【0001】
【0058】
(実施例A)
【0073】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an absorbent article such as a panty liner or a sanitary napkin in which an adhesive layer for adhering to an undergarment is provided on a back layer, and more particularly to an absorbent article having a structure that can be disposed of in a flush toilet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Absorbent articles such as panty liners and sanitary napkins have been developed that can be washed away in a flush toilet. For example, JP-A-8-38547 and JP-A-8-19571 disclose an absorbent article comprising a water-decomposable absorbent layer, and a water-decomposable surface layer and a back layer sandwiching it.
[0003]
Moreover, in a panty liner, a sanitary napkin, and the like, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the outer surface of the back layer in order to be hooked on an external wearing body such as underwear. Prior to use of the absorbent article, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is covered with release paper, and the release paper is peeled off to fix the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the inner surface of the external mounting body. After use, the adhesive layer is peeled off from the external wearing body, and the absorbent article is poured into the toilet and discarded.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the water-decomposable absorbent article is poured into a flush toilet, when it touches a large amount of water such as in the septic tank, the fibers constituting the absorbent layer, the surface layer, and the back layer are dispersed. As a result, the septic tank It can be disassembled in a state that does not retain its shape.
[0005]
However, conventional water-degradable materials generally have the property that, when water-degradability is increased, the bond strength between fibers in a dry state and a wet state is inevitably lowered, and both the water-decomposability and strength are increased. Is difficult.
[0006]
In particular, the pressure sensitive adhesive for fixing to the underwear is applied to the back layer of the panty liner or sanitary napkin, but if the bond strength between fibers on the outer surface of the back layer is weak, When the panty liner or the like is peeled off from the underwear, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be peeled off from the outer surface of the back layer and remain attached to the underwear, or fibers on the outer surface of the back layer may adhere to the underwear together with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. is there.
[0007]
Moreover, it is preferable that the said back surface layer has a soft texture so that a feeling of wearing of the body can be improved and the movement of the body and the movement of the underwear can be followed. However, conventional hydrolyzed paper not only has low strength when wet, but also has a hard feeling and may cause a sense of incongruity when worn on the body.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described conventional problems, and increase the surface strength of the back surface layer so that the adhesive layer and fibers provided on the outer surface of the back surface layer are less likely to adhere to underwear, and the back surface layer An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that can be poured into a flush toilet having high water decomposability.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Main departureMing has a back layer, an absorbent layer installed on the surface side of the back layer, and a liquid-permeable surface layer covering the absorbent layer, and at least the back layer is a water-decomposable absorbent article. ,
The back layer is a water-decomposable sheet formed of water-dispersible fibers and fibrillated rayon and subjected to a water jet treatment. The water-decomposable sheet contains 5 to 15% by mass of the fibrillated rayon,
A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for fixing the back layer to the underwear is provided on the outer surface of the water-decomposable sheet.
[0010]
For example, the fibrillated rayon is obtained by extending a microfiber having a length of 1 mm or less on the surface of a rayon fiber having a length of 1.8 to 10 mm, and the microfiber has a weight of 0. It occupies 1 to 65%.
[0015]
Said inventionThe surface strength (wax No.) according to JIS P8129-1976 2.1 of the water-decomposable sheet forming the back layer is preferably 4 or more, and the basis weight of the water-decomposable sheet forming the back layer is 10 ~ 50g / m2It is preferable that Moreover, it is preferable that the water-decomposability of the water-decomposable sheet is 50 seconds or less.
[0016]
In the present invention, the back layer and the surface layer are joined so as to be dissociable with water around the absorption layer, and the surface layer and the absorption layer are at least one of water-decomposable and biodegradable. Those having the following properties are preferred.
[0017]
In the absorbent article of the present invention, at least the back layer is formed of a water-decomposable sheet from which fibers are separated by a large amount of water. Preferably, the surface layer and the absorption layer are made of natural fibers or biodegradable materials and can be dispersed or decomposed in the septic tank.
[0018]
A fibrillated rayon is formed on the water-decomposable sheet forming the back layer.IncludingDothingThus, the surface strength of the back surface layer can be increased, the adhesion strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the back surface layer can be increased, and the adhesion layer can be prevented from adhering to underwear or the like, or the fibers of the back surface layer can be prevented from adhering.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a panty liner as an embodiment of the absorbent article according to the present invention as seen from the front side (side facing the wearer), and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the panty liner shown in FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line III-III of the panty liner shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the panty liner shown in FIGS. The water dispersible fiber is a fiber having good dispersibility in water. The dispersibility with respect to water here means the same meaning as water decomposability, and is a property in which fibers are separated by contact with a large amount of water.
[0025]
As the water-dispersible fiber used in the present invention, natural fiber and / or chemical fiber can be used. Natural fibers include wood pulp such as softwood and hardwood pulp, Manila hemp, kenaf, and linter pulp. And polylactic acid fiber which is a synthetic biodegradable fiber. Among these, it is preferable to use natural fibers such as pulp and kenaf, and fibers having biodegradability such as rayon and polylactic acid. In particular, as natural fibers, it is desirable in terms of water dispersibility to use pulp or rayon having a beating degree of 700 cc or less, preferably 600 cc or less.
[0026]
The fiber length of these water-dispersible fibers is preferably 2 to 20 mm from the viewpoint of water decomposability of the fiber sheet. More preferably, it is 2-10 mm. Moreover, when using rayon as water-dispersible fiber, the fineness is preferably 1.1 to 3.3 dtex.
[0027]
The fibrillated rayon is obtained by beating a rayon fiber and extending microfibers on the surface of the fiber body of the rayon fiber. In the fibrillated rayon, a pulp material is first dissolved in an organic solvent such as N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (MMNO) to form a fiber material spun in water. This fiber material forms a fine structure while maintaining the crystal structure of cellulose in the pulp. When this fiber material is beaten, a fibrillated rayon in which microfibers extend on the surface of the fiber body is obtained.
[0028]
The fiber length of the fiber body of the fibrillated rayon is 1.8 to 10 mm, the length of the microfiber is 1 mm or less, and the microfiber is 0.1 to 65% with respect to the total mass of the fibrillated rayon. Occupy. The fineness of the fibrillated rayon is preferably 1.1 to 1.9 dtex. The beating degree is preferably 700 cc or less, more preferably 600 cc or less, and even 400 cc or less.

The microfibrous cellulose is obtained by pulverizing cellulose and beating it to a state close to microfibrils. As a main production method, pulp can be used as a raw material, and this can be obtained by subjecting it to a special treatment mechanically in the form of a water suspension, and extremely beating it while suppressing cutting in the fiber axis direction. The fiber is 100 to 500 μm in length and the fiber diameter is 0.001 to 0.1 μm or 0.01 to 0.1 μm. In the state close to a so-called microfibril, the microfibrous cellulose is water. It is an insoluble fine fiber.
[0036]
The water-dispersible fiber containing the microfibrous cellulose is supplied wet onto a mesh wire to form a fiber web, and a water flow is applied to the fiber web to obtain a hydrolyzable sheet.
[0037]
In the water-decomposable sheet treated with water jet, water-dispersible fibers are entangled so that they can be hydrolyzed, and fine fibrous cellulose is refined and mixed between the water-dispersible fibers. Hydrogen bonds with the fiber. Thus, the microfibrous cellulose functions as an enhancer of the bonding force between the fibers, and is excellent in terms of the balance between water disintegrability and sheet strength.
[0038]
Moreover, the density is high because microfibrous cellulose exists between the water-dispersible fibers on the sheet surface. Therefore, as in the first embodiment, the adhesive area between the pressure-
[0039]
The ease of hydrogen bonding of the microfibrous cellulose changes depending on the refinement conditions during production. If microfibrous cellulose having a high water retention is used, the amount of the microfibrous cellulose is small. In addition, a sheet having high strength can be obtained. In addition, when in contact with a large amount of water, the hydrogen bonds of the microfibrous cellulose are released and the water-dispersible fibers are decomposed. In order to accelerate the dispersion of the sheet in water at this time, the length of the water-dispersible fiber is preferably in the range of 2 to 10 mm.
[0040]
Reference exampleIn the JAPAN TAPPI paper pulp test method no. It is preferable to use a microfibrous cellulose having a water retention at 26 of 250% or more. In this case, the blending ratio of the water-dispersible fiber and the fine fibrous cellulose is preferably 90 to 99% by mass for the water-dispersible fiber and 1 to 10% by mass for the fine fibrous cellulose. With this blending ratio, the strength during drying and wetting of the water-decomposable sheet forming the
[0041]
Further, when the microfibrous cellulose having a water retention of 350% or more is used, if the blending amount of the microfibrous cellulose is 1 to 5% by mass, the strength at the time of drying and wetting can be increased, and the water decomposability is increased. Will also be good.
[0042]
Moreover, 1000-10000 mPa * s is preferable and, as for the viscosity of the said microfibrous cellulose, More preferably, it is 4000-8000 mPa * s. When the viscosity of the microfibrous cellulose is within the above range, the bond strength between fibers by hydrogen bonding can be increased, and the water disintegrability is good.
[0043]
For the viscosity, a B-type viscometer was used. No. 4 was used, the number of revolutions was set to 30 rpm, and 98% by mass of water mixed with 2% by mass of microfibrous cellulose was used as a sample and measured in an environment with a humidity of 25 ° C.

[0059]
In Example A, the water-decomposable sheet was prepared from softwood bleached kraft pulp (NBKP: CSF = 600 cc), rayon (1.1 dtex, fiber length 5 mm), and fibrillated rayon. The fibrillated rayon is obtained by beating a fiber material obtained by dissolving pulp in an organic solvent and spinning in water (product name “Tencel” manufactured by Accordis). The fiber length of the fiber body is 5 mm. A beating degree of 200 cc, a fiber length of 5 mm and a beating degree of 600 cc, and a fiber length of 3 mm and a beating degree of 200 cc are used. It was. Further, Comparative Example A was obtained without fibrillated rayon.
[0060]
The materials having the above blending ratio were mixed in water to form a mixed fiber web on a mesh wire, and the resulting fiber web was treated with a water stream (water jet) and then dried. The water jet treatment conditions are as follows: the transport speed of the fiber web is 30 m / min, nozzles with a hole diameter of 100 μm are arranged at a pitch of 1.0 mm in the direction transverse to the transport direction of the web, and the discharge pressure of the water flow from the nozzle is 2. The water jet treatment was performed twice on the same fiber web at 94 MPa.
The basis weight and thickness of the obtained water-decomposable sheet are as shown in Table 1.
[0061]
(Water disintegration)
The water-disintegration test was performed based on the toilet paper looseness test. More specifically, the sheets of the above Examples and Comparative Examples, which were cut into 10 cm length and 10 cm width, were put into a beaker containing 300 ml of ion-exchanged water and stirred using a rotor. The rotation speed is 600 rpm. However, the conditions for the rotor and the like were in accordance with JIS P4501. The dispersion state of the fiber sheet at this time was visually observed over time, and the time until dispersion was measured (unit: seconds).
[0062]
(Dry strength)
Each of the examples and comparative examples was cut into a width of 25 mm and a length of 150 mm as a sample, and the tensile strength was measured by holding the chuck interval at 100 mm with a Tensilon tester and pulling at a pulling speed of 100 mm / min. The measurement was performed with respect to the longitudinal direction of the paper (MD: Machine Direction) and the lateral direction of the paper (CD: Cross Direction) (in the table, the measured value is represented by N / 25 mm).
[0063]
(Surface strength)
It measured by the method using the wax of JIS P8129-1976 2.1. Table 1 shows the wax no. Is shown.

(Paper strength)
A polyester adhesive tape (manufactured by Nitto Denko, “No. 31B75 Hi”) of 18 mm × 15 mm was attached to both surfaces of the water-decomposable sheet of Example A and Comparative Example A. Thereafter, a roller having a mass of 500 g was transferred onto the tape at a speed of 5 m / min to give a load. After that, the 18 cm wide end of the tape adhered to the front and back of the sheet is gripped, and the two tapes are pulled at a speed of 100 mm / min in the thickness direction of the sheet and in opposite directions of 180 degrees, and the maximum load at that time Was measured. Table 1 shows the measured values in the unit N / 18 mm.

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, in the water-decomposable absorbent article of the present invention, the back surface layer maintains high water decomposability, but has high surface strength and high strength between papers in the thickness direction. And high durability. Furthermore, when the absorbent article joined to the external mounting body through the adhesive layer provided on the outer surface of the back surface layer is peeled off from the external mounting body after use, the back surface layer and fibers are unlikely to remain on the external mounting body.
[0081]
Moreover, since the back surface layer is formed of a water-decomposable sheet obtained by water jet treatment, a bulky feeling and a soft texture can be exhibited.
