Description

The present invention relates to a training apparatus that can perform training using an actual bicycle that travels outdoors, and more particularly, to a training apparatus that is used for training by removing the wheel of the bicycle.
Background art
2. Description of the Related Art Various types of training apparatuses have been proposed for obtaining health promotion, endurance improvement, and the like by exercising by pedaling a bicycle indoors. Among them, in order to obtain the same feeling as actual running outdoors, riding posture, etc., in the training apparatus for bicycles where training is carried out by wearing an actual bicycle that is used outdoors, it is as follows. Was common.
For example, as shown in FIG. 14, it has a pair of left and
In the three-roller practice table 150, when training is performed, as shown in FIG. 15, the rear wheel 181 of the bicycle is placed between rollers 153 and 154 provided close to each other, and the front wheel 182 is placed. After riding on the other roller 152 and riding on the bicycle, the pedal is rotated. Further, when the rear wheel 181 is rotated by rotating the pedal, the roller 153, the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 16, a frame 161 on which a bicycle from which a front wheel is removed can be mounted is provided. The frame 161 includes a roller 162 that rotates while contacting a tire 165 of the rear wheel of the bicycle, and this roller. A
Further, as shown in FIG. 17, the bicycle has a
However, the conventional bicycle training apparatus has the following drawbacks.
That is, the above-described three-roller practice table shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 is stable by keeping the bicycle upright by the gyro effect obtained by rotating the front and rear wheels of the bicycle on the roller and maintaining the balance of the occupant. In addition to being able to run, and being able to run at a position higher than the ground by the height of the roller compared to actual running on an outdoor bicycle, the width that the bicycle can run is the width of the roller It is very difficult for beginners to ride a bicycle using the three-roller practice table because of the fear of falling off the rollers and falling off.
In addition, in FIG. 16, in the case where training is performed by driving the rear wheel while supporting and fixing the end portion of the front fork of the bicycle with the front wheel removed, a roller for imparting resistance to the tire on the rear wheel of the bicycle is provided. Because it is in contact and resists rotation of the rear wheels, tire wear is more severe than normal outdoor driving due to the effects of frictional resistance between the tire and the roller and frictional heat during training. There was a problem such as the above, and the user was reluctant to continue training because the frequency of replacement of tires increased. Further, during training, there was a problem that a bad smell was generated from the rubber of the tire due to the frictional resistance and frictional heat described above.
In addition, when the rear wheel rotates at high speed, the running noise from the part where the tire and roller contact, and the vibration noise generated from the frame of the bicycle trainer to the floor due to vibration caused by the rotation of the tire and roller There was also a problem that the noise caused by the noise increased, and there was a sense of resistance when using it for training in a quiet place such as home.
Further, as shown in FIG. 17, in the case where the axle (hub) of the rear wheel of the bicycle is fixedly supported and rotational resistance is given to the tire of the rear wheel, the end portion of the front fork of the bicycle from which the front wheel is removed is fixed. It has the same problems as those in which training is performed by driving and driving the rear wheels, and in addition to the problems, the following problems are present.
That is, the
Furthermore, since the rear wheel of the bicycle is in a lifted state, the position of the occupant is higher than that of the actual bicycle during normal driving, so there is a problem that it is inconvenient to get on and off the bicycle before and after training. .
In addition, these conventional bicycle training apparatuses described above have the following common problems.
That is, in the training apparatus for a bicycle that performs training by mounting an actual bicycle that travels outdoors, because it has a configuration in which a roller or the like is brought into contact with a rear wheel that is driven by the bicycle as a resistance applying unit. At least the rear wheel must be rotated. Therefore, a bicycle wheel having spokes extending radially from the axle will rotate at a high speed, and a person other than the trainee may be approaching or touching the rotating wheel. there were. In particular, when training at home or the like, there is a problem that it is very dangerous when there are children, infants, and the like.
When training at home, using a bicycle equipped with wheels, the space for training becomes longer in the front-rear direction by the length of the wheel diameter, and is at least as large as one bicycle. It also had the problem of requiring space.
Disclosure of the invention
In view of these conventional problems, the present invention provides a comfortable training environment with the same feeling as outdoor running, and reduces the noise generated during training while ensuring safety around the training device. Furthermore, the present invention is intended to provide a bicycle training apparatus that can be easily handled even by beginners and can perform training in the minimum necessary space.

In this measurement, a cycle trainer manufactured by Cat Eye Co., Ltd. having a technique described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-4765 was selected as a comparative example. The measurement data is shown in the following table.
The “gear ratio” in the table is a numerical value obtained by dividing the number of teeth of the front gear (chain wheel) of the

The equivalent noise level of the present invention is reduced by 15 to 30% compared with the comparative example, and the maximum value within the measurement time is also reduced by about 13 to 25% compared with the comparative example. It can be said that the quietness is clearly superior to the examples.
In addition, in the type of noise when the speed increases, the comparative example shows that the higher the speed range, the greater the friction noise between the roller provided in the resistance applying means and the tire in addition to the noise of the device itself. In the invention, the increase in noise of the device itself was small, and there was a tendency that the frictional noise between the

In addition, when the bicycle can be mounted with the front and rear wheels removed, the space of the size of the wheel is not required, so that the rear wheel rotates in addition to being able to train in a narrow place such as indoors. There is an effect that it is possible to prevent the occurrence of danger associated with the operation.
Furthermore, since the generation of vibrations caused by the high-speed rotation of the wheels can be suppressed, there is an effect that a quiet and comfortable training can be performed.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.

In the rotary braking device in each of the above-described embodiments, a permanent magnet is used as a load resistance generator, and the permanent magnet is disposed adjacent to the peripheral surface of the flywheel, thereby generating an eddy current in the flywheel. And adjusting the load resistance applied to the rotational force of the flywheel by changing the position where the permanent magnet is disposed with respect to the flywheel, thereby changing the eddy current. used. Therefore, a large load resistance can be obtained even at a low speed, and a flyhole having a small diameter can be used. In addition, the fact that a small flywheel can be used means that noise is less generated during the rotation, and that the entire rotary braking device can be made more compact.
Further, in the training device according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, a cover body 31 that covers each of the components constituting the rotary braking device and the rotating body is mounted. Therefore, it becomes possible to suppress the vibration and sound which generate | occur | produce from a rotation braking device or a rotary body, and safety | security increases more by shielding each component which operate | moves by training from the external environment.
Since the training device according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, the bicycle from which the front and rear wheels are removed can be mounted, and the same feeling as in actual running can be obtained. Further, the danger associated with the rotation of the wheel is eliminated, and further, vibration and tire wear due to the rotation of the wheel are prevented. In addition, the rotating body and the flywheel in the component according to the present invention provide a quiet rotation, and further includes a cover body for increasing the quieting effect, which is generated from the contact portion between the conventional tire and the roller. There is no noise, and you can continue training comfortably and quietly. Furthermore, since it is possible to mount a bicycle with the front and rear wheels removed, space for the wheel is not required, so that training using the bicycle can be performed even in a narrow place such as a home room.
Therefore, the bicycle training apparatus according to the present invention has a configuration in which the constituent elements of the main body, the frame end fixing means, the rotating body, and the rotation braking device are combined, and the bicycle from which the front and rear wheels are removed can be mounted. This configuration makes it possible to solve the problems in the conventional training apparatus all at once.
Next, the usage method when performing training using the training apparatus according to the present invention will be described.
In general, there are various types of bicycles suitable for sports driving, such as road racers, mountain bikes, and cross bikes. In any bicycle, the front and rear wheels that are attached to the bicycle are immediately subject to troubles such as punctures. So that the wheel can be attached and detached easily. That is, the wheel axle (hub) is fixed to the end portion of the bicycle frame by a “quick release lever”, and by rotating the lever, the wheel can be easily fixed and released from the end portion. It can be done.
