Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention is a concrete plate exposed to rain water such as a balcony or an external corridor, etc., and prevents the crack of the concrete plate that prevents the occurrence of cracks caused by drying shrinkage of the concrete and the accompanying penetration of rain water into the cracks. The present invention relates to a slit and a method for forming the slit.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
For example, in concrete slabs exposed to rainwater, such as apartment balconies and external corridors, construction is not permitted on the concrete surface, provided that the lower floor is not a room.
[0003]
For this reason, when cracks due to drying shrinkage, etc. of concrete occur, it is in an unprotected state against rainwater, and if rainwater enters from the cracks, it reaches the lower end of the concrete plate, and white flower and water leakage on the back side of the concrete plate In addition to the occurrence of rust, the reinforcing bars in the concrete plate rust.
[0004]
To solve this problem, joints are formed on the surface side of the concrete plate as in JP-A-2001-3492, JP-A-2001-220833, JP-A-2002-4443, etc., and joints having elasticity such as synthetic resin foams on the joints. There is also a method of filling the joint, but the joint material filled only in the joint part cannot fully follow the behavior of the concrete plate due to the shrinkage of the concrete and the external force after placing the concrete, so some joint materials completely prevent cracking It is not possible.
[0005]
The present invention proposes a crack prevention slit having a good followability to the behavior of a concrete plate due to shrinkage of concrete or external force, and a method for forming the crack, which is highly effective in preventing rainwater from entering.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a method for forming a crack prevention slit of a floor slab-like concrete plate that is continuously constructed in the length direction at a site facing the outdoors such as a balcony or an outer corridor, and the length direction of the concrete plate A molded plate having a certain thickness in the length direction of the concrete plate, spaced apart from each other, and having elasticity capable of following the shrinkage at the time of hardening of the concrete and / or after hardening of the concrete and the relative deformation of the concrete plate. Placed on the formwork in the entire cross section of the concrete plate, fixed on the mold on one side with the forming plate sandwiched, and fixed to the mounting member embedded in the concrete plate, After placing the concrete in a separated state, after hardening the concrete, remove at least the top and bottom of the periphery of the molded plate, fill the removed part with a sealing material, and place a slit in the length direction of the concrete plate. A method of forming cracks prevention slits concrete panel forming the door, increasing the followability of the molded plate for the concrete shrinkage and the concrete of the relative deformation, increase the penetration preventing effect of rainwater.
[0007]
By forming a slit with a molded plate in the entire cross section of the concrete plate, the reinforcement in the concrete plate is completed in units between slits, and the concrete plate is separated in the length direction in units between slits. Shrinkage and relative deformation of the concrete plate will occur in the concrete plate unit that is divided across the slit, the stress generation in the concrete due to shrinkage and relative deformation is alleviated, and the concrete plate itself is accompanied by shrinkage and relative deformation The possibility of cracking is reduced.
[0008]
On top of that, the molding plate is arranged over the entire length of the slit formed continuously in the width direction of the concrete plate, so that the molding plate becomes longer than when the molding plate is arranged in a part of the width direction of the concrete plate. Since the deformation capacity of the molding plate itself increases, the followability of the molded plate to the behavior of the concrete plate due to the contraction of the concrete or external force is improved. As a result, in addition to a decrease in the possibility of cracking in the concrete plate itself, problems such as penetration of rainwater into the concrete, the occurrence of white flower and water leakage, and rusting of the reinforcing bars are avoided.
[0009]
The molded plate has a width corresponding to the total thickness of the concrete plate over the entire width of the concrete plate because it needs to play the role of a weir plate that blocks the concrete in units of the concrete plate divided by a slit when placing concrete. However, in order to ensure the rainwater permeation preventing effect between the concrete plate and the molded plate in the slit after hardening of the concrete, a sealing material is filled at least above and below the periphery, such as around the molded plate.
[0010]
Slits, spaced in the longitudinal direction of the concrete, by pouring concrete in the state in which the molded plate formation position of slits, are formed in the entire cross-section of the concrete.
[0011]
The molded plate can be installed at the slit position by any method, but the molded plate can be installed easily and accurately by fixing the molded plate to the mounting member embedded in one concrete plate across the slit. Can do. In this case, the mounting member is buried in the concrete.
[0012]
As described above, the molded plate has a length corresponding to the entire width of the concrete plate and a width corresponding to the total thickness of the concrete plate in terms of the function as a dam plate at the time of placing the concrete, but ensures the rainwater penetration preventing effect. Therefore, at least the top and bottom of the periphery of the molding plate is filled with a sealing material, but in order to prevent the sealing material from rising, at least the top and bottom of the periphery of the molding plate is removed at a certain depth, and the sealing material is removed in the removed portion. Is filled.
[0013]
In this case, in advance from the removal of the molding plate it is performed after casting the concrete, in order to improve the workability for the removal, at least the upper and lower periphery of the molded plate if necessary, as described in
[0014]

【The invention's effect】
In claim 1 , the concrete plate has a certain thickness in the length direction of the concrete plate, spaced apart in the length direction of the concrete plate, shrinkage at the time of hardening of the concrete and / or after hardening of the concrete, and relative to the concrete plate. In order to separate the concrete plate in the length direction by the unit between slits by placing the molded plate with elasticity that can follow the deformation in all sections of the concrete plate and forming slits in the entire cross section of the concrete plate, Shrinkage and relative deformation of the concrete plate can be generated in units of slits, reducing the occurrence of stress in the concrete due to shrinkage and relative deformation, and the possibility of cracking due to shrinkage and relative deformation in the concrete plate itself. Can be reduced.
[0022]
In addition, by arranging the molding plate over the entire length of the slit formed continuously in the width direction of the concrete plate, the deformability of the molding plate itself is increased compared to the case where the molding plate is arranged in part of the width direction of the concrete plate. Therefore, the followability of the molded plate against the shrinkage of the concrete and the relative deformation of the concrete plate is improved.
[0023]
As a result, in addition to a decrease in the possibility of cracking in the concrete plate itself, it is possible to avoid problems such as infiltration of rainwater, generation of white flower and water leakage, and rusting of reinforcing bars.
[0024]
In addition, since the sealing material is filled at least in the upper and lower sides, such as around the molded plate, it is possible to ensure the rainwater penetration preventing effect between the concrete plate and the molded plate in the slit after hardening of the concrete.
[0025]
According to the second aspect , since the cut is made in advance in at least the upper and lower sides of the molded plate within the range to be removed, the removal operation of the molded plate for filling the sealing material can be easily performed.
[0026]
In addition, since the molded plate is fixed to the mounting member embedded in one concrete plate with the joint interposed therebetween, the molded plate can be installed easily and accurately.
