Claims (5)
- 投入される被溶融物又は被焼却物を旋回流の燃焼炎で燃焼、焼却する旋回流型燃焼・溶融炉の燃焼、焼却に伴う廃熱の回収方法であって、
前記旋回流型燃焼・溶融炉の少なくとも一部の炉壁を、炉の周方向に間隔をあけて配置された複数の第1細管と、該第1細管に対し前記炉の半径方向内側に第1細管よりも細径に設けられ、第1細管と下部で連通し上端がキャピラリーに形成された複数の第2細管と、該第2細管の上方に設けられ、前記キャピラリーが開口された複数の蒸気発生部とを備える熱交換手段で形成し、
前記炉の外部から水を第1細管に供給して第1細管で加熱させ、該第1細管からの水を第2細管に受け入れて、該第2細管で水を更に加熱してキャピラリーから蒸気発生部に噴射させ、該蒸気発生部でキャピラリーから噴射された水を加熱して蒸気を発生することを特徴とする旋回流型燃焼・溶融炉の廃熱回収方法。 - 被溶融物又は被焼却物の燃焼、焼却時における燃焼温度が最も高くなる炉壁部分を少なくとも含む位置に、前記熱交換手段を設置する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の旋回流型燃焼・溶融炉の廃熱回収方法。 - 投入される被溶融物又は被焼却物を旋回流の燃焼炎で燃焼、焼却する旋回流型燃焼・溶融炉の燃焼、焼却に伴う廃熱の回収装置であって、
前記旋回流型燃焼・溶融炉の少なくとも一部の炉壁を熱交換手段で形成し、該熱交換手段を、外部から水が供給される炉の周方向に間隔をあけて配置された複数の第1細管と、該第1細管に対し前記炉の半径方向内側に第1細管よりも細径に設けられ、第1細管と下部で連通し上端がキャピラリーに形成された複数の第2細管と、該第2細管の上方に設けられ、前記キャピラリーが開口された複数の蒸気発生部とで構成することを特徴とする旋回流型燃焼・溶融炉の廃熱回収装置。 - 被溶融物又は被焼却物の燃焼、焼却時における燃焼温度が最も高くなる炉壁部分を少なくとも含む位置に、前記熱交換手段を設置する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の旋回流型燃焼・溶融炉の廃熱回収装置。 - 前記熱交換手段を熱伝導性のよい部材で形成し、その表面を耐火材で覆う、
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の旋回流型燃焼・溶融炉の廃熱回収装置。
