この発明は、封緘用フラップ付き角底袋の製造方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
角底袋は、広幅の前後面部及び狭幅の左右側面部と角底とで横断面矩形に形成され、使用前の状態では幅狭の左右両側面部が二つ折りに内側へ折り込まれると共に、角底が表裏一面側へ折り付けられて全体として偏平な折畳み形態になっており、その表側開口縁に封緘用フラップを連設したものがある。そして、このような封緘用フラップ付き角底袋を製造する手段として、従来より、特許文献1と特許文献2及び特許文献3に開示される方法が知られている。

特許文献1の方法は、開口端縁が袋幅方向に一直線に切断された角底袋(生袋)を自動製袋し、その開口側を前にして偏平な折畳み状態で移送しつつ、封緘用フラップ形成部の左右両側部分を耳落としカッターで斜めに切除し、次いで封緘用フラップ形成の不要部となる後面部側の台形部と左右両側面部の前端台形部とを左右方向に沿う直線状のハーフカット刃を有する切捨て用カッターロールで切除し、前面部側の台形部を封緘用フラップとして残すようにしている。そして、前記の原材とする角底袋として、封緘用フラップ形成部の内面に予めライナー(剥離紙)付き感圧接着剤層を設けておく構成も示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許文献1の方法は、封緘用フラップ形成の不要部となる後面部側の台形部と左右両側面部の前端台形部とを切捨て用カッターロールで切除する際、前面部側の台形部を残す必要があることに加え、袋の層が左右両側では前後面部の2層と二つ折りに折り込んだ側面部からなる2層との計4層であるのに対し、中央側では前後面部の2層のみであり、もって左右両側と中央側との厚さが異なるため、前記切捨て用カッターロールのハーフカット刃のクリアランス調整が極めて困難であり、左右両側面部の前端台形部の切り残しを生じたり、逆に中央側で封緘用フラップとして残すべき前面部側の台形部まで切り込まれたりして、高品質のものを安定して製造できず、前記クリアランス調整にも熟練と時間を要するという問題があった。また、封緘用フラップ形成のために、この切捨て用カッターロールによる後段の切除と、前段の耳落としカッターによる左右両側部分の斜め切除との2段階のカッティングを行うことから、工数が多くなって製造能率が悪い上に設備コストも高く付くという難点もあった。

一方、前記特許文献2及び3の方法は、原材とする角底袋を常法に準じて自動製袋でのチュービングと角底形成によって製作するにしても、この自動製袋で得られる角底袋はその長さ方向が巻回ロールから繰り出されるシート状原紙の送り方向になるのに対し、封緘用フラップ形成時に送る角底袋の向きが90度異なるため、角底袋の連続製作ラインと封緘用フラップの連続形成ラインとが別ラインになり、もって封緘用フラップ付き角底袋全体としての製造に時間を要して生産能率が悪く、製造コストも高く付き、また袋の送り方向を転換する装置を介して角底袋の製作ラインと封緘用フラップの形成ラインとを繋ぐ場合には、その介在させる方向転換装置の導入によって設備コストが高く付くという問題があった。更に、前記特特許文献1の方法と同様に、封緘用フラップ形成のために2段階のカッティングを要することによる難点もあった。

上記目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明に係る封緘用フラップ付き角底袋の製造方法は、巻回ロールより連続的に繰り出されるシート状原紙に対し、封緘用フラップ形成のための不要部分の切除を行う不要部分カッティング工程と、この不要部分を切除したシート状原紙に袋単位の筒状部を形成するチュービング工程と、筒状部を形成した袋単位に角底を形成して封緘用フラップの先端縁で切り離す角底形成工程と、角底を形成した袋単位の封緘用フラップの先部側内面に封緘用接着剤を塗布する接着剤塗布工程と、この接着剤塗布工程に至るまでの任意の段階又は該接着剤塗布工程の後で封緘用フラップの基部側内面になる位置に剥離剤を塗布する剥離剤塗布工程と、接着剤塗布及び剥離剤塗布を行った封緘用フラップを半折りして接着剤塗布面を剥離剤塗布面に重ね合わせる封緘用フラップ半折り工程とを連続して行うことを特徴としている。

以下、この発明の実施形態について、図面を参照して具体的に説明する。図1(イ)(ロ)は請求項1の発明及び請求項2の発明に係る製造方法の一実施形態で製造対象とする剥離紙レスタイプの封緘用フラップ付き角底袋(10A)、図2は請求項3の発明に係る製造方法の一実施形態で製造対象とする剥離紙付きタイプの封緘用フラップ付き角底袋(10B)、図3は請求項1の発明に係る製造方法の一実施形態の連続製造ライン、図4は請求項2の発明に係る製造方法の一実施形態の連続製造ライン、図5は請求項3の発明に係る製造方法の一実施形態の連続製造ラインをそれぞれ示す。
