【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、毛や毛屑を吸引しながら同毛を刈り込むもので、特に、犬や猫等のペット用として最適な吸毛機能付バリカンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、毛や毛屑を吸引しながら同毛を切断して、一定の長さとなるように刈り込むことのできるペット用の吸毛機能付バリカンは知られている。この種の吸毛機能付バリカンとしては、例えば、図１１に示す如く、バリカン本体１に吸毛ケース２を付設し、該吸毛ケース２の吸引口３を同バリカン本体１の切断刃４に近接配置してなるものがあった。この場合、吸引口３は切断刃４の刈り込み方向先側に近接配置され、該吸引口３の刈り込み方向先側の外縁部分に、同吸引口３へと流れ込む空気をガイドすると共に起毛させるガイドカバー５が突出延設されている。

したがって、該吸毛機能付バリカンにおいては、切断刃４の刈り込み方向先側に位置する吸引口３での吸引作用によって、切断されるべき毛Ｈが予め起毛される。その際、空気はガイドカバー５の内面に沿って吸引口３へとスムーズに流れ込み、該空気が流れる力によって、切断されるべき毛Ｈは確実に起毛される。この起毛された状態にある毛Ｈは切断刃４で切断されて、一定の長さとなるように刈り込まれる。ここでは、ガイドカバー５の先端縁を皮膚に沿って移動させることで、該皮膚と切断刃４との間隔寸法が一定に保持され、毛Ｈは同切断刃４によって一定の長さとなるように切断される。しかも、切断された毛屑は吸引口３から吸い込まれ、周辺に散乱しないように吸毛ケース２内へと吸引除去される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の技術において、切断されるべき毛Ｈを確実に起毛させるためには、吸引口３での風路面積と吸入風量とが必要であり、これ等を確保するのに、切断刃４を同吸引口３へとあまり大きくは侵入突出させることができないでいる。それ故、ガイドカバー５の内面に沿って空気の流れと共に起毛される毛Ｈが、切断刃４とは反対側へ偏って該切断刃４から離れてしまい、せっかく起毛されたにも係わらず、切断効率が良くないという問題を生じていた。

本発明は、上記従来の技術における問題を悉く解決するために発明されたもので、その課題は、起毛された毛が切断刃で確実に切断されて、切断効率の良好な吸毛機能付バリカンを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の吸毛機能付バリカンは、バリカン本体に吸毛ケースを付設し、該吸毛ケースの吸引口を同バリカン本体の切断刃に近接配置してなる吸毛機能付バリカンであって、吸引口を切断刃の刈り込み方向先側に近接配置し、該吸引口の刈り込み方向先側の外縁部分に、同吸引口へと流れ込む空気をガイドすると共に起毛させるガイドカバーを突出延設し、該吸引口付近の刈り込み方向先側内面に同切断刃へ向かって突出する凸条を該切断刃に対応させて突設してなる。

したがって、この場合、吸毛ケースの吸引口がバリカン本体の切断刃の刈り込み方向先側に近接配置されているので、該切断刃付近で切断されるべき毛が、同吸引口での吸引作用によって予め起毛される。その際、吸引口の刈り込み方向先側の外縁部分に、該吸引口へと流れ込む空気をガイドすると共に起毛させるガイドカバーが突出延設されているので、該ガイドカバーの内面に沿って空気は吸引口へとスムーズに流れ込み、該空気が流れる力によって、切断されるべき毛は同ガイドカバーの内面に沿って確実に起毛される。この起毛された状態にある毛は切断刃で切断されて、一定の長さとなるよう適切に刈り込まれる。

しかも、吸引口付近の刈り込み方向先側内面に、切断刃へ向かって突出する凸条が該切断刃に対応して突設されているので、前記ガイドカバーの内面に沿ってガイドされながら流れる空気は、同凸条に当たることでその流れの向きが部分的に同切断刃の側へ変化されて同吸引口内へと吸入される。ここでは、空気の流れと共に起毛される毛も、凸条と対応する部分で切断刃の側へ近づくよう部分的に折曲した状態で起毛される。そのため、この起毛された状態にある毛は、空気が流れる力で切断刃の側へ押し曲げられたような状態となり、該切断刃で確実に切断されて切断効率は向上される。そして、切断された毛屑は吸引口から吸い込まれ、周辺に散乱しないように吸毛ケース内へと吸引除去される。

また、本発明の吸毛機能付バリカンは、バリカン本体に吸毛ケースを着脱自在に嵌着して付設したことを特徴とする。

したがって、この場合は特に、バリカン本体に吸毛ケースが着脱自在に嵌着されるので、該吸毛ケースの付設は簡単に行われる。しかも、吸毛ケースをバリカン本体から取り外すことで、両者を分割して取り扱うことができる。又、屋外等で毛屑を吸引除去する必要がない際には、吸毛ケースが取り外されたバリカン本体のみを使用して刈り込み作業を行うこともできる。

また、本発明の吸毛機能付バリカンは、切断刃及び吸引口の外側を覆うように嵌着されて、皮膚と同切断刃との間に間隔が保持されるようになす略筒状のアタッチメントを備え、該アタッチメントの刈り込み方向先側の周壁部分をガイドカバーとし、同吸引口の口縁に沿った内面に凸条を突設して、該凸条を同切断刃よりも奥方に位置させたことを特徴とする。

したがって、この場合は特に、アタッチメントを嵌着させた状態で刈り込み作業を行うことにより、その際、皮膚と切断刃との間に間隔が保持されて、該間隔寸法に応じた所定の長さとなるように、毛を長く残して安全に切断することができる。ここでは、アタッチメントの刈り込み方向先側の周壁部分がガイドカバーとなり、同アタッチメントの先端縁を皮膚に沿って移動させることで、該皮膚と切断刃との間隔寸法が一定に保持され、毛は同切断刃によって所定の長さとなるように切断される。

更には、吸引口の口縁に沿った内面に凸条が突設されていて、該凸条は切断刃よりも奥方に位置するので、起毛された毛が同切断刃よりも奥方で押し曲げられたような状態となって、該切断刃でより確実に切断される。しかも、凸条と切断刃との位置が相互にずれていることで、吸引口での風路面積や吸入風量は十分に確保されて、切断されるべき毛がより確実に起毛される。又、アタッチメントを取り外した状態でも、刈り込み作業を行うことができ、その際にも、吸引口の口縁に沿った内面に凸条は存在し、起毛された毛が切断刃で確実に切断される。

本発明の吸毛機能付バリカンは、皮膚と切断刃との間隔寸法が可変となるようアタッチメントを嵌着深さ調節自在に嵌着したことを特徴とする。

したがって、この場合は特に、アタッチメントの嵌着深さを変更調節することによって、皮膚と切断刃との間隔寸法を変化させることができ、これにより、刈り込み高さを変化調整することができるので、所望の長さとなるように毛を切断することができる。しかも、アタッチメントの嵌着深さがいずれの位置にあっても、上記の如く、吸引口の口縁に沿った内面の定位置に凸条は存在し、起毛された毛が切断刃で確実に切断される。

本発明の吸毛機能付バリカンは、アタッチメントの刈り込み方向先側の先端縁部分にくし刃状片を有する切欠状開口部を形成したことを特徴とする。

したがって、この場合は特に、アタッチメントの刈り込み方向先側の先端縁部分にくし刃状片を有する切欠状開口部が形成されているので、該切欠状開口部から同アタッチメント内へと毛はガイドされて効率良く導入され、起毛も確実に行われて、スムーズでより切断効率の良好な刈り込み作業を行うことができる。しかも、くし刃状片の存在によって皮膚が切欠状開口部内に入り込むことは防止され、該皮膚と切断刃との間隔寸法が確保されて、毛を同間隔寸法に応じた所定の長さとなるよう正確に切断することができる。

本発明の吸毛機能付バリカンは、吸引口を切断刃に沿って偏平な略長方形状に形成したことを特徴とする。

したがって、この場合は特に、切断刃に沿って偏平な略長方形状に吸引口が形成されているので、該吸引口における風路面積や風速は同切断刃に沿ったいずれの部位でも均等に確保され、吸引効率が良好となって切断されるべき毛はより確実に起毛される。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１〜１０は、本発明の請求項１〜６全てに対応する一実施形態を示し、該実施形態の吸毛機能付バリカンは、犬や猫等のペット用として最適に使用することができるもので、バリカン本体１に吸毛ケース２を付設し、該吸毛ケース２の吸引口３を同バリカン本体１の切断刃４に近接配置してなるものであって、吸引口３を切断刃４の刈り込み方向先側に近接配置し、該吸引口３の刈り込み方向先側の外縁部分に、同吸引口３へと流れ込む空気をガイドすると共に起毛させるガイドカバー５を突出延設し、該吸引口３付近の刈り込み方向先側内面に同切断刃４へ向かって突出する凸条６を該切断刃４に対応させて突設してなる。

該実施形態の吸毛機能付バリカンにおいては、バリカン本体１に吸毛ケース２を着脱自在に嵌着して付設している。又、切断刃４及び吸引口３の外側を覆うように嵌着されて、皮膚Ｓと同切断刃４との間に間隔が保持されるようになす略筒状のアタッチメント７を備え、該アタッチメント７の刈り込み方向先側の周壁部分をガイドカバー５としている。

この場合、吸引口３の口縁に沿った内面に凸条６を突設して、該凸条６を切断刃４よりも奥方に位置させている。又、皮膚Ｓと切断刃４との間隔寸法が可変となるように、アタッチメント７を嵌着深さ調節自在に嵌着している。更には、アタッチメント７の刈り込み方向先側の先端縁部分に、くし刃状片８を有する切欠状開口部９を形成し、吸引口３を切断刃４に沿って偏平な略長方形状に形成してもいる。

図４に示す如く、バリカン本体１はその先端部分に切断刃４が設けられ、該切断刃４は下側の固定刃4aと上側の可動刃4bとでなる。バリカン本体１の側面には電源スイッチ10が設けられ、底面には接続端子11が設けられており、該接続端子11に電気コード（図示せず）が嵌合接続されて、同バリカン本体１に電源供給される。そして、電源スイッチ10をＯＮ操作することにより、切断刃４では可動刃4bが往復動して固定刃4aとの間で毛をはさみ切りする。

図５、６に示す如く、吸毛ケース２は下側ケース12と上側ケース13とが嵌合一体化されてなり、同下側ケース12と上側ケース13との間には、前後方向に貫通する吸引通気路14が形成され、該吸引通気路14の前端開口は偏平状の吸引口３となる。下側ケース12の後端部分には、前記吸引通気路14の後端開口となる略円筒状の接続口15が形成されており、該接続口15の前側には上側ケース13の後端部分が係止され、同接続口15は吸引装置（図示せず）へと後側に連通接続される。

又、下側ケース12の両側には上記バリカン本体１を嵌合保持する側片部16が配設されており、一方の該側片部16には同バリカン本体１の電源スイッチ10を露出させる凹状開口17が形成されている。更に、両方の側片部16の前端付近の外面には、後述のアタッチメント７を着脱自在に嵌着させるための凸リブ18が配設形成されている。又、吸引口３の両側には逃がし口部19が配設形成されており、該逃がし口部19は切欠凹状で、上側ケース13の両側壁部分の前端縁に切欠されて凹んだような形状として形成されている。

そして、図７、８に示す如く、吸毛ケース２がバリカン本体１に取り付けられると、吸引口３は同バリカン本体１の切断刃４の刈り込み方向先側となる上側に近接配置され、又、電源スイッチ10が凹状開口17から露出される。アタッチメント７が取り付けられていないこのような状態でも、刈り込み作業を行うことは可能である。このような使用状態の場合には、柔らかい皮膚であっても該皮膚が吸引口３に吸着することはなく、スムーズで且つ安全な刈り込み作業を行うことができる。

すなわち、前記逃がし口部19は吸引口３の内部が真空になるのを防ぐ逃げとして作用し、該吸引口３への皮膚の吸着は防止される。その際、空気は逃がし口部19から吸入されて、吸引口３内で起毛が支障なく行われる。それ故、スムーズに刈り込み作業を行うことができる。しかも、皮膚の吸着がなくなると共に、切断刃４を有するバリカン本体１を移動させ易くなって、該切断刃４は同位置で動作し続けることもなく、同皮膚を傷つけてしまうことがなくて安全である。このようなことは、特に、犬や猫の腹部の乳首付近やあご下等の皮膚の柔らかい部位を刈り込む際に有用となる。

又、アタッチメント７は上下に開口連通した断面略四角形の略筒状であり、その後側壁上部及び前側壁下部が各々切欠状に開口されている。そして、アタッチメント７の上方開口と後側壁上部の切欠状開口とが連続した開口を形成し、該開口から同アタッチメント７内にバリカン本体１及び吸毛ケース２の先端部分は挿入嵌合される。アタッチメント７の後側壁上部の切欠状開口付近で、該アタッチメント７の両側壁内面には、上下複数段の凹溝20が並設形成されている。

この場合、上下いずれかの凹溝20を選択して、吸毛ケース２の前端付近の外面に形成された前記凸リブ18に、同選択した凹溝20を係合させることによって、アタッチメント７の嵌着深さが変更調節される。ここでは、図２、９、１０に示す如く、アタッチメント７の嵌着深さが三段階に変更調節され、いずれの嵌着深さにあっても同アタッチメント７の両側壁によって、前記逃がし口部19は必然的に閉塞される。それ故、逃がし口部19から空気が吸引されることはなく、アタッチメント７の先端開口部分から確実に空気が吸引されて、高い吸引効率を確保することができる。

又、アタッチメント７の前記後側壁上部の切欠状開口では、バリカン本体１との間に隙間開口を形成しているが、該隙間開口はカバー21で閉塞される。カバー21は開閉自在であり、前記切欠状開口の下縁両側に配設されるヒンジ22を介して枢支されている。両側のヒンジ22にはねじりバネ23が配設されており、該ねじりバネ23によってカバー21は後側閉じ方向へ弾発付勢されている。それ故、この場合には、図２、９、１０に示す如く、アタッチメント７の嵌着深さがどの位置にあっても、該嵌着部位における前記隙間開口はカバー21で確実に閉塞されて、前記高い吸引効率が確保される。

図３に示す如く、アタッチメント７の刈り込み方向先側（ガイドカバー５）の先端縁部分に形成される切欠状開口部９は、同アタッチメント７の前記前側壁下部が切欠状に開口されたものである。又、図２に示す如く、アタッチメント７の両側壁先端縁はＲ形状に突出形成されており、該Ｒ形状の曲率中心が切断刃４の位置に略合致されている。それ故、アタッチメント７の両側壁先端縁は皮膚Ｓに対し滑らかに摺接し、スムーズに刈り込み作業を行うことができ、しかも、アタッチメント７と皮膚Ｓとの相対角度が変化しても、該皮膚Ｓと切断刃４との間隔寸法は確保されて、毛を同間隔寸法に応じた所定の長さとなるよう正確に切断することができる。

したがって、該実施形態の吸毛機能付バリカンにおいては、吸毛ケース２の吸引口３がバリカン本体１の切断刃４の刈り込み方向先側に近接配置されているので、図１に示す如く、該切断刃４付近で切断されるべき毛Ｈが、同吸引口３での吸引作用によって予め起毛される。その際、吸引口３の刈り込み方向先側の外縁部分に、該吸引口３へと流れ込む空気をガイドすると共に起毛させるガイドカバー５が突出延設されているので、該ガイドカバー５の内面に沿って空気は吸引口３へとスムーズに流れ込み、該空気が流れる力によって、切断されるべき毛Ｈは同ガイドカバー５の内面に沿って確実に起毛される。この起毛された状態にある毛Ｈは切断刃４で切断されて、一定の長さとなるよう適切に刈り込まれる。

しかも、吸引口３付近の刈り込み方向先側内面に、切断刃４へ向かって突出する凸条６が該切断刃４に対応して突設されているので、図１に示す如く、前記ガイドカバー５の内面に沿ってガイドされながら流れる空気は、同凸条６に当たることでその流れの向きが部分的に同切断刃４の側へ変化されて同吸引口３内へと吸入される。ここでは、空気の流れと共に起毛される毛Ｈも、凸条６と対応する部分で切断刃４の側へ近づくよう部分的に折曲した状態で起毛される。そのために、この起毛された状態にある毛Ｈは、空気が流れる力で切断刃４の側へ押し曲げられたような状態となり、該切断刃４で確実に切断されて切断効率は向上される。そして、切断された毛屑は吸引口３から吸い込まれ、周辺に散乱しないように吸毛ケース２内へと吸引除去される。

又、該実施形態の吸毛機能付バリカンにおいては、バリカン本体１に吸毛ケース２が着脱自在に嵌着されるので、該吸毛ケース２の付設取り付け作業は簡単に行われる。しかも、吸毛ケース２をバリカン本体１から取り外すことで、両者を分割しコンパクトにして梱包することができる。又、屋外等で毛屑を吸引除去する必要がない際には、吸引装置等が付随して接続される吸毛ケース２を取り外した状態とし、小型となるバリカン本体１のみを使用して刈り込み作業を行うこともでき、使い勝手は良好で便利である。

又、該実施形態の吸毛機能付バリカンにおいては、アタッチメント７を嵌着させた状態で刈り込み作業を行うことにより、その際に、皮膚Ｓと切断刃４との間に間隔が保持されて、該間隔寸法に応じた所定の長さとなるように、毛を比較的長く残して安全に切断することができる。ここでは、アタッチメント７の刈り込み方向先側の周壁部分がガイドカバー５となり、同アタッチメント７の先端縁を皮膚Ｓに沿って移動させることで、該皮膚Ｓと切断刃４との間隔寸法が一定に保持され、毛は同切断刃４によって所定の長さとなるように切断される。

更には、吸引口３の口縁に沿った内面に凸条６が突設されていて、該凸条６は切断刃４よりも奥方に位置するので、図１に示す如く、起毛された毛Ｈが同切断刃４よりも奥方で空気の流れる力により押し曲げられたような状態となって、該切断刃４でより確実に切断される。しかも、凸条６と切断刃４との位置が相互にずれていることで、吸引口３での風路面積や吸入風量は十分に確保されて、切断されるべき毛Ｈがより確実に起毛される。又、アタッチメント７を取り外した状態でも、刈り込み作業を行うことができるもので、その際にあっても、吸引口３の口縁に沿った内面に凸条６は存在し、起毛された毛が切断刃４で確実に切断される。

又、該実施形態の吸毛機能付バリカンにおいては、アタッチメント７の嵌着深さを変更調節することによって、皮膚Ｓと切断刃４との間隔寸法を変化させることができる。これにより、刈り込み高さを適宜選択して変化調整し得るため、所望の長さとなるように毛を適切に切断することができる。しかも、アタッチメント７の嵌着深さがどの位置にある使用状態でも、前記の如く、凸条６は吸引口３の口縁に沿った内面の定位置に存在するので、起毛された毛が切断刃４で確実に切断される。

又、該実施形態の吸毛機能付バリカンにおいては、アタッチメント７の刈り込み方向先側（ガイドカバー５）の先端縁部分に、くし刃状片８を有する切欠状開口部９が形成されているので、該切欠状開口部９から同アタッチメント７内へと毛はほぐされながらガイドされて効率良く導入され、これにより起毛も確実に行われて、スムーズでより切断効率の良好な刈り込み作業を行うことができる。しかも、くし刃状片８の存在によって皮膚Ｓが切欠状開口部９内に入り込まなくなり、該皮膚Ｓと切断刃４との間隔寸法は均一に確保されて、毛を同間隔寸法に応じた所定の長さとなるよう正確に揃えて切断することができる。更には、吸引口３が切断刃４の略全長に沿う偏平な略長方形状に形成されているので、該吸引口３における風路面積や風速は同切断刃４に沿ったいずれの部位でも均等に確保され、吸引効率が良好となって切断されるべき毛はより確実に起毛される。

【発明の効果】
上述の如く、本発明の請求項１記載の吸毛機能付バリカンにおいては、ガイドカバーの内面に沿って空気が吸引口へとスムーズに流れ込み、切断される毛は同ガイドカバーの内面に沿って予め確実に起毛され、該起毛された状態にある毛が切断刃で切断されて、一定の長さとなるよう適切に刈り込まれる。その際、空気は凸条に当たることでその流れの向きが部分的に切断
刃の側へ変化され、起毛される毛は同切断刃の側へ近づくよう部分的に折曲した状態で確実に切断されて切断効率が向上する。
又、特に、アタッチメントを嵌着させて刈り込み作業を行うことで、毛を所定の長さとなるよう安全に切断することができる。その際、起毛された毛は切断刃よりも奥方で押し曲げられたような状態となって、該切断刃でより確実に切断され、しかも、吸引口での風路面積や吸入風量が十分に確保されて、切断されるべき毛はより確実に起毛される。又、アタッチメントを取り外しても刈り込み作業を行うことができ、その際にも、起毛された毛は切断刃で確実に切断される。
又、特に、アタッチメントの嵌着深さを調節して刈り込み高さを変化調整することで、所望の長さとなるように毛を切断することができ、その際、同アタッチメントの嵌着深さがどの位置にあっても、上記凸条は定位置に存在し、起毛された毛が切断刃で確実に切断される。

又、本発明の請求項２記載の吸毛機能付バリカンにおいては、特に、吸毛ケースの付設が嵌着によって簡単に行われ、しかも、該吸毛ケースをバリカン本体から取り外すことで、コンパクトに梱包することができ、同バリカン本体のみで刈り込み作業を行うこともできて便利である。

又、本発明の請求項３記載の吸毛機能付バリカンにおいては、特に、毛がガイドされて効率良く導入され、起毛も確実に行われて、スムーズでより切断効率の高い刈り込み作業を行うことができ、その際、くし刃状片によって皮膚と切断刃との間隔寸法が確保されて、同毛は所定の長さとなるよう正確に切断される。

又、本発明の請求項４記載の吸毛機能付バリカンにおいては、特に、吸引口が切断刃に沿って偏平な略長方形状に吸引口が形成されており、該吸引口における風路面積や風速は同切断刃に沿ったいずれの部位でも均等に確保され、吸引効率が良好となって切断されるべき毛はより確実に起毛される。
