しかし、上記した実開昭59−83581号公報に開示されているものの様に、芯材の内壁と保持用突起の当接部分が鋭角であると、組み立ての際に保持用突起の鋭角な部分が芯材との当接部分を削ってしまい、十分な保持機能が得られなくなってしまう危険性があった。また、使用者が芯材を複数回抜き差ししてしまう場合も有り、前記の問題が顕著に発生してしまう場合もあった。即ち、保持機能が無くなってしまうと、些細な衝撃よっても芯材が保持用突起から外れてしまい、その結果、芯材が芯保持粉体ホルダ内で自由に前後動してしまうのである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、先端が開口し筆記体が突出する外筒と、前記筆記体を先端に設けた中芯を保持する中芯保持部を内部に設けた筆記具において、前記中芯の内壁の円周に対する中芯保持部の当接割合を、5%以上70%未満とすると共に、その中芯保持部の前方に矢型形状の膨出部を形成し、その膨出部の頂部を前記中芯の内壁との当接部としたことを要旨とする。

試験結果について上記表1、図3、図4を参照して、試験結果が良好であった5%から40%(実施例1)、並びに、61%から70%(実施例3)の範囲について説明する。尚、図4は中芯保持部4が中芯4の内壁に当接する面積を10%に設定したものを図示したものである。この範囲では中芯保持部3を中芯4に圧入させる際に、中芯保持部3の湾曲した頂部22が中芯4内壁に突き刺さることや、中芯保持部3の頂部22が、前記中芯4内壁を削ってしまうことがほとんどなかった。
次に、41%から60%(実施例2)の範囲について説明する。前記中芯保持部3を中芯4の内壁に抜き差しする際に、中芯保持部3の頂部22が中芯4内壁に突き刺さることや、中芯保持部3の頂部22が、前記中芯4内壁を削ってしまうことが全くなかった。このことから、中芯4内壁に中芯保持部3が、41%から60%の範囲で当接することが特に優れていると言える。
ちなみに、本例においては、53.5%に設定されている。

次に比較例として、結果が良くなかったものについて説明する。
