【0002】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water purification method and apparatus that combine purification actions of a plurality of principles, such as changes in flow velocity, generation of cocoons, shell fossils, and use of a flocculant.
[0002]
In addition, the present invention relates to a water purification method and apparatus for the purpose of being able to purify river water or the like into drinking water at the time of a disaster by installing the water purification device on a moving carriage at all times to use it for purification of rivers and lakes.
[0003]
[Prior art]
There has been a proposal of a mobile water purification facility equipped with a flocculant addition device, a storage tank, and a plurality of filters in a conventional vehicle (Japanese Patent No. 2755182).
[0004]
There is also a proposal for a method and apparatus for purifying lakes, swamps, etc. using shell fossil powder (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-57738).

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The mobile water purification facility is a facility that moves to an area or a disaster area that does not have a drinking water supply facility, purifies local raw water, and supplies it as drinking water, such as a mobile beverage supply device. Yes, there was a problem that would be unnecessary if there was no disaster or otherwise.
[0008]
Further, the purification of lakes and the like treats sludge of lakes and the like and has a problem that cannot be used for purification of drinking water and the like.
[0009]
[Means for solving the problems]
As described above, processing raw water such as rivers and lakes into drinking water is generally performed, and raw water purification (not drinking water) such as rivers and lakes has already been performed.
[0010]
Here, when both are compared, in the case where the raw water is treated to obtain drinking water, the filtration and the like are not only for the purification of raw water such as rivers and lakes (not for drinking water), but also for sterilization. Because they are different, they are usually not shared.
[0011]
However, comparing the two purification treatments, the actions until the raw water such as rivers and lakes are purified to some extent are almost the same (the degree of filter media is different), and the drinking water has the following sterilization, deodorization, trihalomethane It was found that other harmful substances should be removed.
[0012]
Therefore, in principle, a sterilization tank and a water purifier for drinks may be attached to water purification apparatuses such as rivers and lakes. Fortunately, sterilization tanks and water purifiers are small and capable of large-capacity treatment, so the objectives of the present invention can be achieved by installing river and lake water purification equipment and installing sterilization tanks and water purifiers. I came up with what I can do. Furthermore, if purification and water purification actions of a plurality of principles are combined, it is effective as a pretreatment when obtaining raw water purification of rivers and lakes and drinking water by treating raw water. The inventor has completed the present invention from the above viewpoint.
[0013]
That is,The first method is a water purification method in which raw water is pumped up, flocculent and other large and small solids are separated, a flocculant is added to the raw water, and this is passed through a plurality of filtration tanks to be purified and discharged. A porous uneven plate is attached to each of the plurality of filtration tanks so that the inclination angle of the uneven plate attached to each filter tank is different, and the raw water to which the flocculant is added is When flowing down on the concavo-convex plate in each filtration tank of the plurality of filtration tanks, the inclination angle of the concavo-convex plate attached to each of the plurality of filtration tanks is different, so that the flow rate changes and no wrinkles occur. It is a water purification method characterized by flowing down.
Here, in each of the filtration tanks, a contact filter medium, an activated carbon layer, a zeolite layer, and a shell fossil layer are sequentially laminated from the lower part of the tank, and the porous uneven plate is attached thereon. The raw water to which the flocculant is added passes through the contact filter medium, the activated carbon layer, the zeolite layer, and the shell fossil layer in each filtration tank, and then flows down on the uneven plate in each filtration tank. It is characterized by.
Also, here, after replacing the zeolite layer and shell fossil layer for drinking water and purifying the water, the water is sterilized and then passed through a water purifier, thereby removing chlorine, trihalomethane and moldy odor. It is a water purification method characterized by obtaining water.
The second method is to move the moving carriage to the waterside, pump the raw water onto the moving carriage, separate floats and other large and small solids, add a flocculant to the raw water, In this water purification method, the porous concavo-convex plate is attached to each of the filtration tanks so that the inclination angle of the concavo-convex plate attached to each of the filtration tanks is different. When the raw water to which the flocculant is added flows down on the uneven plate in each filtration tank of the plurality of filtration tanks, the inclination angle of the uneven plate attached to each of the plurality of filtration tanks This is a water purification method characterized by the fact that the flow rate changes due to the difference in flow rate, and the water flows down without generating soot.
It is a feature.
Also, here, after replacing the zeolite layer and shell fossil layer for drinking water and purifying the water, the water is sterilized and then passed through a water purifier, thereby removing chlorine, trihalomethane and moldy odor. It is a water purification method characterized by obtaining water.
Where theseIn this method, the concavo-convex surface of the concavo-convex plate is formed by a solid agglomerated filter agent that is foamed and solidified by mixing cement, shell fossil grains, water, a mixed liquid, and a flocculant. Is the method.
Furthermore,The third method is to install a stirring and mixing tank and a mixing tank on the lakeside land, and attach an uneven plate with a float on the bottom surface to receive the treated water flowing out from the outlet of the mixing tank. In a stirring and mixing tank, purified water and / or tap water and flocculant prepared by the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 are stirred and mixed to prepare a prepared water, and a submersible pump The raw water is pumped up from the lake and supplied from the inlet side of the mixing tank, and the prepared water is supplied to the mixing tank, and the raw water and the prepared water are stirred and mixed in the mixing tank, and stirred in the mixing tank The method of purifying the treated water after mixing is made to flow down on the concavo-convex plate and return to the lake, when the treated water flows down on the concavo-convex plate and the floats generated by the concavities and convexities Received That the waves, the influence of the wind treated water is subjected to flow down the uneven plate on a water purification method characterized in that the treated water is subjected.
This third method isThe raw water supply means and the flocculant supply means are connected to the upper inlet side of the agitation tank, and the shell fossil compound and the solid aggregating filter agent on the lower outlet side of the agitation tank, that is, ordinary cement, shell fossil grains, water, Mixing with admixture and flocculantfoamA water purifier connected to a concavo-convex plate in which porous concavo-convex is formed by a solidified solid agglomerated filter agent, wherein at least the concavo-convex plate is suspended on the surface of a lake where raw water is stored. Can be used.Such an apparatus is an apparatus which can be permanently installed on the waterside and can purify the raw water of the invention of the third method, that is, rivers, lakes and the like.
[0014]
The main part of this device is installed on the waterside,Second methodThe invention is moved to the vicinity of the waterside by a moving carriageCarry out and with thisIf connected, the invention of the first method or the invention of the second method and the third invention can be carried out continuously.
[0015]
This third method and the first or second method can also be carried out continuously.
[0016]
Next, the present inventionThe water purifier is a raw water supply means that pumps and supplies raw water onto the movable carriage from one side upper part of the movable carriage that can move to the waterside, and a flocculant that adds a flocculant to the raw water supplied by the raw water supply means The flocculant is added by the supply means and the flocculant supply means. Separation means for separating floats and other large and small solids from the added raw water, and filtration means in which a plurality of filtration tanks through which treated water treated by the separation means passes are arranged in series. A porous concavo-convex plate is attached to each of the filtration tanks so that the inclination angle of the concavo-convex plate attached to each filter tank is different, and treated water that has been treated by the separating means is the plurality of filtration tanks. When flowing down on the concavo-convex plate in each filtration tank of the tank, the flow rate changes and the flow does not cause wrinkles due to different inclination angles of the concavo-convex plates attached to each of the plurality of filtration tanks. A filtration means, a sterilization layer, and a plurality of water purifiers are sequentially installed.
Here, in each of the filtration tanks, a contact filter medium, an activated carbon layer, a zeolite layer, and a shell fossil layer are sequentially laminated from the lower part of the tank, and the porous uneven plate is attached thereon. The treated water that has been treated by the separation means passes through the contact filter medium, the activated carbon layer, the zeolite layer, and the shell fossil layer in each filtration tank, and then flows down on the uneven plate in each filtration tank. It is a person who is characterized by that.
The uneven surface of the uneven plate is characterized by being formed of a solid aggregate filter agent that is foamed and solidified by mixing cement, shell fossil grains, water, an admixture, and an aggregating agent. .
Here, a sulfuric acid band (polymer) can be used as the flocculant. When this flocculant is mixed with cement and water, it is generated.foamTherefore, the solidified solid aggregation filter agent has innumerable pores as a whole and becomes porous, and purification is also performed by these pores.
[0017]
The water purifier is filled with activated carbon, calcium phosphate ceramics, and a hollow fiber filtration membrane.
The invention of the first device is the first device.twoThis is an apparatus capable of purifying raw water such as rivers and lakes, and further producing drinking water. A mobile water purification method can be realized by mounting a set of these devices on a mobile carriage. For example, if the moving carriage is driven by a caterpillar, it can proceed even in soft soil, so it can be close to a shore such as a lake. Therefore, there is no need to prepare a long hose for supplying raw water, and a normal hose (for example, 10 to 30 m) is usually sufficient.
[0018]
The fossil shellfish in the present invention can give purification action by agglomeration, adsorption, and oxidation to sludge water. Of the impurities, lighter ones are removed, and heavy ones are precipitated and purified. Activated carbon in the above is purified by adsorption, deodorization, etc., and calcium phosphate ceramics have the property of removing lead, and contaminants and harmful microorganisms are removed by the hollow fiber filtration membrane.
[0019]
Moreover, since harmful bacteria are processed by chlorination, it becomes water suitable for drinking water.
[0020]
In the above, since calcium phosphate ceramics do not remove mineral components other than lead, the purified water after passing through the water purifier is rich in minerals.
[0021]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
in frontWritingThe invention of the apparatus is equipped with an impurity separation device, a flocculant tank, a plurality of filtration tanks, a sterilization tank, and a water purifier on a moving carriage such as a carriage that can be moved by a caterpillar, and is usually involved in the purification of rivers and lakes. If a disaster occurs and there is a request, we will go to the site, process the raw water obtained locally, and supply drinking water continuously. Raw water is supplied from rivers, lakes, etc., but when the raw water collection site is far away, the raw water is purified at a place where the raw water is located and transported by a water truck or sent by connecting a pump and a hose.
[0022]
Also, otherThe invention of the device is a water purification device that is always installed on the waterside and can always purify the water quality of rivers and lakes. If the purification action is usually given, it will improve the water quality of rivers and lakes, etc., and it will be efficient if the water purification system of the first invention further generates purified water and drinking water from rivers and lakes etc. with improved water quality. It is.
[0023]
When these water purification apparatuses are operated, the water purification method of the present invention is carried out. In the water purification method of the present invention, a plurality of purification and water purification principles are combined. Hereinafter, these water purification principles will be described.
[0024]
[Purification principle]
(1) By setting the attachment angle (inclination angle) of each concavo-convex plate from which purified treated water flows down due to a change in flow velocity to a different angle, the speed at which the treated water flows down on the concavo-convex plate is different, and has different purification effects. Can be granted.
[0025]
(2) Purified by the generation of soot When the soot is generated when passing through a filtration tank having an uneven plate with an uneven surface, the treated water becomes drizzle or thread-like, and the oxygen and ozone in the air Since the contact area increases, a high purification action can be imparted. In addition, the kite receives wind when the treated water flows down on the plate (uneven plate), and is further affected by the waves received by the plate (uneven plate) floating on the surface of the plate (uneven plate). This also occurs, and purification is promoted.
[0026]
(3) By shell fossil bodyRuIt can be purified by a shell fossil body having a chemical action.
[0027]
(4) Purification by porous material The treated water can be filtered and purified by a pumice-like porous material having countless pores on the surface.
[0028]
In addition, in the process in which the porous material is expanded and saturated by mixing a flocculant particle solid material with a flocculant, innumerable pores are generated and become a pumice.
[0029]
(5) Purification by flocculant Purification by a chemical action can be performed by the flocculant.
[0030]
(6) Sterilization action by the sun The treated water is sterilized by receiving sunlight when the treated water flows down.
[0031]
(7) Removal of suspended matter and sediment It can be purified by treating impurities in the water as suspended matter and sediment.
[0032]
[Example 1]
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The raw water is pumped up and put into a mixing tank to remove large floats, then guided to a separation tank, agglomerating agent is mixed in to precipitate fine particles, and the supernatant water is filtered through a shell fossil layer and a zeolite layer. . The filter tank is repeatedly passed through the four tanks in sequence, and then discharged as purified water (or returned to a lake).
[0033]
Next, to obtain drinking water, replace the fossil shells in the filtration tank (for example, using powdered shell fossils), filter, put in a sterilization tank and sterilize, then pass through multiple water purifiers, Chlorine, trihalomethane and other microorganisms are completely removed and distributed as drinking water. According to this water purifier, lead can be efficiently removed.
[0034]
[Example 2]
In this example, when the filtration tank of Example 1 is repeatedly passed through the four tanks sequentially, the flow rate of the treated water is changed, and the ridges are formed on the porous uneven plate installed in the filtration tank. It was made to flow down.
[0035]
The change in the flow velocity is realized by installing one sheet in each of the four filtration tanks and attaching the uneven plates on which the treated water flows down at different inclination angles. By making the flow rate of the treated water different, the purification action can be promoted.
[0036]
Moreover, when treated water flows down on the uneven plate, wrinkles are generated. By generating soot, the treated water becomes drizzle-like or thread-like, the contact area with oxygen and ozone in the air increases, and the purification action can be promoted.
[0037]
Furthermore, since the concavo-convex plate is formed of a porous material having countless pores in a pumice shape, the treated water is filtered and purified by the pores.

[0075]
As described above, the raw water is purified by passing through the apparatus of this embodiment, and the entire water of the lake can be gradually purified by repeatedly passing the raw water through the apparatus and circulating it. At this time, since the raw water is pumped over a certain distance, a water flow is generated, the water temperature is stabilized, the water is purified by being mixed with oxygen by the water flow, and the stagnation is also one of the causes of water quality deterioration. It is eliminated and purification is further promoted.
[0076]
Moreover, the purification components such as shell fossils contained in the truncated pyramidal projections 61 and the rod-

Contaminants in the raw water may settle on the bottom of the lake. This precipitated pollutant (mud, konjac) is sucked up using a pressure pump or the like when it is deposited in large quantities and sent to a sludge treatment apparatus (compression press machine). Next, the muddy matter is taken out, and the remaining water is circulated to the purification device, repurified and discharged, but the muddy content compressed by the sludge treatment device is recovered from the konjac shape into a rice cracker shape. These are reused and reused as bricks and road materials.
[0078]
The raw water is removed by compressing and precipitating the pollutants dissolved in the raw water, so the water quality of the lake is improved.
[0079]
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various forms are possible within the technical scope grasped from the description of the claims. Can be changed.
[0080]
For example, the truncated pyramidal protrusions and hook-shaped protrusions are not limited to these shapes, and may be any shape that can cause wrinkles when raw water or treated water flows down.
[0081]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is used to purify raw water such as rivers and lakes to improve the environment of fish and the like and to restore water quality. In this case, there is an effect that the apparatus can be stably installed close to watersides such as rivers and lakes.
[0082]
In addition, when drinking water becomes necessary due to a disaster or the like, there is an effect that it is possible to go to the site to purify the raw water and raise the degree of purification so that it can be used for drinking.
[0083]
Furthermore, since the device that is always installed provides the purification action while constantly circulating the raw water of rivers and lakes, it is possible to purify the entire rivers and lakes and improve the water quality.
