（曲名、アーティスト名、ジャンル、発表年など）を集約したデータベースを備え、利用者により歌手名や曲名の頭文字、楽曲のジャンルなどの属性情報の断片が入力されたならば、その断片をデータベースに照会して該当する楽曲を提示する。該当楽曲が複数存在する場合には、その複数の楽曲を提示する。そして、特定の１曲が利用者により指示されたならば、その楽曲をカラオケ装置に演奏予約させるためのリモコン信号を送信する。この電子目次本を使えば、演奏中の楽曲と同じ属性情報をクエリーとしてデータベースに照会することで、関連性のある楽曲が提示され、その楽曲をカラオケ装置に演奏予約させることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、関連する属性情報を付帯する楽曲を次々とリクエストしていこうとして、演奏中の楽曲に関連する楽曲を演奏予約したとしても、演奏中の次の楽曲がすでに予約されていれば、演奏中の楽曲と次の楽曲とで関連性がとぎれ、せっかく関連性を考慮して選曲した楽曲演奏が無駄になる。また、演奏中の楽曲に関連する楽曲を予約しようと思えば、その属性情報を利用者自身が把握している必要がある。とくに年代などの属性情報は、アーティストやジャンルなどの属性情報とは異なり、予約しようとしている楽曲の属性情報を確実に把握することは難しい。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第１発明に係るカラオケ選曲予約装置は、分説すると、つぎの事項（１）〜（９）により特定されるものである。
（１）利用者インタフェースと、制御手段と、送信手段と、最終予約楽曲レジスタを備え、楽曲索引データベースにアクセスするカラオケ選曲予約装置であること
（２）楽曲索引データベースは、曲名とアーチスト名を含む複数の属性項目に区分された属性値を楽曲番号に対応付けした楽曲単位の索引データを集約すること
（３）利用者インタフェースは、制御手段の制御に従い情報画面を表示するとともに利用者入力を受け付け可能とすること
（４）制御手段は、通常検索処理と、関連楽曲検索処理を可能とすること
（５）通常検索処理は、利用者入力に従って楽曲索引データベースを検索して曲名・アーチスト名を表示させ、利用者入力により特定された１つの楽曲の予約指示があった際、当該楽曲の楽曲番号を待ち行列に登録することを指示する予約信号を送信手段より送信させるとともに、当該楽曲の索引データ中の少なくとも楽曲番号を最終予約楽曲レジスタに更新記憶すること
（６）関連楽曲検索処理は、関連楽曲検索の指示と属性項目Ａを特定する利用者入力に応答して第１〜第３処理を行うこと
（７）第１処理は、最終予約楽曲レジスタから楽曲番号Ｂを読み出すとともに、当該レジスタまたは楽曲索引データベースから楽曲番号Ｂの索引データ中の属性項目Ａの属性値Ｃを読み出すこと
（８）第２処理は、属性項目Ａの記述が属性値Ｃである楽曲を楽曲索引データベースから検索抽出し、それら楽曲の曲名・アーチスト名を列挙表示させ、表示中から１つの楽曲を特定する利用者入力を受け付けること

（17）関連楽曲検索処理は、関連楽曲検索の指示と属性項目Ａを特定する利用者入力に応答して第１〜第３処理を行うこと
（18）第１処理は、カラオケ装置に対して待ち行列末尾の楽曲番号Ｂまたは当該楽曲の索引データを要求してこれを受信し、受信信号中または楽曲索引データベースから楽曲番号Ｂの索引データ中の属性項目Ａの属性値Ｃを読み出すこと

また本発明は、演奏予約の待ち行列に従ってカラオケ楽曲の伴奏音楽を順番に演奏するカラオケ装置にも及んでおり、カラオケ楽曲の各種の属性情報を集約した楽曲索引データベースと、待ち行列に登録されている楽曲について関連楽曲検索メニューを利用者に提示する関連楽曲検索案内手段と、この手段による案内に従ってある楽曲Ａについて関連楽曲検索メニュー中の項目を特定した実行コマンドが利用者から与えられたとき、関連楽曲検索メニュー中の特定された項目について楽曲Ａと同じ属性分類に属する他の楽曲を楽曲索引データベースから検索して利用者に提示する関連楽曲検索手段と、関連楽曲検索手段で提示した楽曲の中から利用者が指定した楽曲を待ち行列中の楽曲Ａのつぎに登録する関連楽曲予約手段とを備えたカラオケ装置とした。

このカラオケ装置において、カラオケ楽曲の演奏履歴を管理する手段を備え、前記関連楽曲検索手段は、前記演奏履歴に基づいて演奏頻度の多い所定曲数分の楽曲を利用者に提示することとしてもよい。

前記演奏履歴を管理する手段を備えたカラオケ装置では、関連楽曲検索手段が過去所定期間以内に演奏した楽曲については利用者に提示しないように構成することもできる。

【発明の実施の形態】
＝＝＝カラオケ選曲リモコン装置の構成と動作＝＝＝
図１（Ａ）（Ｂ）に、本発明の実施例に係るカラオケリモコン装置（以下、リモコン装置）の外観と機能ブロック構成を示した。このリモコン装置５は、タッチパネル３０を主体としたユーザインタフェースとＧＵＩによる楽曲索引機能とを備えた電子目次本である。電子目次本５の構成はパーソナルコンピュータなどの汎用コンピュータと基本的には同じであり、ＣＰＵ・ＲＡＭ・ＲＯＭ・ビデオＲＡＭなどを内蔵してコンピュータ本体として機能するリモコン制御部２１によって統括制御されている。外部記憶として機能するフラッシュメモリ２２には楽曲番号毎に曲名、歌手名、発表年、楽曲タイプ、歌詞対象、歌詞感情などの項目ごとに属性情報を分類分けした楽曲索引情報が格納され、リモコン制御部２１は、この情報を楽曲索引データベースとして管理している。なお、楽曲タイプ、歌詞対象、歌詞感情は、それぞれ楽曲のテンポ（アップテンポ、ノーマルテンポ、スローテンポなど）、歌詞の主題（恋愛、友達、卒業、仕事、季節、社会など）、歌詞に込められた喜怒哀楽に関する属性情報である。リモコン制御部２１は、ＲＳ２３２Ｃ規格の通信ＩＦ（インタフェース）２３を介してカラオケ装置１などの外部コンピュータと通信し、新規のカラオケ楽曲についての索引情報を取り込んでフラッシュメモリ２２に格納し、楽曲索引データベースを適時に更新する。

リモコン制御部２１は、利用者にＧＵＩ環境を提供するために、タッチセンサ２７からの操作入力情報を操作制御部２６を介して受け取ると、内部のＲＯＭに用意されている画像データや、操作入力情報に応じた処理結果を反映させた画像データをビデオＲＡＭにビットマップ展開するとともに、ＬＣＤドライバ２４を制御してこのビットマップ画像をＬＣＤ２５に表示出力させる。

図２（Ａ）〜（Ｅ）にＧＵＩによる画面遷移を示した。この例では、利用者が５０音索引形式で曲名をその頭文字から入力して検索対象を絞っていき、最終的に特定されたリクエスト曲の楽曲番号とこの曲に連係させて表示するメッセージとを演奏予約コマンドとしてカラオケ装置１に与えるまでの過程を示している。

リモコン装置１を起動したときに表示されるトップ画面には、各種検索方式（新譜・歌手名・曲名・あの頃・デュエット・ジャンル・リモコン・関連楽曲）を呼び出すための各ボタン２１〜２８と、楽曲演奏中にあるカラオケ装置を操作するための各種ボタン２９が配設されている（Ａ）。ここでは、曲名ボタン２３が指示されたものとする。

リモコン制御部２１は、このボタン２３が指示されると５０音パレットを表示し（Ｂ）、利用者はこのパレットから曲名をその頭文字からタッチして曲名の一部（あるいは全部）を入力する。リモコン制御部２１は、利用者入力された文字列を楽曲索引データベースに照会し、該当する楽曲を提示する（Ｃ）。そして、提示した楽曲から最終的に１曲が特定されると、この楽曲の楽曲番号をＲＡＭの所定領域に格納するとともに、この楽曲についての詳細な索引情報を含む詳細画面を表示する（Ｄ）。

詳細画面中の転送ボタン３０がタッチされると、リモコン制御部２１は該当の楽曲番号を含んだ演奏予約コマンドのコードを発生し、このコードをＬＥＤドライバ２８に転送する。ＬＥＤドライバ２８は、このコードの変調信号をＬＥＤ２９に与えて、カラオケ装置１に演奏予約のための無線信号を送信させる。そして、リクエスト曲を演奏表示予約した旨の確認画面を表示する（Ｅ）。

またリモコン制御部２１は、リクエスト曲を演奏予約するリモコン信号を発信すると、フラッシュメモリ２２にこの楽曲を最終予約楽曲としてその楽曲番号を記憶する。次に新規の楽曲が演奏予約された場合には、その楽曲を最終予約楽曲としてフラッシュメモリ２２内の楽曲番号を更新する。

＝＝＝カラオケ装置の構成と機能＝＝＝
図３は上記リモコン装置５が演奏予約の対象としているカラオケ装置の機能ブロック図である。このカラオケ装置１は、周知の通信カラオケシステムの演奏端末であり、ハードウエア構成や基本的な動作も従来の演奏端末と同様である。すなわち、内部にＣＰＵ・ＲＡＭ・ＲＯＭを含む中央制御部２は、ハードディスク装置３に格納された多数のカラオケ楽曲についてのカラオケデータに楽曲番号を対応付けして楽曲データベースとして管理している。

カラオケデータは伴奏音楽の生成起源となるＭＩＤＩ形式で記述された音楽生成データと、伴奏音楽に同期して表示出力される歌詞画像について歌詞の文字列・表示シーケンス・表示タイミングなどを記述した歌唱描出データとを含んでいる。また、歌詞画像の背景映像となる長時間分の映像データと、背景映像の表示シーケンスを指定した映像台本データもハードディスク装置３に格納されている。映像台本データは、楽曲番号に対応付けされ、該当のカラオケ楽曲の演奏時に、いつ・どのデータ記録位置から・どれだけの時間分の映像を復号するのかを指定したデータであり、この映像台本データも楽曲データベースによって管理されている。

なお中央制御部２は、通信制御部１５を介して適時に公衆電話回線に接続してカラオケ事業者が管理するホスト装置とデータ通信し、新譜のカラオケデータや映像台本データをダウンロードして楽曲データベースを随時更新している。また、カラオケ装置１自体の稼働状況（演奏楽曲・演奏回数など）を稼働ログとしてハードディスク装置３に記録・管理しており、その稼働ログをホスト装置にアップロードする処理も行っている。

中央制御部２は、電子目次本などのリモコン送信器５やカラオケ装置１本体に配設されている操作パネル６に利用者入力された楽曲番号を操作制御部７を介して受け取ると、その楽曲番号を内部のＲＡＭに格納して演奏処理の待ち行列に登録する。中央制御部２はこの待ち行列にある楽曲番号を順次ピックアップし、ピックアップした楽曲番号のカラオケデータをハードディスク装置３より取り出す。そして、音楽生成データをシンセサイザ８に転送し伴奏音楽の音声信号を生成させる。伴奏音楽の音声信号はマイクロホン１１からの歌唱音声信号とともにミキシングアンプ９に入力され、ここで増幅・混合された音声信号がスピーカ１０より音響出力される。

また、歌詞描出データを処理して歌詞文字列を表示／消去しながら、表示中の歌詞文字列の各文字が色変わりしていく歌詞画像を順次ビデオＲＡＭ１２にビットマップ展開していくとともに、映像台本データに従って適宜な映像データを適時に映像制御部１３に転送する。映像制御部１３は、映像データを背景映像の映像信号に復号するとともに、ビデオＲＡＭ１２にビットマップ展開される歌詞画像を背景映像にスーパーインポーズしてディスプレイ１４に表示出力する。

＝＝＝関連楽曲検索機能＝＝＝＝
本実施例のリモコン装置５には、上述した電子目次本の基本機能に加え、カラオケ装置１における最新の演奏予約楽曲と同じ属性情報を付帯する楽曲を予約候補曲として提示する関連楽曲検索機能を備えている。図４（Ａ）〜（Ｅ）にこの関連楽曲検索機能におけるＧＵＩの概略を示した。利用者が前記トップ画面（Ａ）の「関連楽曲」ボタンをタッチすると、リモコン制御部２１は最終予約楽曲の楽曲番号を楽曲索引データベースに照会し、その属性情報を取得する。そして、この楽曲に付帯する属性情報の項目をボタンにして配置した画面を表示する（Ｂ）。基本的には、歌手、年代、ジャンル、楽曲タイプ、歌詞対象、歌詞感情の各ボタン３１〜３６が配設された画面を表示する。属性情報の項目として、ドラマの主題歌など、他の項目についての情報が含まれていれば、その項目もボタンとして表示する。

利用者が、例えば、最終予約楽曲と同じ歌手の楽曲を予約したいのであれば、「歌手」ボタンを指示する。リモコン制御部２１は、指示された項目について、最終予約楽曲と同じ属性情報を楽曲索引データベースに照会する。そして、該当する楽曲を一覧表示する（Ｃ）。利用者が提示された楽曲から１曲を特定すると、その楽曲の詳細情報を表示し（Ｄ）、その状態で転送指示を受け付けたならば、その楽曲を演奏予約するためのリモコン信号を発信して確認画面（Ｅ）を表示する。もちろん、複数の項目を指定できるようにして、指定された項目の全てについて関連する楽曲を提示するようにしてもよい。

＝＝＝履歴に基づく関連楽曲検索機能＝＝＝
候補楽曲が数多く提示された場合、利用者はその中から１曲を特定するのに苦労する。そこで、リモコン装置側で演奏予約された楽曲についての履歴を録っておき、予約回数の多い楽曲から順に所定曲数分を提示する構成としてもよい。

あるいは、カラオケ装置側で管理している演奏履歴を楽曲索引データベースの更新機会などに受け取るようにして、その履歴に基づいて演奏頻度の高い楽曲を提示してもよい。もちろん、カラオケ装置が演奏履歴に基づいて属性分類の項目ごとに所定曲数分の楽曲をあらかじめ選出しておいて、この選出した楽曲をリモコン装置に通知することもできる。

なお、カラオケ装置側で管理される演奏履歴については、そのカラオケ装置単体で記録した演奏履歴を利用してもよいが、カラオケ装置が通信カラオケシステムの演奏端末であれば、ホスト装置が多数のカラオケ装置から集信した演奏履歴を各カラオケ装置に配信するようにして、その多数のカラオケ装置における演奏履歴の集計結果を利用することもできる。リモコン装置とホスト装置が、例えばインターネットに接続する機能を備えているのであれば、リモコン装置はホスト装置から直接演奏履歴を取得することも可能である。

＝＝＝複数のカラオケリモコン装置で運用する場合＝＝＝
カラオケ装置に付帯するリモコン装置は必ずしも１台とは限らない。複数台のリモコン装置を使ってカラオケ装置に演奏予約をするのであれば、各リモコン装置がそれぞれ最終予約楽曲を認知する必要がある。そこで、リモコン装置とカラオケ装置とが、例えば、ＩｒＤＡやＢｌｕｅｔｏｏｔｈ（登録商標）などの無線インタフェースを介してリアルタイムで通信するように構成すれば、カラオケ装置の待ち行列における最終予約楽曲を各リモコン装置が認知することができる。

あるいは、リモコン装置同士が通信するように構成し、各リモコン装置における最新の予約楽曲とその予約時間などを交換し合えば、各リモコン装置は全リモコン装置における最終予約楽曲を認知することができる。

＝＝＝カラオケ装置による関連楽曲検索機能＝＝＝
上記実施例では、カラオケ選曲リモコン装置に関連楽曲検索機能が搭載されていた。この構成に代えて、カラオケ装置側に同様の関連楽曲検索機能を搭載する構成も考えられる。カラオケ装置に電子目次本と同様の楽曲索引データベースを備えさせ、所定の利用者入力を受け付けたならば、自身が管理する待ち行列の最後尾の楽曲番号のカラオケ楽曲の属性情報を取得し、利用者にその楽曲の属性情報を項目別に選択可能にして提示する。そして、利用者がリモコン装置や操作パネルを操作してある項目が選択されたならば、その項目に関し最終予約楽曲の属性情報と同じ属性情報を楽曲索引データベースに照会して該当する楽曲を提示する。提示された楽曲から１曲が利用者により指定されたならば、その楽曲を待ち行列に登録する。

＝＝＝任意の予約楽曲に対する関連楽曲検索機能＝＝
カラオケ装置における演奏中の楽曲や待ち行列に登録されている任意の楽曲の次にその楽曲に関連した楽曲を演奏させることもできる。例えば、リモコン装置にて演奏予約履歴を管理しているのであれば、過去数曲分の演奏予約曲を提示し、その提示楽曲から任意の楽曲を利用者に選択させる。利用者が選択した楽曲の属性情報と同じ属性情報を付帯する楽曲を提示し、特定の楽曲が指定されたならば、その楽曲を選択した楽曲の次に演奏する旨のコマンドを含んだリモコン信号を発信するように構成する。カラオケ装置側では、このコマンドを含んだリモコン信号を受け付け、待ち行列中で該当する順番にその楽曲の楽曲番号を登録すればよい。リモコン装置とカラオケ装置とが通信する構成では、演奏中の楽曲よりあとに演奏予約された楽曲のみを提示することで、待ち行列に登録されている任意の楽曲のつぎに関連楽曲を確実に登録することができる。

カラオケ装置に関連楽曲検索機能が搭載されている場合、カラオケ装置が待ち行列に登録されている楽曲を選択可能に提示し、特定の楽曲が選択されたならば、その楽曲に関連する楽曲を提示すればよい。そしてある楽曲が特定されたならば、待ち行列中で選択された楽曲の次にその楽曲を登録すればよい。

＝＝＝過去に予約・演奏した関連楽曲の提示制御＝＝＝
属性分類が関連する楽曲を連続して予約、あるいは演奏させていけば、当然、同じ楽曲が再度提示されることになる。そこで、履歴に基づく関連楽曲検索機能を備えたリモコン装置であれば、過去所定期間以内に予約した楽曲については関連する楽曲として提示しないようにすることができ、期間をおかずに同じ楽曲を予約してしまうことを回避することができる。リモコン装置とカラオケ装置とが通信するのであれば、カラオケ装置から受け取った演奏履歴に基づいて、過去所定期間以内に演奏された楽曲については提示しないようすることができる。もちろん、カラオケ装置側に関連楽曲検索機能を実装した形態でも過去所定期間以内に演奏された楽曲を関連楽曲として提示しないようにできる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、カラオケ装置に演奏予約したある楽曲に関連する楽曲を簡単に検索してその楽曲の次に演奏させるように予約することができる。それによって、関連する楽曲のリクエストが連鎖し、カラオケの場が盛り上げることが期待できる。
