Description
【0001】
【0044】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for measuring biological information such as blood glucose level and a sensor for measuring biological information.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In medical examinations and treatments using insulin for diabetics, blood is collected and blood glucose levels and other components are measured. In particular, when a diabetic patient administers insulin several times a day, the patient collects blood from his / her fingers and the like, introduces the blood into a device for measuring blood sugar level, and blood component values such as blood sugar level It is important to understand. However, blood sampling and measurement are accompanied by physical pain at the time of blood sampling, and the operation is complicated. Therefore, there is a demand for a simple means for measuring blood component values with less pain.
On the other hand, in a blood component measuring apparatus, the sensor part is frequently replaced due to reasons such as deterioration in detection accuracy and sensitivity over time. The sensor usually detects a specific component, but the response level of the sensor is different for each sensor. Therefore, in order to ensure the quantification of the specific component, it is necessary to cause the processing means of the apparatus body to recognize the information related to the sensor characteristics, and to perform arithmetic processing and determination according to the sensor characteristics. Conventionally, information related to sensor characteristics is stored in a dedicated chip attached to the replacement sensor, and when the sensor is replaced, the user sets the dedicated chip in the measuring device, and information related to the sensor characteristics is stored in the apparatus body. I was reading. However, correct measurement cannot be performed if the correction by the dedicated chip is forgotten. Also, the sensor replacement work is complicated.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a biological information measuring device capable of performing accurate measurement with a simple operation.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a biological information measuring sensor capable of accurate measurement with a simple operation.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention provides a biological information measuring device, an electrode part that can be punctured subcutaneously and that can detect the biological information as electrical information resulting from the information, and the electrode part. There is provided a measuring apparatus comprising a replaceable sensor unit having electrode characteristic information holding means necessary for obtaining the biological information based on detected electrical information.
The sensor unit of this measuring device includes an electrode unit serving as a detection unit and electrode characteristic information necessary for obtaining biological information from electrical information detected by the electrode unit. For this reason, by setting this sensor part in the apparatus main body, the electrical information detected according to the characteristic of the sensor part can be processed, and accurate biological information can be obtained. Therefore, even if the sensor unit is replaced, the operation for inputting information on the characteristics of the electrode unit is not required, and measurement can be performed with a simple operation.
[0005]
In the present invention, the electrode unit is mounted on a substrate having a wiring pattern, and a part of the wiring pattern on the substrate is used as a terminal. A device is provided.
In this apparatus, the sensor unit has a substrate having a wiring pattern, and an electrode unit is mounted on the wiring pattern to apply a voltage to the electrode unit or transmit detected electrical information. The terminal is formed with a wiring pattern. The electrode characteristic information holding means is formed by a wiring pattern provided on the substrate. For this reason, the sensor unit has electrode characteristic information, has a simple configuration, and can be easily downsized.
[0006]
In addition, when an enzyme layer containing an enzyme active against a specific substance to be measured is provided on the surface of the electrode part, detection information on a predetermined component in subcutaneous body fluid that reacts with the enzyme is selectively obtained. And a sensor capable of measuring a value related to a predetermined component in the living body.
In addition, the sensor unit including the enzyme layer has an electron mediator layer that compensates for a potential difference between the electrode unit and the subcutaneous body fluid, and is specified on the outermost surface of the electrode unit between the electrode unit and the subcutaneous body fluid. When a cover layer that restricts the movement of substances other than substances is provided, it is well suppressed that other components are obstructed or electrical information related to other components is included, and detection information related to the specified component Can be detected with high accuracy.
[0007]
In addition, an exchangeable sensor mounted on the biological information measuring device, which can be punctured under the skin and can detect the biological information as electrical information caused by the information, and is detected by the electrode unit Provided is a sensor having electrode characteristic information holding means necessary for obtaining biological information based on the electrical information.
Since this sensor includes an electrode part for detecting biological information and electrode characteristic information related to the characteristic of the electrode part, the sensor reads the electrode characteristic information and processes detection information according to the electrode characteristic. By setting it to a measuring device that can be used, accurate biological information can be obtained without performing any special work for processing according to the electrode characteristics.

The conductive member can be provided in the form of a film on an insulating member formed in a convex shape that can be punctured subcutaneously, for example. Specifically, it can be formed into a film that covers the entire convex insulating member. Further, in the form in which a convex shape that can be punctured subcutaneously is formed by the insulating member, the conductive member can be provided on a plurality of filaments extending from the tip of the convex portion toward the base. In this embodiment, a plurality of electrode portions are formed on one convex portion.
The conductive member may be formed in a convex shape that can be directly punctured subcutaneously. The conductive member can be formed into a convex shape that can be punctured subcutaneously by various known methods such as etching, molding, and cutting.

In order to detect only the electrical information related to the predetermined component in the subcutaneous body fluid, a selection layer that can extract only the information about the predetermined component is provided. The selective layer is an enzyme layer in which enzymes that react only with a predetermined substance are closely arranged, or a limited transmission that transmits a predetermined substance to be measured and does not transmit a substance that affects the potential measurement of the predetermined substance. It can be a membrane layer. The enzyme contained in the enzyme layer can be selected from various enzymes that can specifically react with a specific substance in the subcutaneous body fluid. It is preferable to use an enzyme that reacts with a substrate, that is, a specific substance in subcutaneous body fluid, accompanied by electron transfer. Alternatively, an enzyme may be used in which the substance generated by the reaction between the enzyme and the substrate causes a charge transfer reaction quickly and reliably between the
[0018]
Moreover, when an enzyme layer is provided, it is preferable to provide an electron mediator layer. The electron mediator layer is a layer that compensates for an excessive potential difference between the electrode portion and a specific substance in the subcutaneous body fluid to enable detection of the potential and improve detection accuracy. For example, when the enzyme layer is made of glucose oxidase, various ferrocenes can be used as the electron mediator. For example, a ferrocene carboxaldehyde-albumin covalent conjugate is preferred.
The electron mediator component may be mixed with an enzyme and contained in the enzyme layer. Further, the enzyme layer and the electron mediator layer may be substantially composed of one layer by preparing a solution in which the enzyme and the electron mediator component are mixed and applying the solution.

In addition, since the biological information measuring apparatus 1 can obtain the measurement result immediately, the doctor can make a quick diagnosis, and the period for waiting for the result of the person to be measured is shortened, resulting in a mental burden. It is reduced.
In the biological information measuring device of the present invention, a plurality of measurement elements can be measured simultaneously by increasing the number of protrusions. For this reason, it is possible to measure a plurality of measurement items with a single operation, which is efficient and can reduce physical pain and mental pain of the measurement subject.
The
[0041]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
The biometric information measurement sensor is not limited to a sensor that detects a blood glucose level, and can be a sensor that measures various components that have been collected and measured conventionally, such as blood and urine. Moreover, it can also be set as the sensor which can detect several types of biological information at once by providing a plurality of electrode part. In addition, the electrical information is not limited to the current value, and may of course be an electrode potential or a potential difference. In the case of measuring the current value, the current may be detected only by puncturing subcutaneously without applying a voltage between the electrode portions.
[0042]
In the biological information measuring apparatus, the mounting position of the sensor with respect to the detected information processing means (CPU) is not limited to this embodiment. The sensor attachment part may be fixed to the main body part and integrated, for example, the whole apparatus may be formed in an armband shape and attached to the upper arm or the like for measurement. Further, when the sensor is formed of a printed circuit board as in the present embodiment and the electrode characteristic information is configured by wiring or wiring, the electrode characteristic information holding unit of the sensor is incorporated in the substrate of the detection information processing unit (CPU). As described above, the sensor may be attached. Further, the information holding body is not limited to the form provided on one plane as in the present embodiment, and may be laminated or provided on a curved surface such as a cylinder.
[0043]
Moreover, the process in which correction | amendment is performed is not limited to the said embodiment. For example, after the measurement is started and the detection information processing unit receives the detection information, the detection information processing unit may receive the electrode characteristic information of the sensor and determine the correction method.
