Description
【0001】

A charge stop request is transmitted to the station side (step S8). After transmitting the chargeable answer (step S14), it is determined whether or not a charge stop request has been received. After receiving the charge stop request (step S16), a charge stop instruction is transmitted to the vehicle side (step S16). On the other hand, the vehicle side waits to receive a charge stop instruction (step S9), and when received, for example, opens the
[0034]
In addition to the steps of the flowcharts of FIGS. 13 and 14, other information may be transmitted and received. One such example is further described below.
[0035]
For example, before charging in step S3 of FIGS. 13 and 14, the vehicle side sends a discharge request to the station side as necessary, and the station side sends a discharge start reply and a discharge completion notification to the vehicle side. To do. In addition to these, for example, a charging method instruction is transmitted from the vehicle side to the station side, and a charging method response is transmitted from the station side to the vehicle side. Further, for example, battery information (listed as an example below) is transmitted from the vehicle side to the station side, and a charging status notification is transmitted from the station side to the vehicle side. Furthermore, if an abnormality occurs on the vehicle side or the station side during the charging operation in step S5 of FIGS. 13 and 14, an abnormality notification is transmitted to the data communication device on the other side. Further, when the electrode comes into contact, a forward stop instruction is transmitted from the station side to the vehicle side.
[0036]
The battery information includes the following.
(1) battery cell temperature,
(2) Battery pack terminal voltage (3) Discharge current or charge current,
(4) Remaining battery capacity when compared with the actual energy amount,
(5) Energy capacity at full charge,
(6) Energy capacity at factory shipment,
(7) Number of charge / discharge so far,
(8) Battery pack condition,
-Overcharge-End of charge-End of discharge-State of remaining energy below threshold (9) Product information,
-Product number-Manufacturer name-Battery type (10) ID number when multiple battery packs are connected (11) Other reset instructions
Finally, safety measures for the connection device of the present invention will be described. As described above with reference to FIG. 13 or FIG. 14, in the present invention, signals are mutually transmitted and received by the

The above-described sensing is performed by the station-side data communicator, but the car-
[0041]
When the connecting part on the vehicle side contacts with the connecting part on the station side for charging, the data communicator on the station side receives the ID and the charging request as described in the flowcharts of FIGS. In the case of contact due to a short due to a conductor, it cannot be received. As a result, the
[0042]
As described above, in order to ensure safety and eliminate fraud, for example, steps S2 to S4 and S12 to S14 shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 are changed to the control of the flowchart shown in FIG. Can be achieved.
[0043]
Referring to FIG. 16, when it is determined in step S12 that a connection has been established, the timer starts operating with a preset time corresponding to the elapsed time for receiving the ID and charge request (step S30). Is determined (step S31). If the time has not elapsed, it is determined whether the ID and charging request are received (step S13). If not, the process returns to step S30. That is, in steps S30, S31, and S13, it is determined whether or not an ID and a charging request are received after the set time elapses after connection. If the ID and the charging request are not received even after the elapse of time, the process proceeds from step S31 to step S32 and step S33, for example, outputting an alarm such as lighting of an alarm lamp or generation of an alarm sound (step S32), Inability to charge is transmitted (step S33), and the process returns to step S12. That is, the charging operation is not performed.
[0044]
On the other hand, if there is ID and charging request reception after the set time has elapsed after connection, the process proceeds from step S13 to step S34, and it is determined whether or not the received ID is a registered ID. In the case of the registered ID, the process proceeds to step S14, and the subsequent steps described with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14 are continued. On the other hand, if the received ID is not a registered ID, the process proceeds to step S32 and step S33, and an alarm such as lighting of an alarm lamp or generation of an alarm sound is output, and charging cannot be performed (step S32, step S33). S33), the process returns to step S12. That is, the charging operation is not performed.
[0045]
In the vehicle-side data communicator, after transmitting the ID and charging request (step S3), the timer is started (step S20), and then it is determined whether or not the timer set time has elapsed (step S21). It is determined whether or not the failure has been received (step S22). If received, the process returns to step S2, and if not received, the process proceeds to step S4.
