本発明はパチンコゲーム機の遊技盤の裏面に設けられている入賞球誘導樋に関し、詳しくは、役物の交換時に役物の配線を容易に取り出しできる入賞球誘導樋に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のパチンコゲーム機では、図４に示すように、遊技盤１０１の表面に、電飾風車１０２，１０３、液晶表示板１０４、始動入賞口１０５，通過ゲート１０６，１０７、入賞口１０８，１０９，１１０，１１１、大入賞口１１２、アウト球取入口１１３及び多数の釘１１４が設けられている。図５に示すように、入賞口１０８，１０９に取付けられている役物１１５には配線１１７が接続され、当該配線１１７の先端には雄コネクター１１９が接続されており、また、入賞口１１０，１１１に取付けられている役物１１６にも配線１１８が接続され、当該配線１１８の先端には雄コネクター１２０が接続されている。

上記の役物１１５及び１１６は、図６に示す遊技盤１０１の正面図及び図７に示す遊技盤１０１の裏面図のように、遊技盤１０１上に設けられたルーター穴１２１，１２２，１２３，１２４に遊技盤１０１の表面から各々固定ねじにより取り付けらている。ここで、各役物１１５，１１６の配線１１７，１１８はルーター穴１２１，１２２，１２３，１２４から遊技盤１０１の裏面において各々左又は右方向に取り出されている。この状態で、図８に示す入賞球誘導樋１２５を図１０に示すように、遊技盤１０１に取り付けている。

入賞球誘導樋１２５の構造について図８及び図９を参照して説明する。図８は入賞球誘導樋１２５の正面図、図９は図８に示す入賞球誘導樋１２５の右側面図である。入賞球誘導樋１２５は、前記各入賞口１０５，１０８乃至１１１から入賞したパチンコ球（入賞球）を遊技盤１０１の裏面において誘導案内するために設けられている誘導カバーであり、透明のＡＢＳ樹脂から構成されており、一定の弾性を有している。図８に示すように、入賞球誘導樋１２５の中央部には、液晶表示板１０４を避けるための中央開口１２６が設けられ、入賞球誘導樋１２５の外周部には、遊技盤１０１の裏面に平行に当接する当接板１２７，１２８，１２９，１３０，１３１，１３２，１３３，１３４，１３５，１３６，１３７，１３８が形成されている。また、当接板１２８，１３０，１３５，１３７には、位置合せ突起１３９，１４０，１４１，１４２が遊技盤１０１方向に突設されている。

さらに、入賞球誘導樋１２５には前記各当接板１２７乃至１３８と平行に設けられた裏板１４３，１４４，１４５，１５８が設けられ、前記各当接板１２７乃至１３８と各裏板１４３乃至１４５，１５８との間には、入賞球の誘導路の側壁を形成する誘導側壁１４６，１４７，１４８，１４９，１５０，１５１，１５２，１５３が設けられている。この誘導側壁１４６乃至１５３の内部の高さは、入賞球をスムーズに流下させるためにパチンコ球の直径よりやや大きく形成されている。

さらに、図８及び図９に示すように、誘導側壁１４６には側面配線取出口１５４が開口され、誘導側壁１４７には側面配線取出口１５５が開口されている。また、図８に示すように、誘導側壁１５０には側面配線取出口１５６が開口され、誘導側壁１５１には側面配線取出口１５７が開口されている。これらの配線取出口１５４乃至１５７は、入賞球誘導樋１２５を樹脂成形するときに金型により一体として開口形成されている。

上記の側面配線取出口１５４乃至１５７を利用して、図１０に示すように、役物１１５及び１１６の配線１１７，１１８が各々引き出される。その後、入賞球誘導樋１２５は前記当接板１２７乃至１３８にタッカー（ステープル）を打ち込むことによって遊技盤１０１に組み付けられ、他の機構を組み込むことによって、パチンコゲーム機が完成する。このパチンコゲーム機がパチンコホールに設置され使用される。ここで、役物１１５，１１６等が故障した場合には、当該故障した役物が交換されることになる。

次に、故障した役物１１５，１１６の交換の手順について説明する。例えば、図１０に示すルーター穴１２３に固定された役物１１５が故障した場合には、先ず、遊技盤１０１の表面から、役物１１５の固定ねじを外して、役物１１５を遊技盤１０１から外す。このとき、役物１１５の配線１１７の先端のコネクタ１１９は、図示外の中継基盤の雌コネクタに接続されているので、当該コネクタ１１９を図示外の中継基盤の雌コネクタから外す。そして、新しい役物１１５を遊技盤１０１の表面からルーター穴１２３にはめ込むのであるが、新しい役物１１５を遊技盤１０１のルーター穴１２３にはめ込む前に、配線１１７をルーター穴１２３から入賞球誘導樋１２５の側面配線取出口１５６を通過させておく。そして、新しい役物１１５を遊技盤１０１にねじ止めし、配線１１７の先端の雄コネクター１１９を図示外の中継基盤上の雌コネクターに差し込む。以上の作業により、故障した役物１１５を新しい役物１１５に交換する作業が終了する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような入賞球誘導樋では、役物の配線取出口を誘導側壁に側面配線取出口として設けており、さらに、入賞球誘導樋は遊技盤の裏面にタッカー（ステープル）で固定されているために、取り外すことができなかった。従って、役物の交換時においては、遊技盤の厚みや釘等が障害になって、新しい役物の配線を入賞球誘導樋の側面配線取出口から取り出しにくいという問題があった。このために、役物交換の作業に手間取るという問題もあった。

ここで、役物の配線を容易に取り出し得るようにした発明としては、特開平５−３０９１７０号公報に開示の発明が知られているが、この発明は、遊技盤の裏面に設けられた内パック板（上記の入賞球誘導樋に該当）と当該内パック板に対向して設けられた機構板（その前面側に入賞球集合空間凹部が形成され、その後面に商品球排出関連機構が形成されているもの）との対向面の間隔をパチンコ球の直径よりも小さく且つ前記役物の配線を通し得る寸法に形成しているのみで、上記の問題点を何等解決するものではなかった。

そこで、本発明では、上記の問題点を解決するために、役物の交換時において、配線を容易に入賞球誘導樋から取り出すことができ、役物交換の作業時間を短縮することができる入賞球誘導樋を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、請求項１に記載の発明の入賞球誘導樋では、入賞球を取り入れる入賞口や役物の取付口を有する遊技盤に組み付けられる入賞球誘導樋であって、前記遊技盤に当接する当接板と、当該当接板に立設され入賞球の誘導路の側壁を形成する側壁部材と、前記側壁部材に横設され入賞球の誘導路の裏面を閉成する裏板部材と、前記側壁部材に設けられ、前記遊技盤へ前記入賞球誘導樋を組み付ける際に、該遊技盤に取り付けられた前記役物の配線を該入賞球誘導樋の外に取り出すためのものであって、当該役物の交換時には使用されない第一の配線取出口と、前記裏板部材に設けられて前記役物に対向する位置で開口し、当該役物を新しい役物に交換する際に、交換した新しい役物の配線を取り出すための第二の配線取出口と、前記誘導路内に設けられ、前記役物の配線を前記第一の配線取出口と前記第二の配線取出口のどちらに挿通した状態でも入賞球が前記配線に干渉することを避ける球除けガイド部材とを備えている。

なお、「立設」とは、当接板に対して側壁部材が立った状態で設けられていることを意味し、必ずしも接合箇所が直角に角ばっている必要はなく、二つの部材の接合箇所が面取りや曲面加工されているものも含み、また、当接板に対して側壁部材が一定の傾斜角を持っているものも含む概念である。また、「横設」とは側壁部材に対して裏板部材部材が横方向へ向けて設けられていることを意味し、当接板に対して立設している側壁部材に対して裏板部材が横設されていることから、当接板と裏板部材が略平行の位置関係になり、当該当接板と裏板部材との間に側壁部材が配置されて入賞球の誘導路を形成している。さらに、ここでいう入賞球誘導樋は当接板、側壁部材及び裏板部材が一体形成されているものも、当接板、側壁部材及び裏板部材を各々接合して形成しているものも含むものである。

上記の構成を有する入賞球誘導樋では、遊技盤に入賞球誘導樋を組み付けるときに、遊技盤に取り付けられる入賞球検出装置や役物等の配線を、側壁部材に設けらている第一の配線取出口を利用して入賞球誘導樋の外に取り出して、当該入賞球誘導樋を遊技盤の裏面に固定してパチンコゲーム機を完成する。その後、役物等の交換の必要が生じたときには、遊技盤の表面から当該役物等を交換し、交換した役物の配線は遊技盤の裏板部材に設けられている第二の配線取り出し口から取り出される。従って、役物等の交換時に配線の取り出しが容易にできる。また、入賞球誘導樋内の入賞球の誘導路には、役物の配線を第一の配線取出口と第二の配線取出口のどちらに挿通しても入賞球が役物の配線に干渉するのを避けるための球除けガイド部材を設けられている。この構成により、入賞球は球除けガイド部材に案内されて役物の配線を第一の配線取出口と第二の配線取出口のどちらに挿通してもこの配線を回避して流下するので、役物の交換後に配線の取り出し方向が変わっても、入賞球が役物の配線に干渉して球詰まり等を生じることがない。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の一実施の形態である入賞球誘導樋１について図１乃至３を参照して説明する。図１は、本実施の形態の入賞球誘導樋１の正面図、図２は入賞球誘導樋１を遊技盤２の裏面に組み付けた状態を示す遊技盤２の裏面図、図３は入賞球誘導樋１の他の実施の形態を示す正面図である。

本発明の一実施の形態である入賞球誘導樋１が使用されるパチンコゲーム機では、前記従来技術と異なる点は、入賞球誘導樋１のみであるので、入賞球誘導樋１の構造について詳述する。

図１に示す入賞球誘導樋１は、図２に示す遊技盤２の各入賞口から入賞したパチンコ球を遊技盤２の裏面において誘導案内するために設けられている誘導カバーであり、透明のＡＢＳ樹脂から構成され、一定の弾性を有している。図１に示すように、入賞球誘導樋１の中央部には、図２に示す液晶表示板３を避けるための中央開口４が設けられ、入賞球誘導樋１の外周部には、遊技盤２の裏面に平行に当接する当接板５，６，７，８，９，１０，１１，１２，１３，１４，１５，１６が形成されている。この当接板５乃至１６は、ＡＢＳ樹脂の薄板から構成されており、タッカー（ステープル）を打ち込んで、遊技盤２に入賞球誘導樋１を固定するために使用されるものである。また、当接板６，８，１３，１５には、扁平の円柱形状の位置合せ突起１７，１８，１９，２０が遊技盤２方向に各々突設されている。

さらに、入賞球誘導樋１には前記各当接板５乃至１６と平行に設けられた裏板２１，２２，２３，２４が設けられ、前記各当接板５乃至１６と各裏板２１乃至２４との間には、入賞球の誘導路の側壁を形成する誘導側壁２５，２６，２７，２８，２９，３０，３１，３２，３３，３４，３５が設けられている。この誘導側壁２５乃至３５の内部の高さは、入賞した球をスムーズに流下させるためにパチンコ球の直径よりやや大きく形成されている。

そして、新しい役物４６を遊技盤２の表面からルーター穴６３にはめ込むのであるが、新しい役物４６を遊技盤２のルーター穴６３にはめ込む前に、配線５１をルーター穴６３から入賞球誘導樋１の裏板２１に開口した裏面配線取出口４２を通過させておく、即ち、役物４６の交換時には、側面配線取出口３８は使用されない。裏面配線取出口４２は役物４６に対向する位置、即ち、役物４６を取り付けるルーター穴６３の真上に開口しているので、側面配線取出口３８を使用する場合に比べ、配線５１の取り出しや、コネクター５５の通過は容易にできる。そして、新しい役物４６を遊技盤２にねじ止めし、配線５１の先端の雄コネクター５５を図示外の中継基盤上の雌コネクターに差し込む。以上の作業により、故障した役物４６を新しい役物４６に交換する作業が容易にできる。

以上のように、本実施の形態の入賞球誘導樋１では、役物交換時に使用する裏面配線取出口４２乃至４５を役物４６乃至４９の真上に各々備えているので、各役物の配線５１乃至５４が容易に入賞球誘導樋１の裏面に取り出すことができ、役物交換作業の時間が短縮できる。

【発明の効果】
請求項１に記載の発明の入賞球誘導樋では、遊技盤に入賞球誘導樋を組み付けるときに、遊技盤に取り付けられる入賞球検出装置や役物等の配線を、側壁部材に設けらているの第一の配線取出口を利用して入賞球誘導樋の外に取り出して、当該入賞球誘導樋を遊技盤の裏面に固定してパチンコゲーム機を完成する。その後、役物等の交換の必要が生じたときには、遊技盤の表面から当該役物等を交換し、当該役物の配線は遊技盤の裏板部材に設けられている第二の配線取り出し口から取り出される。従って、役物等の交換時に配線の取り出しが容易になり、役物等の交換の作業時間が短縮される。また、入賞球誘導樋内の入賞球の誘導路には、役物の配線を第一の配線取出口と第二の配線取出口のどちらに挿通しても入賞球が役物の配線に干渉するのを避けるための球除けガイド部材を設けられている。この構成により、入賞球は球除けガイド部材に案内されて役物の配線を第一の配線取出口と第二の配線取出口のどちらに挿通してもこの配線を回避して流下するので、役物の交換後に配線の取り出し方向が変わっても、入賞球が役物の配線に干渉して球詰まり等を生じることを防止できる。
