Description
Claims (4)
- フッ素を100〜1000ppmおよびOH基を4〜7ppm含有し、かつゲルマニウムを含有しないシリカガラスから成るコアの外周に、フッ素を1000〜7000ppmまたはホウ素を2000〜10000ppm含有したシリカガラスから成るクラッドを備え、前記コアには、フェムト秒レーザまたはピコ秒レーザの照射によりグレーティングが書き込まれていることを特徴とするファイバグレーティング。
- 前記クラッドは、光軸に平行な複数の中空孔を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のファイバグレーティング。
- フッ素を100〜1000ppmおよびOH基を4〜7ppm含有し、かつゲルマニウムを含有しないシリカガラスから成るコアの外周に、フッ素を1000〜7000ppmまたはホウ素を2000〜10000ppm含有したシリカガラスから成るクラッドを備えるとともに、前記クラッドの外周に保護被覆層を備える光ファイバに対し、コヒーレントな2つのフェムト秒レーザまたはピコ秒レーザを干渉させて生じた干渉光を前記保護被覆層の外側から照射することにより、前記コアにグレーティングを書き込むことを特徴とするファイバグレーティングの作製方法。
- 前記クラッドの外表面に平坦部が設けられ、前記平坦部に前記干渉光が照射されることを特徴とする請求項3記載のファイバグレーティングの作製方法。
