【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、車載用の電子機器等において電源の開閉等に使用する、節度機構を備えたスイッチに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種のスイッチは、車載用のイグニッションスイッチやブロアスイッチ等に見られるように、ロータリー式のものが多く使用されており、その回転操作時の節度を得るための機構は下記のようなものであった。

図13は従来の節度機構を備えたスイッチの外観斜視図、図14はその節度機構部を説明する要部断面図であり、同図において1は樹脂製の円形箱形のケース、2はケース1の内周に所定の角度範囲だけ回動可能なように嵌合保持された駆動体で、その上方に操作用のつまみ部2Aを有すると共に、ケース1内に収容された部分の外周山形部2Bに、ケース1の壁部に設けられた孔1A内に収容されたコイルスプリング3に付勢された硬質のボール4が弾接している。

そして、駆動体2のつまみ部2Aを回動操作してケース1の下方に収容されたスイッチ接点部(図示せず)を開閉する際に、駆動体2の回動角度の終端において、コイルスプリング3に付勢されたボール4が駆動体2の外周山形部2Bの凹部2C内にはまり込むことにより、節度感を生じるものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来の節度機構を備えたロータリー式のスイッチにおいては、駆動体2はケース1の内周で嵌合保持されているため回動時の嵌合部分での摩擦抵抗が大きいと共に、スイッチの切換え操作時に、駆動体2のつまみ部2Aを回動操作してボール4を駆動体2の外周山形部2Bに弾接させながら滑らせるものであるため、この部分の摩擦のため滑らかな操作感触を得難いと共に、外周山形部2Bの中間の部分で止まり易く、スイッチの開閉切換えが完了しない不安定な状態で止まることがあるという課題があった。

本発明は、このような従来の課題を解決するものであり、簡単な構成でありながら動作が確実で、操作時に良好な節度感を有し、しかも組み立ての容易な節度機構を備えたスイッチを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明の節度機構を備えたスイッチは、接点部の開閉を行なう駆動体を、ケース中央の軸支持孔で回動可能に支持すると共に、弾発形のねじりコイルばねの両端のアーム部先端がケースの軸支持孔と平行となるように折り曲げられた直線状の被支持部を、駆動体の回動角度の中点において最も接近するように、ケースの内壁部に設けた支持溝および駆動体の突出部に設けた支持孔により支持する構成とした節度機構を備えたスイッチとするものである。

これにより、簡単な構成でありながら動作が確実で、操作時に良好な節度感を有し、しかも組み立ての容易な節度機構を備えたスイッチを得ることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、上面中央に下方に延びた円形の軸支持孔を有する樹脂製の箱形のケースと、上方に操作用のつまみ部を有し、下方の円形軸部が上記ケースの軸支持孔に回動可能に支持されるように上記ケース上に装着され、所定角度の回動により接点部の開閉を行なう樹脂製の駆動体と、この駆動体の所定の回動角度の中点において最も接近するように、上記ケースの内壁部に設けた支持溝および上記ケース内に突出した上記駆動体の突出部に設けた支持孔からなる、上記ケースの軸支持孔と平行な二つの細長い支持部により、両端のアーム部先端が上記ケースの軸支持孔と平行となるように略直角に折り曲げられた直線状の被支持部が回動可能で上下方向に抜けないように支持された弾発形のねじりコイルばねからなり、上記ねじりコイルばねの一方のアーム部先端の被支持部を支持するために上記ケースの内壁部に設けた支持溝が上記ケースの軸支持孔の方向に開口部を有するU字形で、上記ケース内に突出した上記駆動体の突出部に設けた支持孔が円形であり、上記支持溝の端部から上記ねじりコイルばねの線径よりも少し広い隙間を空けて、上記ねじりコイルばねの被支持部の抜け止め部を設けた節度機構を備えたスイッチとしたものであり、駆動体の円形軸部を中央の円形孔で支持する構成であるため回転時の抵抗が小さく、簡単な構成でありながら動作が確実で、操作時にねじりコイルばねがスムーズに動き良好な節度感が得られると共に、節度機構にねじりコイルばねを組み込む際に、ねじりコイルばねの一方のアーム部先端の直線状の被支持部を駆動体の突出部の支持孔に挿入した後、他方のアーム部先端の直線状の被支持部をケースの内壁の支持溝に側方からはめ込むことによって、組み立てが容易にできる節度機構を備えたスイッチを実現できるという作用を有する。
さらに、ねじりコイルばねの形状が単純で加工が容易であると共に、支持部による保持が確実で操作時にねじりコイルばねが傾き難いので、動作が安定しているという作用を有する。

さらに、節度機構にねじりコイルばねを組み込む作業が容易であると共に、ねじりコイルばねの弾発力によってケースの内壁部の支持溝に押し付けられたアーム部先端の被支持部が支持溝の開口部および端部のいずれからも外れ難いという作用を有する。

同図において11は樹脂製の円形箱形のケースで、このケース11により樹脂製の駆動体12が所定の角度範囲だけ回動可能なように係合支持され、その上方に操作用のつまみ部12Aを有することは従来の技術の場合と同様であるが、駆動体12は、その下部の、先端に抜け止め用爪12Cを有する円形軸部12Bをケース11上面から下方に延びた円形の軸支持孔11Aに挿入嵌合させることにより、上下動はしないが回動可能に保持されており、その下面からケース11内への突出部12Dをケース11上面の開口部11Bの端部に当てることによって、回動角度範囲を規制されている。
