Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shake detection device that detects a shake amount of a spreader of a container crane.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in a container crane, since a spreader (hanging tool) for lifting a suspended load such as a container is suspended from a trolley by ropes, the spreader swings when performing a cargo handling operation. If this spreader swings, it will not be possible to accurately load and unload suspended loads at the loading position. To improve the efficiency of loading and unloading work with container cranes, this amount of swing is detected accurately and at high speed, and the detected value It is important to control the steady rest of the spreader based on the above.
[0003]
Conventionally, as a method of detecting the shake amount of the spreader, a shake detection device using one CCD camera to which a lens having a fixed focal length is attached, or two CCD cameras to which lenses having different focal lengths are attached. There is known a shake detection device (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-12260) and the like.
[0004]
In these methods, a marker (hereinafter referred to as a target) is attached to the spreader, the target is photographed by a CCD camera attached to the trolley, and the photographed image is processed by an image processing apparatus and then processed. The amount of shake of the spreader is detected by performing correlation processing using the output signal.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the shake detection device that detects the shake amount using these CCD cameras, the CCD camera is attached to a trolley fixed in the vertical direction, whereas the target is attached to a spreader that is moved up and down. Since the distance between the CCD camera and the target changes in the range of about 5 m to 30 m when the suspended load is stacked, the shake detection device using one CCD camera is more separated as the distance between the CCD camera and the target increases. The image of the target to be photographed has become smaller, and this has reduced the target detection accuracy.
[0006]
In addition, a shake detection apparatus using two CCD cameras switches to a CCD camera with a longer focal length (for far-field) when the distance to the target is increased, so that the target is enlarged and photographed. Although the detection accuracy is not lowered, if the spreader shake is large, the target shake is also photographed greatly, and the target is out of the field of view of the camera, so there is a possibility that the target cannot be detected.
[0007]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a shake detection device capable of detecting the shake amount with high accuracy even when the spreader shake is large.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a shake detection device that detects the amount of spread of a spreader of a container crane, and includes a marker provided on the spreader and formed with a pattern that spreads radially from the center, and a narrow field of view. From a long-distance camera that shoots a marker at a long distance, a short-distance camera that shoots a marker in a wide field of view that is arranged in parallel with the far-field camera, and images taken by these cameras An image processing device that detects a radial pattern and detects the amount of shake of the spreader , and the image processing device is preliminarily photographed by a far-field camera in a state where the entire marker is enlarged to the full camera field of view. Store the distance, find the distance from each camera to the marker, and if the distance is longer than the reference distance, Rikae, switched on an image photographed in proximity camera the closer than the reference distance and detecting the radial pattern is for detecting the shake amount of the spreader.
[0009]
The image processing apparatus measures the distance from each camera to the marker based on the size of the marker in the image taken by each camera or the length of the rope extended by the lifting and lowering means of the container crane. It may be.
[0010]
When the distance from each camera to the marker is switched to an image taken with a far camera, the area of the marker that falls within the camera field of view depends on the distance at that time. When it is determined that the spreader shake is smaller than the area of the marker, the image is switched to the image taken by the proximity camera to detect the radial pattern of the marker, and the spreader shake amount is detected. May be.
[0011]
According to the above configuration, when the distance between the camera and the target is short, the marker is photographed with the proximity camera, and when the distance between the camera and the target is far, the image where the marker is photographed with the far camera is processed, and the marker The position of is detected. When the distance between the camera and the target is long and the spreader shake is expected to be large to some extent, an image with a wide field of view is processed by the proximity camera, and the position of the marker is detected. Even if the marker is enlarged and reduced when it is photographed and input to the image processing apparatus, the shape of the pattern does not change, and the position is detected from the pattern.
[0012]
As a result, when detecting the position of the marker, it is possible to shoot without losing sight of the target even if the spreader shakes greatly, and when registering the marker image when the spreader is not touching as the reference position It is not necessary to convert the distance according to the distance between the camera and the target, and the marker can be detected by the same processing method.

Further, according to the present invention, since the marker position is detected from a radial pattern, the detection accuracy of the marker is not lowered, and the teaching template data is not changed even if the distance between the CCD camera and the target changes due to the raising and lowering of the spreader. Since there is no need to convert, it can be detected by image processing with high accuracy and high speed.
