Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle door lock device, and more particularly to a vehicle door lock device including a door opening / closing mechanism and a door lock mechanism.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, a vehicle door lock device is connected to a door handle or the like attached to a door so that an operating force is transmitted via a cable or a rod. For example, when the door handle is opened, the operating force of the door handle is transmitted to the door opening / closing mechanism in the door lock device via the cable or rod, and the door opening / closing mechanism is operated. The door is opened.
[0003]
In this case, the transmission of the operating force in the door lock device is performed by contacting two members such as a lever. That is, the transmission lever moves, and the operating force is transmitted by the contact of the transmission lever with the movement of the transmission lever.
[0004]
Here, in the conventional door lock device for a vehicle, the contact state of the lever when the operating force is transmitted from the straight moving lever to the rotating lever is shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 22, the
[0005]
Thus, in the conventional vehicle door lock device, since the operating force is transmitted while the two members are in sliding contact with each other, friction is generated between the two members in the process of transmitting the operating force. The force required for the operation will increase. For this reason, a light and smooth operation feeling may not be obtained in the operation of the door handle. Moreover, the friction mentioned above can also cause abnormal noise. Conventionally, attempts have been made to change the shape of the contact surface between members in order to obtain a light and smooth operation feeling (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-179209). Realization of a feeling is desired.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and provides a vehicle door lock device that can realize a light and smooth operation feeling and can suppress abnormal noise. For the purpose.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem in the prior art, one aspect of the present invention provides a vehicle door lock device including a door open / close mechanism and a door lock mechanism, wherein an operating force is applied to the open / close mechanism or the lock mechanism. of the two members in contact with each other when transmitting, a rotatable rotary member is provided, the two members being in contact with each other via the rotary member relative to the member to one of the members rotatable When the operating force is transmitted and the operating force is maximized, the direction connecting the contact point of the one member and the rotation center of the one member is orthogonal to the moving direction of the other member that moves linearly As described above, the two members are arranged, and the rotating member and the other member are kept in contact with each other at the same point while the other member rotates linearly and rotates the one member. age There.
[0008]
With such a configuration, the operating force can be transmitted with these members always in contact at the same point (or almost the same point), so the friction generated between these two members is extremely small. can do. Accordingly, it is possible to realize a light and smooth operation feeling and to suppress abnormal noise caused by the friction.
[0009]
In this case, the two members are preferably members that transmit the operating force of the door handle to the door opening / closing mechanism.
[0010]
The two members are arranged so that the direction connecting the contact point of one member and the rotation center of the member is orthogonal to the moving direction of the other member when the operating force is maximized. by, it is possible to transmit the operating force efficiently.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a vehicle door lock device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. In addition, in this embodiment, although the door lock apparatus attached to a front door is demonstrated, it cannot be overemphasized that this invention is applicable with respect to the door lock apparatus attached to a back door.

In this way, it is possible to efficiently transmit the operating force. For example, in the example of the
[0039]
In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the operating force is transmitted from the member that moves linearly to the member that rotates is described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention is also applied between two members that rotate. can do.
[0040]
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described so far, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and may be implemented in various forms within the scope of the technical idea.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, two members that come into contact with each other when operating force is transmitted to the opening / closing mechanism or the lock mechanism are always operated with the same point (or almost the same point) in contact. Since the force can be transmitted, the friction generated between these two members can be extremely reduced. Accordingly, it is possible to realize a light and smooth operation feeling and to suppress abnormal noise caused by the friction.
