Description

【0001】

[0011]
Level adjuster of the present invention,Groundwork methodOr groundwork(Hereinafter, these may be collectively referred to simply as the present invention), and the level adjusting jig member is a disc shape and is fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the nut member at the center thereof. It is preferable. Thereby, for example, the operator can more reliably grip the outer peripheral portion of the level adjusting jig member by hand, and can easily and easily rotate the level adjusting jig member.
[0012]
In the present invention,Fixing memberAs mentioned aboveBy adopting a structure, it becomes possible to attach the surface material attachment member to the attachment portion easily, in a short time, and with a single touch. In addition, the engagement between the lip portion of the surface material attachment member and the attachment portion becomes stronger, and an extremely high engagement force can be obtained between the attachment portion and the surface material attachment member.
[0013]
In the present invention including these various configurations and structures, the base member is preferably composed of a plate fixed to the housing and a screw member attached to the plate. In such a structure, the screw member is attached to the plate so as to extend substantially vertically from the plate. The base member having such a structure is referred to as a base member having the first structure for convenience. In this case, the top of the screw member may be attached to the plate using a welding method or an adhesive, but the plate is provided with a threaded portion that is threaded, and the screw member is attached to the screwed portion. The screw member is preferably attached to the plate by screwing. The threaded portion can be formed in the plate by, for example, drawing the plate and then cutting a thread in the drawn portion. Or a screwing part can also be constituted from a nut or a tap screw welded to a plate. By setting it as such a structure, in order to make the space | interval between a fixing member and a base member into a desired space | interval, a screw member can be replaced | exchanged easily. Examples of the method for fixing the plate to the housing include a method using a urethane or epoxy adhesive, and a method using an anchor bolt or a separator. The plate may be flat or may have, for example, a Z shape.
[0014]
Alternatively, in the present invention including these various configurations and structures,
The housing has a substantially lip groove-shaped cross-sectional shape, and is composed of a bar-shaped housing member having a first lip portion and a second lip portion,
The base member includes an engagement member that engages with the housing member, and a screw member attached to the engagement member.
The engaging member may have a bottom surface and a structure having a first side surface and a second side surface facing each other. The first side surface and the second side surface may be attached to the housing member by a welding method, an adhesive, or using an auxiliary device, but the first side surface and the second side surface may be attached to the housing member, for example, a bolt. And nuts, or various screws such as a tapping screw or a self-drilling screw. Each of the first side surface and the second side surface may be provided with a through hole in order to facilitate attachment with a bolt or various screws. The casing member may be fixed to the casing main body by an appropriate method.
[0015]
Furthermore, in the engaging member having such a structure,
Each of the first side surface and the second side surface may have a structure in which convex portions that engage with the first lip portion and the second lip portion of the housing member are provided. The base member having such a structure is referred to as a base member having the second structure for convenience. By setting the base member to such a second structure, the base member can be attached to the housing member easily, in a short time, and with a single touch.
[0016]
In the engaging member in the base member having the second structure,
Each convex portion has a first trapezoidal shape having a substantially isosceles trapezoidal shape whose upper side is shorter than the lower side, and a substantially isosceles trapezoidal shape that extends from the upper side of the first trapezoidal portion and whose upper side is shorter than the lower side. Consisting of a second trapezoidal part,
The lower side of the second trapezoidal part extends in a direction from the upper side end of the first trapezoidal part toward the bottom of the side surface,
The first lip portion of the housing member includes one side of the first trapezoidal portion provided on the first side surface and the second side surface, and the upper side end of the first trapezoidal portion on one side side. Engaging the lower side of the second trapezoidal part extending from the part,
The second lip portion of the casing member includes the other side of the first trapezoidal portion provided on the first side surface and the second side surface, and the upper side end of the first trapezoidal portion on the other side side. It is preferable to have a structure that engages with the lower side of the second trapezoidal part extending from the part. The base member having such a structure is referred to as a base member having a third structure for convenience. By adopting such a third structure for the base member, the engagement between the lip portion of the housing member and the engagement member becomes stronger, and a high engagement force can be obtained between the base member and the housing member. it can.
[0017]
Fixed memberAlternatively, in the base member having the third structure, the first trapezoidal part is expressed as having a substantially isosceles trapezoidal shape. This is because the first trapezoidal part is strictly an isosceles trapezoid. It means that it is not necessary. That is, the lengths of the two sides of the trapezoid do not have to be exactly equal, and the upper side and the lower side do not have to be strictly parallel. In addition, the second trapezoidal part is also expressed as having an approximately isosceles trapezoidal shape, which means that the second trapezoidal part does not have to be strictly an isosceles trapezoid. That is, the lengths of the two sides of the trapezoid do not have to be strictly equal. Furthermore, the lower side of the second trapezoidal portion is not a straight line, and the upper side and the lower side are not parallel, but the second trapezoidal portion has a trapezoidal shape macroscopically, and therefore has a substantially isosceles trapezoidal shape. Express that. It should be noted that the second side of the first side surface and the second side surface of the second trapezoidal part and the upper side edge of the first trapezoidal part cross the region inside the second trapezoidal part rather than the region where the second side of the first trapezoidal part intersects. The lower side of the trapezoidal part can be extended. The lower side portion of the second trapezoidal portion extending to the inside of the second trapezoidal portion is referred to as a notch for convenience. By providing such a notch, the engagement between the attachment portion and the surface material attachment member, or the engagement between the base member and the housing member can be further strengthened.
[0018]
In the present invention, the fact that the cross-sectional shape of the surface material attaching member or the casing member is substantially lip groove shape means the following shape. That is, the cross-sectional shape when the surface material attaching member or the casing member is cut in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is a shape in which both ends of the “U” or “U” are bent inward, or “ Both ends of the “U” or “U” shape are bent inward, and further bent downward (toward the bottom). The first lip portion and the second lip portion correspond to the respective edge portions extending in the longitudinal direction of the surface material attaching member or the casing member. The surface material mounting member or the case member is, for example, various metal materials such as light steel for general structure defined by JIS G3350 (light steel for general structure), light steel shaped by galvanization, stainless steel, aluminum and titanium. It can also be made from a synthetic resin based on an injection molding method or the like.
[0019]
The base member, the level adjusting jig member, and the fixing member can also be made from the same material as the surface member attaching member or the casing member. Note that the material constituting the base member, the level adjusting jig material, and the fixing member and the material constituting the surface material mounting member or the housing member may be the same material, the same type of material, or different materials. It may be a material. Furthermore, the material constituting each of the base member, the level adjusting jig member, and the fixing member may be the same material, the same kind of material, or a different kind of material. The screw member can be formed of metal or plastics.
[0020]
Specific examples of the combination of the level adjusting device and the surface material attaching member in the present invention include a trunk edge receiver and a trunk edge, and a field edge receiver and a field edge. Examples of the surface material include an interior material and an exterior material. Specifically, various metal flat plates and corrugated plates such as stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, steel plate, steel plate, galvanized steel plate and PVC steel plate, gypsum board including spand rail and decorative gypsum board, calcium silicate plate, slag gypsum Board, wood wool cement board, pulp cement board, wood chip cement board, papermaking gypsum board, mortar board, rock wool board, wood-based wall material, plywood, wood fiber board, decorative pulp cement board, board containing glass fiber and carbon fiber, The board comprised from ceramic materials, such as an asbestos-cement board, an asbestos slate panel, and a ceramic board, can be illustrated. In addition, as a skeleton or skeleton body (sometimes collectively referred to as a skeleton etc.), lightweight steel structures, wooden structures (including timber structures, framed wall construction methods, wooden prefabricated structures), tunnel inner walls, concrete Examples include viaduct walls, concrete outer walls and concrete walls, concrete blocks, ALC plates, bricks, or ceiling slabs and floor slabs. Alternatively, for example, stainless steel plates or The thing which attached the aluminum plate, the iron plate, the steel plate, the galvanized steel plate, and the vinyl chloride steel plate can be illustrated.
[0021]
If desired, a heat insulating material may be inserted on the housing, between the housing and the surface material mounting member, or between the housing member and the surface material mounting member, thereby preventing high dew condensation. An effect can be obtained. Examples of the heat insulating material include felt-like glass wool and rock wool; board-like glass wool, rock wool, and insulation board; rose-like glass wool, rock wool, cellulose fiber; board-like polystyrene foam and urethane foam.
[0022]
In the present invention, for example, an operator can grip the outer periphery of the level adjustment jig member by hand, and can easily rotate the level adjustment jig member, thereby along the axial direction of the screw member. By moving the fixing member, it is possible to adjust the distance between the fixing member and the base member very easily.
[0023]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments of the invention (hereinafter abbreviated as embodiments) with reference to the drawings.
[0024]
    (Embodiment 1)
The first embodiment is a level adjusting instrument and groundwork method according to the present invention. As well as the groundworkAbout. FIG. 1 shows an exploded perspective view of the level adjusting device of the first embodiment, FIG. 2 shows a schematic sectional view, and FIG. 3 shows a schematic exploded sectional view of the level adjusting member before assembly. FIG. 4 shows a schematic enlarged view of the side surface of the fixing member, and FIG. 5 schematically shows the engagement state of the surface material attaching member and the attaching portion.
[0025]
The level adjusting device of the first embodiment includes a base member 10 and a level adjusting member 20. In the first embodimentThe base memberHas a first structure.
[0026]
In the first embodiment, the base member 10 has a screw member 12 and is fixed to the housing 60. More specifically, the base member 10 includes a flat plate 11 fixed to the housing 60 and a screw member 12 attached to the plate 11. Specifically, the top part of the metal screw member 12 is welded and attached to the surface of the plate 11 on the level adjusting member 20 side. In the first embodiment, the plate 11 is made of a zinc iron plate or a stainless steel plate.
[0027]
The level adjustment member 20 includes a nut member 21, a level adjustment jig member 22, and a fixing member 23. The nut member 21 is screwed with the screw member 12. The level adjustment jig member 22 is fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the nut member 21. The fixing member 23 is provided with an attachment portion for attaching the surface material attachment member 50. The fixing member 23 is rotatably attached to the outer peripheral portion of the nut member 21 and moves along the axial direction of the screw member 12 in conjunction with the rotation of the level adjusting jig member 22 relative to the screw member 12. It is free. The level adjusting jig member 22 has a disk shape and is fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the nut member 21 at the center thereof. By bending the outer periphery of the level adjustment jig material 22, the strength of the level adjustment jig material 22 can be improved. In the first embodiment, the nut member is made of stainless steel, and the level adjusting jig member 22 and the fixing member 23 are made of a zinc iron plate or a stainless steel plate.
[0028]
The assembly of the nut member 21, the level adjusting jig member 22, and the fixing member 23 can be performed by the following method. That is, for example, a nut member having an enlarged portion 21A at one end, a tubular portion 21B extending from the center of the enlarged portion 21A, a cross-sectional shape being a “T” shape, and a thread being cut on the inner surface of the tubular portion 21B Prepare 21. The outer surface of the tubular portion 21B corresponds to the outer peripheral portion of the nut member 21. On the other hand, a level adjusting jig material 22 having a protrusion 22A at the center is prepared. The protrusion 22A is provided with a through hole 22B, and the inner diameter of the through hole 22B is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the tubular part 21B. Furthermore, a fixing member 23 provided with a through hole 23 'at the center is prepared. The diameter of the through hole 23 ′ provided in the fixing member 23 is larger than the outer diameter of the protrusion 22 </ b> A provided in the level adjusting jig material 22.
[0029]
Then, a protrusion 22A provided at the center of the level adjusting jig member 22 is inserted into the tubular portion 21B of the nut member 21, and the level adjusting jig member 22 is inserted into the outer peripheral portion of the nut member 21 (specifically, the tubular portion 21B). Part 21B). Further, a through hole 23 ′ provided in the central portion of the fixing member 23 is inserted into the protrusion 22 A provided in the level adjusting jig material 22. Then, the nut member 21, the level adjusting jig member 22 and the fixing member 23 are assembled by caulking the other end of the tubular portion of the nut member 21 and enlarging the other end (see reference numeral 21C in FIG. 2). Complete. Since the diameter of the through-hole 23 ′ provided in the fixing member 23 is larger than the outer diameter of the protrusion 22 </ b> A provided in the level adjusting jig material 22, the fixing member 23 is formed on the outer periphery of the nut member 21 (specifically, Is in a state of being rotatably attached to a protrusion 22A) provided on the level adjusting jig member 22.
[0030]
In the first embodiment, the surface material attachment member 50 to be attached to the attachment portion is a bar-like member having a substantially lip groove-shaped cross section and having a first lip portion 51 and a second lip portion 52. is there. Also,The fixing member 23 is, A bottom surface 24 having a substantially rectangular shape, two opposing side surfaces 25 extending in a substantially vertical direction from the opposing sides of the bottom surface 24, and extending in a substantially vertical direction from the other opposing sides of the bottom surface 24. It consists of two protrusions 27. The side surface 25 corresponds to the mounting portion. Each of the first side surface 25 and the second side surface 25 is provided with a convex portion 26 that engages with the first lip portion 51 and the second lip portion 52 of the surface material mounting member 50.
[0031]
In the mounting portion, each convex portion 26 extends from the first trapezoidal portion 30 having an approximately isosceles trapezoidal shape in which the upper side 32 is shorter than the lower side 31 and the upper side 32 of the first trapezoidal portion 30, and the upper side 44 is And a second trapezoidal portion 40 having a substantially isosceles trapezoid shape shorter than the lower side 43. Then, the lower sides 41 and 42 of the second trapezoidal portion 40 extend in a direction from the upper side end portion of the first trapezoidal portion 30 toward the side surface bottom portion. Note that the lower side 43 of the second trapezoidal portion 40 is common to the upper side 32 of the first trapezoidal portion 30. In FIG. 4, the extending direction of the lower sides 41 and 42 of the second trapezoidal portion 40 is indicated by a one-dot chain line. The angle θ formed between the extending direction of the lower sides 41 and 42 of the second trapezoidal portion 40 and the horizontal line2(See FIG. 4) is preferably 8 to 24 degrees. In the first embodiment, θ2Was 8 degrees. Here, reference numerals 45 and 46 are sides of the second trapezoidal portion 40. In other words, in other words, the shape of the second trapezoidal portion 40 is a rectangle or a trapezoid having the same length (the rectangle or trapezoid has a lower side 43 and an upper side 44), and two opposite sides of the rectangle or sides of the trapezoid. Each of the triangles (the two sides of the triangle are the lower sides 41 and 42 and the side sides 45 and 46) are combined (a hexagon as a whole). Note that the protruding portion 27 may have the same structure as the side surface 25.
[0032]
The cross-sectional shape of the surface material attaching member 50 in the first embodiment is a substantially lip groove shape. That is, when the surface material mounting member 50 is cut in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, both ends of the “U” or “U” shape are bent inward, and further downward (at the bottom). It is a bent shape. The first lip portion 51 and the second lip portion 52 correspond to the respective edge portions extending in the longitudinal direction of the surface material attaching member 50. In the first embodiment, the surface material mounting member 50 is made of a zinc iron plate or a stainless steel plate having a thickness of 0.45 mm to 1.2 mm.
[0033]
The first lip portion 51 of the surface material mounting member 50 includes one side 33 and one side of the first trapezoidal portion 30 provided on the first side surface 25 and the second side surface 25. It engages with the lower side 41 of the second trapezoidal portion 40 extending from the upper side end of the first trapezoidal portion 30 on the 33 side. On the other hand, the second lip portion 52 of the surface material mounting member 50 includes the first side surface 25, the other side 34 of the first trapezoidal portion 30 provided on the second side surface 25, and the other side. It engages with the lower side 42 of the second trapezoidal part 40 extending from the upper edge part of the first trapezoidal part 30 on the 34 side. Angle θ formed between the sides 33 and 34 of the first trapezoidal portion 30 and the perpendicular line1(See FIG. 4) is preferably 15 degrees to 20 degrees. In the first embodiment, θ1Was set to 15 degrees. Here, for example, when the level adjuster is a field edge receiver, the surface material attachment member 50 corresponds to a single field edge.
[0034]
FIG. 6 schematically illustrates a schematic cross-sectional view when various surface material attachments before being engaged with the level adjusting device are cut in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. In the surface material mounting member 50 shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, both ends of the “U” or “U” character are bent inward (indicated by reference numerals 55 and 56), respectively. The shape is bent downward (in the direction toward the bottom and toward the top of the paper in FIG. 6) (indicated by reference numerals 57 and 58). In FIG. 6A, the angle formed by the angles of the portions 55 and 56 bent inward and the portions 57 and 58 bent downward is about 90 degrees. On the other hand, in FIG. 6B, the angle formed by the angles of the portions 55 and 56 bent inward and the portions 57 and 58 bent downward is an obtuse angle. In the surface material attaching member 50 shown in FIG. 6C, both ends of the “U” or “U” character are bent inward. The angle formed between the side surfaces 53 and 54 of the surface material mounting member 50 and the portions 55 and 56 bent inward is an acute angle.
[0035]
In the foundation assembling method of the first embodiment, first, the base member 10 is fixed to a housing 60 made of, for example, a concrete wall. Specifically, an anchor bolt 61 is driven into the housing 60 through a through hole provided in the plate 11, and the plate 11 is fixed using a nut 62. In addition, if the planar shape of the through-hole provided in the plate 11 is an ellipse or a rectangle, and a rectangle with rounded corners, the positioning of the plate 11 with respect to the housing 60 or the adjustment of the position can be easily performed. Further, if the two opposite sides of the plate 11 are bent, the strength of the plate 11 can be improved.
[0036]
Next, the screw member 12 of the base member 10 and the nut member 21 of the level adjusting member 20 are screwed together to attach the level adjusting member 20 to the base member 10. By holding the outer periphery and rotating the level adjusting jig member 22, the fixing member 23 is moved along the axial direction of the screw member 12, and the interval between the fixing member 23 and the base member 10 is adjusted. . This adjustment is a kind of preliminary adjustment.
[0037]
Thereafter, the surface material attachment member 50 is attached to an attachment portion provided on the fixing member 23. Specifically, the convex portions 26 provided on the first side surface 25 and the second side surface 25 of the fixing member 23 respectively, and the first lip portion 51 and the second lip portion 52 of the surface material mounting member 50. Engage with. Thereafter, the surface material mounting member 50 is stopped on the protrusion 27 of the fixing member 23 by using a screw 28 such as a tapping screw or a self-drilling screw so that the surface material mounting member 50 does not move relative to the fixing member 23. . Next, by rotating the level adjusting jig member 22, the fixing member 23 is moved along the axial direction of the screw member 12, and the interval between the fixing member 23 and the base member 10 is adjusted in earnest. The levels of the plurality of surface material mounting members 50 are matched as much as possible. Then, the base material construction method is completed by attaching the surface material 63 made of, for example, an aluminum plate to the surface material attachment member 50 using a screw or the like (see FIG. 7).
[0038]
As described above, even if the surface of the housing 60 is uneven (uneven), the distance between the surface of the housing and the surface material can be adjusted very easily by using the level adjusting device. High working efficiency can be obtained.

[0040]
FIG. 9 shows an exploded perspective view of a level adjusting device including a base member 10A composed of a Z-shaped plate 11A instead of the flat plate 11, and FIG. 10 shows a side view thereof. One horizontal bar portion of the “Z” shape may be fixed to the housing 60 using, for example, anchor bolts 61, and the screw member 12 may be provided on the other horizontal bar portion of the “Z” shape. Such a base member 10A can be applied to other level adjusting devices.
[0041]
    (Embodiment 2)
The second embodiment is a modification of the first embodiment. In the second embodiment, the fixing member is the same as in the first embodiment.Similar structureHave On the other hand, the base member 80 has a third structure. FIG. 11 shows an exploded perspective view of the level adjusting device of the second embodiment.
[0042]
The housing in the second embodiment has a substantially lip groove-shaped cross-sectional shape, and is composed of a bar-shaped housing member 70 having a first lip portion 71 and a second lip portion 72. Since the structure of the housing member 70 can be the same as that of the surface material mounting member 50, detailed description thereof is omitted. The housing member 70 is fixed to the housing 60 by, for example, an anchor bolt / nut combination 73.
[0043]
The base member 80 includes an engaging member 81 that engages with the housing member 70, and a screw member 82 that is attached to the engaging member 81. The top part of the metal screw member 82 is attached to the central part of the engaging member 81 by welding. Since the structure of the level adjusting member 20 may be the same as that of the first embodiment, detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0044]
The engagement member 81 has a substantially rectangular bottom surface 84, two opposed side surfaces 85 extending in a substantially vertical direction from the opposing sides of the bottom surface 84, and a substantially vertical direction from the other opposing sides of the bottom surface 84. It is comprised from the two protrusion parts 87 which faced. Such a structure is substantially the same as the structure of the mounting portion of the fixing member 23. That is, on each of the first side surface 85 and the second side surface (not visible in FIG. 11) of the engaging member 81, the first lip portion 71 (the first lip portion 51 in FIG. A convex portion 86 is provided that engages with the second lip portion 72 (having the same structure as that of the second lip portion 52 in FIG. 5). The protruding portion 87 may have the same structure as the first side surface 85 and the second side surface.
[0045]
More specifically, in the engaging member 81, each convex portion 86 is described with reference to FIG. 4. The first trapezoidal portion 30 having an approximately isosceles trapezoidal shape in which the upper side 32 is shorter than the lower side 31; The second trapezoidal portion 40 extends from the upper side 32 of the first trapezoidal portion 30 and has an approximately isosceles trapezoidal shape in which the upper side 44 is shorter than the lower side 43. The lower side 41 of the second trapezoidal portion 40 extends in a direction from the upper side end portion of the first trapezoidal portion 30 toward the bottom of the side surface, and the first lip portion 71 of the housing member 70 is connected to the first side surface 85 and One side 33 of the first trapezoidal portion 30 provided on the second side surface, and the lower side of the second trapezoidal portion 40 extending from the upper side end of the first trapezoidal portion 30 on the one side 33 side. 41, the second lip portion 72 of the housing member 70 is connected to the first side surface 85, the other side 34 of the first trapezoidal portion 30 provided on the second side surface, and the other side. It engages with the lower side 42 of the second trapezoidal part 40 extending from the upper edge part of the first trapezoidal part 30 on the side 34 side. The angle θ formed between the extending direction of the lower sides 41 and 42 of the second trapezoidal portion 40 and the horizontal line2(See FIG. 4) is preferably 8 to 24 degrees.
[0046]
In the base assembling method of the second embodiment, first, the housing member 70 is fixed to the housing 60 made of, for example, a concrete wall by, for example, a combination 73 of an anchor bolt and a nut. Thereafter, the protrusion 86 provided on each of the first side surface 85 and the second side surface of the engagement member 81 is engaged with the first lip portion 71 and the second lip portion 72 of the housing member 70. Next, the housing member 70 is fixed to the protruding portion 87 of the engaging member 81 using a screw 74 such as a tapping screw or a self-drilling screw so that the housing member 70 does not move relative to the engaging member 81.
[0047]
Next, the screw member 82 of the base member 80 and the nut member 21 of the level adjusting member 20 are screwed together to attach the level adjusting member 20 to the base member 80, and the operator manually attaches the level adjusting jig member 22 to the level adjusting jig member 22. By holding the outer periphery and rotating the level adjusting jig member 22, the fixing member 23 is moved along the axial direction of the screw member 82, and the interval between the fixing member 23 and the base member 80 is adjusted. . This adjustment is a kind of preliminary adjustment.
[0048]
Thereafter, the surface material attachment member 50 is attached to an attachment portion provided on the fixing member 23. Specifically, the convex portions 26 provided on the first side surface 25 and the second side surface 25 of the fixing member 23 respectively, and the first lip portion 51 and the second lip portion 52 of the surface material mounting member 50. Engage with. Next, by rotating the level adjusting jig member 22, the fixing member 23 is moved along the axial direction of the screw member 82, and the interval between the fixing member 23 and the base member 80 is adjusted in earnest. The levels of the plurality of surface material mounting members 50 are matched as much as possible. Then, the base material construction method is completed by attaching the surface material 63 made of, for example, a metal plate to the surface material attachment member 50 using a screw or the like.
[0049]
In addition, when the fall prevention member 75 made of an iron plate attached to the surface of the ceiling slab 60A is a casing, an example in which the level adjusting device and the groundwork method of the second embodiment are applied is shown in FIG. FIG. In addition, since the fall prevention member 75 is attached to the surface of the ceiling slab 60A, the fall prevention member 75 can prevent the peeled material from the ceiling slab 60A from falling into the room. For example, the level adjusting device can be applied to a frame having a structure in which a fall prevention member is attached to the surface of a concrete wall.
[0050]
FIG. 13 shows an example in which the example of applying the level adjusting device and the groundwork method of the second embodiment is applied to a frame corresponding to the inner wall of the tunnel. In this case, a plurality of housing members 70 are attached in parallel to the housing corresponding to the inner wall of the tunnel along the direction in which the tunnel runs, and the engaging member 81 is attached to the housing member 70. The housing member 70 may be attached to the housing using, for example, an anchor bolt / nut combination 73. Then, a surface material 63 made of a corrugated stainless steel plate is fixed to the bottom of the surface material mounting member 50 with a tapping screw 64. It should be noted that the level adjuster can also be applied to a casing having a structure in which a fall prevention member is attached to the surface of the inner wall of the tunnel.
[0051]
As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on embodiment of this invention, this invention is not limited to these. The various level adjusters described in the embodiment of the invention, the constituent materials, the casing, and the like, or the base assembling method are examples, and can be appropriately changed.
[0052]
For example, when the base member 10B is composed of a plate 11B fixed to the housing and the screw member 12 attached to the plate 11B, the exploded view is shown in FIG. The cut screw part 13 is provided, and the screw member 12 can be attached to the plate 11B by screwing the screw member 12 with the screw part 13. Here, the threaded portion 13 in which the thread is cut can be formed by, for example, drawing the plate 11B and then cutting the thread in the drawn portion. Or a screwing part can also be constituted from a nut or a tap screw welded to plate 11B. By setting it as such a structure, in order to make the space | interval between the fixing member 23 and the base member 10B into a desired space | interval, the screw member 12 can be replaced | exchanged easily. Such a structure of the base member 10B can be applied to various base members.
[0053]
FIG. 15 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of an example of a modification of the level adjusting device, FIG. 16 shows a schematic exploded cross-sectional view of the level adjusting member 20A before assembly, and a schematic diagram of the level adjusting device before assembly. An exploded perspective view is shown in FIG. In this level adjusting member 20 </ b> A, the nut member 90 includes a flange 91 and a tubular portion 92 extending from the lower surface of the flange 91. The inner surface of the tubular portion 92 is threaded. The outer surface of the tubular portion 92 corresponds to the outer peripheral portion of the nut member 90. Other configurations of the level adjusting member 20A are the same as the structure of the level adjusting member 20 described in the first embodiment. The base member may be the base member 80 described in the second embodiment, or the base members 10A and 10B having the structure shown in FIGS.
[0054]
The assembly of the nut member 21, the level adjusting jig member 22, and the fixing member 23 can be performed as follows. That is, as in the first embodiment, the level adjusting jig member 22 having the protrusion 22A at the center is prepared. The protrusion 22A is provided with a through hole 22B, and the inner diameter of the through hole 22B and the outer diameter of the tubular portion 92 are substantially equal. Furthermore, a fixing member 23 provided with a through hole 23 'at the center is prepared. The diameter of the through hole 23 ′ provided in the fixing member 23 is larger than the outer diameter of the protrusion 22 </ b> A provided in the level adjusting jig material 22. Then, a through hole 23 ′ provided in the central portion of the fixing member 23 is inserted into the tubular portion 92 of the nut member 90. Then, the protrusion 22A provided at the center of the level adjusting jig member 22 is inserted into the gap between the tubular portion 92 of the nut member 90 and the through hole 23 ′ provided at the center of the fixing member 23. To do. Then, by caulking the other end of the tubular portion 92 of the nut member 90, a portion 92A of the tubular portion 92 is protruded, and the level adjusting jig material 22 is moved to the outer peripheral portion of the nut member 90 (specifically, the tubular portion). 92). Since the diameter of the through-hole 23 ′ provided in the fixing member 23 is larger than the outer diameter of the protrusion 22 A provided in the level adjusting jig material 22, the fixing member 23 is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the nut member 90 (specifically, Is in a state of being rotatably attached to a protrusion 22A) provided on the level adjusting jig member 22.
[0055]
The level adjusting jig member 22 can also be attached to the outer peripheral portion of the nut member 90 (specifically, by forming a groove in the outer peripheral portion of the tubular portion 92 and fitting a “C” -shaped ring in the groove. It can also be fixed to the tubular part 92).
[0056]
Various modifications of the fixing member or the engaging member18 to 20Shown in In the following, only the fixing member and the surface material mounting member will be described, but the same applies to the base member and the engaging member. The basic components of the level adjustment member can be the same as the various components described so far.
[0057]
FIG.These are the schematic diagrams which expanded the part of the convex part in 23 A of fixing members. Furthermore, for example, an enlarged view of the state in which the fixing member 23A and the surface material mounting member 50 are engaged is schematically illustrated.FIG.Shown in In the fixing member 23A, the lower sides 41 and 42 of the second trapezoidal portion 40 of each of the first side surface 25A and the second side surface 25A of the fixing member 23A and the end portion of the upper side 32 of the first trapezoidal portion 30 are provided. Lower sides 41 and 42 of the second trapezoidal portion 40 extend to the inside of the second trapezoidal portion 40 from the intersecting region. Note that the portions of the lower sides 41 and 42 of the second trapezoidal portion 40 extending to the inside of the second trapezoidal portion 40 are referred to as notch portions 47. By providing such a notch 47, the engagement between the surface material attaching member 50 and the fixing member 23A can be further strengthened. Furthermore, steps 33A and 34A are provided on one side 33 and the other side 34 of the first trapezoidal portion 30 provided on the first side surface 25A and the second side surface 25A of the fixing member 23A. ing. The steps 33A and 34A engage with a portion of the portions 55 and 56 that are bent inside the first lip portion 51 and the second lip portion 52 of the surface material mounting member 50. Thereby, the engagement between the first lip portion 51 and the second lip portion 52 of the surface material mounting member 50 and the one side 33 and the other side 34 of the first trapezoidal portion 30 is further ensured. It will be a thing.
[0058]
Further modification of the fixing member 23D or the engaging member (fixing member having the third structure or base member having the third structure)FIG.Shown in In the fixing member 23D, 26D 'having a structure in which the convex portion shown in FIG. 4 is divided in half is arranged on the outside of the convex portion 26D shown in FIG. By adopting such a structure, in the mounting portion of the fixing member 23, it is possible to mount either a surface material mounting member corresponding to a single field edge or a surface material mounting member corresponding to a double field edge. .
[0059]
If desired, a heat insulating material 65 may be inserted on the housing, etc., between the housing and the surface material mounting member, or between the housing member and the surface material mounting member, thereby increasing the condensation. The prevention effect can be obtained. This state is schematically shown in FIG. In this case, the screw member which comprises a base member can be used for fixation of a heat insulating material. That is, the base member is fixed to the housing or the like, and then the heat insulating material is disposed on the entire surface. At this time, the tip of the screw member protrudes from the surface of the heat insulating material. Thus, when the nut member constituting the level adjustment member is screwed to the screw member, the heat insulating material can be pressed by the level adjusting jig material, and the heat insulating material can be easily fixed to the housing or the like. . Thus, the construction cost can be reduced by using the level adjusting device also as a heat insulating material pressing jig.
[0060]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, it is possible to easily level the plurality of surface material mounting members simply by rotating the level adjusting jig member fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the nut member. Accordingly, the skill of the worker is not necessary, and the work period can be shortened. Moreover, since the level of the surface material mounting member can be adjusted in millimeters, a wide selection of cosmetic finish materials can be selected. For example, highly glossy surface materials (for example, color aluminum panels, stainless steel mirror surfaces) (Finishing material, colored steel plate) can be applied easily and in a short time.
[0061]
Moreover,In the present inventionIf a fixing member is used, or if the engaging member is an engaging member having a third structure, a high engaging force is provided between the fixing member and the surface material mounting member and between the engaging member and the housing member. Obtainable. As a result, a surface material that is a covering material for preventing collapse of a concrete piece or a mortar piece in a tunnel, a concrete viaduct, a building having a concrete outer wall, etc. as well as a field that has been used conventionally. It becomes possible to attach to the housing reliably and in a short time. Furthermore, the attachment of the surface material attachment member to the fixing member and the attachment of the housing member to the engagement member can be performed with a single touch, and in addition, since it is a completely dry construction method, the construction period can be shortened. It is possible to use non-combustible and non-welding methods, so the safety is high. Furthermore, it is possible to repair the housing after completion easily and in a short period of time. Moreover, it is possible to insert a heat insulating material between the casing and the surface material, and a high dew condensation preventing effect can be obtained. Furthermore, for example, groundwater leaked in the tunnel can be received by the surface material that is the covering material, and the groundwater that flows on the surface of the surface material facing the housing or is easily discharged to the outside. Can do.
