Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-288598 A (FIGS. 1-4)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As in the solid-liquid separator shown in Patent Document 1, the method of sandwiching the spacers between the annular filtration plates is a cause of poor assembly workability and increases the manufacturing cost, and the work of disassembly and maintenance. Sex is also disadvantageous. Further, it is often necessary to adjust the groove width of the drainage drainage groove in accordance with the concentration and properties of the sludge to be treated, and this groove width adjustment is performed by changing the interval between the annular filtration plates. However, in order to do so, it is necessary to prepare various spacers with different thicknesses in advance, and to rearrange the filter body using spacers that match the set interval, especially when it is performed at a sewage treatment site. Is likely to cause the Spencer to be mistaken or lost, resulting in great difficulty.
[0005]
The present invention improves the assembly workability, realizes low cost of the product and is excellent in disassembly and maintenance, and can easily change the set interval between the annular filtration plates. An object of the present invention is to provide a screw-type filtration and dehydration device that can quickly and appropriately change the filter body without causing any problems.
[0006]
[Structure of the invention]
The screw type filtration dewatering device according to claim 1 of the present invention is configured such that a plurality of annular filtration plates are arranged in a laminated form while maintaining a predetermined interval, and an annular movable plate is provided between each lamination of the annular filtration plates. It is loosely formed to form a cylindrical filter body with a slit between each plate as a drainage groove, a screw conveyor is fitted in the center hole of the filter body, and the starting end opening of the filter body is made into sludge raw water. A screw-type filtration and dewatering device having a feed opening and a terminal opening as a dewatering cake delivery port, which is led out from the eccentric rotation trajectory of the outer periphery of each annular movable plate to a plurality of locations on the outer periphery of each annular filtration plate. Each seat has a seat, and each seat is provided with an insertion hole for an insert protrusion, which is described later, and each annular filtration is performed by the protruding wall thickness of the insert protrusion that is fixed from both the front and back surfaces of the seat through the fitting hole. Adjust the spacing between plates And, the outer peripheral edge of each seat is then supported by a fixed body provided in an annular movable plate and a non-contact form. Further, the screw type filtration and dehydration device according to the second aspect of the present invention is based on the screw type filtration and dehydration device according to the first aspect, and is color-coded according to the difference in the protruding wall thickness in the seat portion. Two or more types of annular filtration plates having the insert protrusions fixed thereon were prepared, and the specific annular filtration plates selected by the above-mentioned color coding were used to arrange them in a stacked manner.
[0007]
【Example】
The embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS.
[0008]
Reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical filter body, in which a large number of annular filtration plates 2... 2 are fixed in a stacked manner while maintaining a required interval, and each annular filtration plate 2. The plates 3... 3 are loosely fitted to form slits between the plates in the drainage outflow grooves 4. On the outer periphery of each annular filtration plate 2.. 2, there are seat portions 5... 5 that are led out from the eccentric rotation locus of the outer periphery of each annular movable plate 3. The spacing between the annular filtration plates 2 and 2 is regulated to be slightly larger than the thickness of the annular movable plates 3 and 3 by the insert protrusions 6 and 6 fixed to the portions 5 and 5. . Reference numeral 6H denotes a fitting hole formed in the seat portion, and the insert protrusion 6 is fixed from both the front and back surfaces of each seat portion 5 through the fitting hole 6H. As the fixing method, a method using a set pin as illustrated in FIG. 3 or an eyelet method as illustrated in FIG. 4 may be used, and an easily colored resin is preferable. 7 and 7 are fixed bodies that support the respective seats 5 and 5 and are constructed so as to be in a non-contact state with the annular movable plates 3 and 3 along the outside of the filter body 1. The part is fixed to the set brackets 14 and 14.
[0009]
The filter body 1 configured as described above is provided, for example, horizontally above a storage tank (not shown), and its starting end opening serves as a sludge raw water feed port 8 and its terminal opening serves as a dehydrated cake feed port 9. The screw conveyor 11 is fitted in the center hole 10. Reference numeral 12 denotes a prime mover for driving the screw conveyor 11, and 13 denotes a discharge pressure adjusting valve attached to the delivery port 9. As an example, as shown in FIG. 2 as an actual example, the screw conveyor 11 is formed such that the outer diameter of the screw blade 11B is smaller than the inner diameter of the annular filtration plate 2 and larger than the inner diameter of the annular movable plate 3. By being driven to transfer suspended fine particles, the outer edge of the screw blade 11B slides obliquely to the inner peripheral portion of the annular movable plate 3 ·· 3 and rotates the annular movable plate 3 ·· 3 eccentrically, Prevent clogging of drainage outflow grooves 4. As another embodiment for eccentrically rotating the annular movable plates 3... 3, the outer diameter of the screw blade 11B is slightly smaller than the inner diameters of the annular filtration plates 2. In conjunction with the drive of the screw conveyor 11, an eccentric rotation shaft (not shown) disposed outside the filter body 1 performs an eccentric rotation movement and is in sliding contact with the outer periphery of the annular movable plates 3. A method of rotating the annular movable plates 3.
[0010]
The interval between the annular filtration plates 2... 2 is regulated by the protruding wall thickness of the insert protrusions 6. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, when the annular filtration plates 2 with the insert protrusions 6... 6 fixed and the annular filtration plates 2 with no insert protrusion fixed are alternately laminated, the insert protrusions 6. Is the interval between the annular filtration plates 2 and 2. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, when only the annular filtration plates 2 to which the insert protrusions 6... 6 are fixed are laminated, the protruding wall thicknesses of the two adjacent insert protrusions 6 and 6 facing each other. Is the distance between the annular filtration plates 2 and 2. It is desirable that the width of the drainage grooves 4, 4 can be adjusted in accordance with the concentration and properties of the sludge to be treated, but the adjustment is realized by changing the interval between the annular filtration plates. The Therefore, several types of annular filtration plates 2 with different protruding wall thicknesses of the insert protrusions 6 ·· 6 in the seat portions 5 ·· 5 are prepared in advance, and an appropriate annular shape corresponding to the sludge concentration and properties is prepared. What is necessary is just to laminate the filter body 1 by selecting the filtration plates 2. Further, it is convenient if the thickness of the insert protrusion 6 is color-coded so that the thickness of the protrusion can be visually recognized.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the screw type filter dehydrator of the present invention, the assembly workability is improved, the cost of the product can be reduced, the disassembly maintenance is excellent, and the setting interval between the annular filtration plates can be easily changed. There is an advantage in that the filter body can be quickly and appropriately replaced without causing any mistakes or loss of parts at the sewage treatment site.
