Description
The present invention relates to a drive control device for a hybrid work machine that is suitable for application to a work machine such as a hydraulic excavator or a wheel loader.
As this type of conventional drive control device, there are an electric motor / generator coupled to a hydraulic pump having an engine as a driving source, an electric storage means for transferring electric energy between the electric motor / generator, and a hydraulic operation unit. When the absorption torque detected by the absorption torque detection means is smaller than a predetermined torque set value, the absorption torque detection means for detecting the required absorption torque in the hydraulic pump required for driving the hydraulic pump is provided. It is known that the electric motor / generator is operated to generate electric power, and that the electric motor / generator is operated to perform power running (assist operation) when the absorption torque is larger than the torque setting value (for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in this conventional apparatus, an absorption torque detecting means is required to detect the necessary absorption torque in the hydraulic pump that is necessary for driving the hydraulic operation unit, and the apparatus becomes complicated, and the hydraulic pressure from the engine is increased. There is a problem that it is not possible to accurately control the target optimum engine load characteristics because the influence of inertia load and frictional force in the power transmission path to the pump is not taken into consideration.
Prior art that can solve such a problem is proposed in
However, the prior art is a technique for compensating for the optimum engine load characteristic by powering / regenerative operation by an electric motor / generator. In the drive control device according to this prior art, even when the remaining amount of power storage is at a low level. The output required by the load is compensated by the assist operation by the motor / generator. In this way, when the intended assist operation is performed with the remaining amount of electricity stored at a low level, in other words, with the voltage at a low level, the current flowing in the motor / generator and circuit increases. As a result, the power consumption increases at an accelerated rate, and the remaining amount of power storage decreases significantly. For this reason, there is a problem that the assist operation by the motor / generator may be disabled in the subsequent work. Also, if the assist operation by the motor / generator becomes impossible, the engine used in the drive control device is generally small, so the engine alone cannot be held against the load and the engine stalls. There is also a problem that there is a possibility of falling into.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and can prevent a rapid decrease in the remaining amount of power storage, as well as prevention of engine stall due to a shortage of power storage, as well as a hydraulic operation unit. It is an object of the present invention to provide a drive control device for a hybrid work machine that can ensure the expected operation performance.
In order to achieve the above object, a drive control device for a hybrid work machine according to the present invention comprises:
An electric motor / generator provided so as to be able to transmit torque between the engine, a hydraulic pump driven by the engine, a hydraulic operation unit operated by pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump, and the engine And a drive control device for a hybrid work machine including a power storage means for transferring electric energy between the motor / generator,
An engine speed detecting means for detecting an actual revolution speed of the engine, and operation form determining means for operating state of the hydraulic unit, it is determined whether the one of the operation mode of the idle mode, the working mode and the traveling mode, A power storage amount detection means for detecting a remaining power storage amount in the power storage means; and an electric motor / generator control means for controlling the operation of the motor / generator connected to the power storage means via an inverter ,
When it is determined by the operation mode determining means that the hydraulic operating unit is in the work mode, the motor / generator control means is configured to output a power running torque of the motor / generator set according to the work mode. Based on the power running torque output value information obtained by relating the characteristic to the engine speed, the motor / generator is referred to by referring to the actual engine speed detected by the engine speed detecting means. together determine the power torque value to be output, according to the power torque value obtained when the remaining power amount detected by the previous SL battery power level detecting means is equal to or less than a predetermined value to the remaining power amount limiting Te, and control the operation of the motor-generator of this limited power torque value and outputs a drive signal to the inverter so that the motor-generator output It is characterized in that (first invention).
In the first invention, it is preferable to provide a pump absorption torque control means for controlling the maximum value of the input torque to the hydraulic pump so as to keep the output of the hydraulic pump substantially constant (second invention).
In the first aspect of the invention, any one of the idling mode, the working mode, and the traveling mode is determined based on a predetermined operating state of the hydraulic operation unit, and the powering torque of the motor / generator corresponding to each of the operating modes is determined. Output characteristics are set. In the motor / generator control means, when it is determined that the operation state of the hydraulic operation unit is in the work mode by the operation form determination means, the power running torque output characteristic set according to the work mode is set as the engine rotation speed. The power running torque value to be output to the motor / generator is obtained by referring to the actual engine speed detected by the engine speed detecting means based on the power running torque output value information obtained by corresponding to the number. The powering torque value obtained when the remaining power storage detected by the remaining power storage detecting means is less than or equal to a predetermined value set in advance is limited according to the remaining power storage , A drive signal is output to the inverter to control the operation of the motor / generator so that the motor / generator outputs a limited power running torque value. According to the present invention, since the power running operation by the motor / generator is limited according to the remaining amount of electricity stored, it is possible to prevent a rapid decrease in the remaining amount of electricity stored.
In addition, by adopting the configuration of the second invention, even if the assist force is insufficient due to the limitation of the power running operation of the motor / generator, not only the engine stall is prevented, but also the expected operation performance of the hydraulic operation unit is achieved. Can be secured.

Then, the controller 21 selects a data table corresponding to the operation mode determined by the operation mode determination means, and the power running / regenerative torque value corresponding to the actual rotational speed of the
Next, the procedure of operation mode discrimination by the operation mode discrimination means will be described below with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG. In the figure, symbols Q and R each represent a step. Further, in the following description, the “work machine operation signal” is an operation that collectively refers to the above-described boom raising operation signal, boom lowering operation signal, arm dump operation signal, arm excavation operation signal, bucket dump operation signal, and bucket excavation operation signal. It is a signal.
Q1-Q2: It is determined whether or not the traveling operation of the
R1 to R3: It is determined whether or not the operation of the work implement 5 and / or the swing operation of the upper swing body 4 is performed (R1). When a turning operation signal and / or a work implement operation signal is input to the controller 21, it is determined in the next step R2 that the operation mode is set. On the other hand, when neither the turning operation signal nor the work implement operation signal is input to the controller 21, it is determined in step R3 that the idling mode is set.
Next, the operation of the motor / generator based on the operation mode determined by the operation mode determination means will be described below with reference to Table 1 and FIGS.
(In idling mode: see Fig. 5)
When the operation mode determined by the operation mode determination unit is the idling mode, the controller 21 selects the data table A shown in Table 1 and based on the actual engine speed detected by the
(Driving mode: see Fig. 6)
When the operation mode determined by the operation mode determination means is the travel mode, the controller 21 selects the data table A shown in Table 1 and based on the actual engine speed detected by the
(In work mode: see Fig. 7)
When the operation mode determined by the operation mode determination means is the work mode, the controller 21 selects the data table B shown in Table 1 and based on the actual engine speed detected by the
Further, in this work mode, the
S1〜S2:蓄電残量(State of charge;以下、単に「SOC」という。)
S1 to S2: It is determined whether or not the remaining amount of charge (State of charge; hereinafter simply referred to as “SOC”) is greater than 70% (S1). When SOC> 70%, the power / regeneration operation of the motor /
S3 to S5: It is determined whether or not the SOC is greater than 50% (S3). When SOC> 50%, that is, 50% <SOC ≦ 70%, the powering torque output line indicated by the Tb ′ [M / G] line in FIG. 7, that is, the powering / output indicated by the Tb [M / G] line described above. The power / running operation of the motor /
On the other hand, when it is determined in step S3 that SOC ≦ 50% or less, the power running operation by the motor /
