BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an operation control method for a small-capacity gas turbine cogeneration system that supplies electric power and hot water, steam, or cold water at the same time, and mainly includes various relatively small factories and markets, offices, greenhouse farms, The present invention is applied to a package type gas turbine cogeneration system that is used in an apartment house or the like alone or in combination.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A combined heat and power system (cogeneration system) combining a gas turbine generator and an exhaust gas boiler has been widely known and has been put into practical use. This combined heat and power system obtains electric power by driving a turbine generator, and collects heat of high-temperature exhaust gas from a gas turbine by an exhaust heat boiler or an exhaust heat hot water boiler to obtain steam or hot water. In business establishments that require hot water and steam at the same time, the overall energy efficiency is improved and the economy is excellent as compared with the case where power and hot water are separately supplied.
[0003]
FIG. 5 shows an example of a conventional cogeneration system, in which a
[0004]
By the way, all of these conventional cogeneration systems have a comparatively large capacity with a power generation capacity of around 5000 KW, and the idea is mainly a power generation apparatus, and the exhaust heat is used to recover the exhaust heat. To do.
Therefore, in this type of cogeneration system, the gas turbine generator is continuously operated at the rated output with the power supply to the power load first, and the hot water or steam is supplied to the heat load by exhaust heat recovery. Many subordinate operation control methods are generally employed.
[0005]
Contrary to the operation control method described above, the supply of hot water or steam to the heat load is the first, the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger is operated continuously under rated conditions, and the power supply by the gas turbine generator is subordinate. In some cases, an operation control method is employed in which surplus power is sent to power sales. However, this operation control method is used in a very limited case and is not a general operation control method.

For this reason, the
However, if the sales price of generated power is low, there will be a problem in terms of economy, and there is a problem that the economic merit as a cogeneration system cannot be obtained.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has the problems as described above in the operation control of the conventional cogeneration system, that is, when the generator is continuously operated in the rated state mainly for power supply to the power load, the generator efficiency is Although the overall energy efficiency of the entire system may be reduced and (2) when surplus power generated by the generator is sold mainly for the supply of heat energy to the thermal load, Although generator efficiency and overall energy efficiency are improved, if the selling price of electricity is low, running costs will soar and the economic benefits of adopting a cogeneration system will be lost. A relatively small-capacity gas turbine cogeneration system that maintains a high overall energy efficiency of the entire system. One, moreover there is provided a method for controlling the operation of the small capacity of the gas turbine cogeneration system capable of economically operated without incurring the high rise of running cost.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In recent years, gas turbine cogeneration systems having a small capacity, for example, a power generation capacity of 15 to 50 KW, have been widely used.
The small-capacity gas turbine generator used in this gas turbine cogeneration system generally has a power generation efficiency of about 25 to 28%, and the power generation efficiency (about 37 to 38%), the power generation efficiency is about 10% lower.
Therefore, when only generating electricity, it is difficult to counter the power generation cost of a large-scale power plant with a small-capacity gas turbine generator, and surplus power is generated in the gas turbine cogeneration system. However, it is impossible to sell it to the business power plant side at a price higher than the power generation cost.
[0011]
However, even in the case of a small-capacity gas turbine cogeneration system, if the overall energy efficiency of the entire system, including heat and power, is high, it will be compared with the case where heat energy and electric energy are separately supplied. There are cases where it becomes economical.
[0012]
By the way, a small-capacity gas turbine generator generally has a characteristic that a decrease in power generation efficiency is relatively small with respect to a change in output, and even if the output decreases from the rated output to about 30%, The power generation efficiency is maintained between 25 and 28%, and the decrease in power generation efficiency is negligible.
Therefore, the inventor of the present application, in a small-capacity gas turbine cogeneration system, reduces the output of the gas turbine generator until the output of the gas turbine generator is about 30% of the rated value. And the control method of stopping the operation of the gas turbine generator when the output is reduced to about 30% of the rated value makes it possible to make a small-capacity gas turbine cogeneration system more highly comprehensive. The idea was to be able to operate economically under energy efficiency.

The gas turbine cogeneration system of FIG. 1 uses city gas 13A (9,930 kcal / Nm 3 .9.7 Nm 3 / h) as fuel F, and generates turbine exhaust heat from a turbine generator with a heat input of 112 KW and a power output of 28 KW. Heat is recovered as hot water (56 KW) in the exhaust heat
As the fuel, a fuel gas other than the city gas 13A or a liquid fuel such as kerosene may be used, and it is needless to say that steam may be taken out by an exhaust heat boiler.

That is, the vacuum exhaust heat boiler heats the can water (heat medium water) 7c by the turbine exhaust gas G, thereby evaporating the
In FIG. 1, 7b is a heat exchange tube, 7e is an exhaust pipe, 12 is a heat load, and 13 is a power load.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the exhaust heat recovery unit T is formed of an exhaust heat
In the embodiment of FIG. 1, a known vacuum exhaust heat hot water boiler is used as the exhaust heat
Furthermore, the gas turbine cogeneration system according to the present embodiment is often used in a combination of a plurality of gas turbines in parallel. In many cases, so-called control of the number of the plurality of systems is performed to cope with the load.
In such a case, for example, in parallel operation of three systems, if one unit is shut down and hot water is supplied to the heat load by the other two systems, a normal waste heat hot water boiler is used. If so, the heat of the exhaust heat hot water boiler of the operating system is transmitted to the can water (heat medium water) side of the exhaust heat hot water boiler during operation stop through the hot water header, thereby greatly increasing heat loss.
On the other hand, in the case of a vacuum exhaust heat hot water boiler, heat is not transmitted to the canned

[0028]
As described above, in the small-capacity gas turbine generator unit U having a generator output of about 15 to 50 KW, the power generation efficiency is maintained at about 25 to 28% when the turbine output is in the range of 100% to 30%. Therefore, the power generation efficiency is hardly lowered with respect to the reduction in the output of the gas turbine.
On the other hand, when the gas turbine output is 30% or less, the power generation efficiency is remarkably lowered. Therefore, the point at which the gas turbine output is 30% or less is detected by the increase in the can water temperature t 1 of the exhaust gas

By controlling the gas turbine output based on the can water temperature t 1 , the gas turbine generator unit U can be operated within an output range of 100 to 30% that does not cause a significant decrease in power generation efficiency in accordance with fluctuations in heat load. . As a result, the energy efficiency of the entire turbine cogeneration system can be maintained at a high rate of approximately 75%, and the advantages of gas turbine cogeneration are exhibited 100%.

It should be noted that the rapid increase in the heat load after the operation of the gas turbine generator unit U is stopped can be temporarily covered by the

Further, when the steam pressure p 1 increases due to a decrease in the heat load and the output of the unit U becomes about 30% or less, the operation of the gas turbine generator unit U is stopped. As a result, the overall energy efficiency of the gas turbine cogeneration system can be maintained at a high rate of about 75%, and the merit of the combined heat and power system can be maximized.

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, in the gas turbine cogeneration system, the fluctuation of the thermal load is detected by detecting the canned water temperature or the generated steam pressure of the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger, and the detection signal of the canned water temperature or the generated steam pressure is detected. The gas turbine generator unit output is adjusted over the range of 100 to 30% of output that can be operated under high power generation efficiency, and at the point of about 30% output at which the power generation efficiency decreases. The machine unit is stopped.
As a result, the overall energy efficiency of the overall heat and electricity of the gas turbine cogeneration system is maintained at a high value of about 75%, and the economic advantages of the combined heat and power system are fully and fully demonstrated. Will be.
The present invention has excellent practical utility as described above.
