Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a thermal insulation structural unit for thermal insulation between two concreted structures, in particular between a building and an exterior projecting from a building such as a balcony, the thermal insulation structural unit being at least incorporated. And the compressed material extends horizontally through the insulator in a direction transverse to the horizontal longitudinal line of the insulator in a state in which the unit is assembled. Each structure can be contacted.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of thermal insulation structural unit is known in many related embodiments in the related art and is used to thermally isolate two structures from each other, but at the same time The heat insulating structural unit also has a function of statically connecting each other. This static connection takes place via a reinforcing element, which extends through both insulators and between both structures, and in each case generates loads, in particular tensile forces, compressive forces and crossings. Power is transmitted reliably.
[0003]
An important field of use of such a heat insulating structural unit is, for example, a balcony facility structure, where the balcony overhangs the building outer wall and interposes the heat insulating structural unit at the same level of the building floor by the reinforcing elements described above. Can be attached. Since these balconies are exposed to different temperatures from the floors of each insulated building, there is relative motion between them, that is, between the balcony and the building floor. Arise. This is because the temperature of the balcony plate as a result of outside air temperature varies by more than 10 ° C per day depending on weather conditions and seasons while the building floor is maintained at substantially the same temperature.
[0004]
Furthermore, since the length of the balcony plate changes depending on the temperature, the reinforcing elements connecting the building and the balcony must be able to change as well as this change in length without problems. This is usually not a problem for tension / crossings, which are usually made very thin. However, this is different in the case of a compression material that is relatively robust to improve compression rigidity. For this reason, it is known from European Patent Publication EP0121685 to use a compression material made of special steel, where the compression material extends into both adjacent concrete structures. In addition, a steel material that is thin enough that the compressed material can elastically compensate for a change in length due to a temperature difference in the horizontal direction is used.
[0005]
In addition to the use of elastic flexible compression material, the size of the compression material is also the same as the thickness of the insulator, i.e. flush with the insulator and towards the concrete structure It is known to have a compression material that contacts the concrete structure with the contact shape surface of the end portion of the compression material. When this type of compression, limited to the thickness of the insulator, is subjected to the relative movement of the adjacent concrete structure, the compression and the concrete structure will shift after release from mutual static friction in the contact area. It will be. However, this type of reversible flexible compression joint has the disadvantage that the release from static friction and the subsequent relative displacement can be heard as a “click”. Although this sound is indeed harmless and does not give information on the quality of the attached compression material itself or the installation of the compression material, such sound is undesirable and inconvenient. It also causes worries for those who are not sure.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, as a starting technique from the above, the object of the present invention is to insulate using a compression material having elastic or reversible flexibility for receiving relative motion between structures such as adjacent concrete. It is to provide a structural unit, in which the flexibility not depending on the material of the compression material is obtained as much as possible and the occurrence of the undesirable sound must be suppressed.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above-described problem is a heat insulating structure unit made of an insulator having at least a compressed material incorporated between two structures, and the heat insulating structure unit is assembled. The compressed material extends horizontally through the insulator in a direction transverse to a horizontal longitudinal line of the insulator and can contact each structure. A contact shape surface that rolls, and the compression material creates an articulated joint structure between the two structures, the contact shape surface is curved, and the curvature of the contact shape surface is a horizontal section This is solved by being formed in a substantially arc shape . This articulated joint structure can be obtained independently of the compression material, ie even in the case of very strong rigid materials. The actual displacement distance is significantly reduced by the swinging motion of the pendulum joint type caused by this. In the case of a typical embodiment, based on the relative movement of two concrete structures on the order of 2 mm, the rotational movement of the compression material relative to the adjacent concrete structure in the contact area is only 0.2 mm relative movement. It only involves. From this example, it can be easily understood that the relative motion between the concrete structure and the compression material is greatly reduced. It can be said that a part of the conventional sliding motion or friction motion is replaced by rolling motion.
[0008]
Regarding the exact shape of the contact-shaped surface, it is recommended that the contact-shaped surface is curved, in particular, convex, and further curved so as to have an arc shape in the horizontal section. This results in an unobstructed and symmetrical displacement movement in both opposing contact-shaped surfaces while ensuring as large a contact surface as possible. Furthermore, in order to allow unimpeded rotational movement between the compression material and the structure such as concrete, the contact-shaped surface is assembled and anchored to the structure and at least of the contact-shaped surface It is preferable that the curved region penetrates into the structure.
[0009]
Alternatively, planar or otherwise curved and chopped contact surfaces are also possible.
[0010]
Preferably, the arcuate curved cross section of the contact-shaped surface is formed over the entire height of the contact-shaped surface. This can be achieved, for example, by forming each contact shape surface in the shape of a cylindrical side surface. However, the horizontal cross section may also vary over the entire height of the compression material, such as the side surface of the truncated cone. This ensures that the transmission of force between the compression material and the concrete structure takes place over the entire surface of the contact-shaped surface.
[0011]
Furthermore, a preferred embodiment of the contact-shaped surface is one in which the contact-shaped surface has an outer surface curved in the vertical direction, in particular concavely, ie also in a vertical longitudinal section. This makes it possible for the contact-shaped surface to follow the vertical sinking movement between the two structures without impairing the function of the contact-shaped surface. The compression material formed in this way is slightly bent like a joint in this case, and-despite the inclined position slightly inclined with respect to the horizontal mounting structure- It touches the adjacent concrete structure with the entire surface.
[0012]
Furthermore, in order to be able to keep the area of the contact-shaped surface as small as possible, and the area of the contact-shaped surface is arranged behind the contact-shaped surface at least as a whole In order to form with a size that is only as large as the size of the compression material that transmits the compression force, especially the cross-sectional dimension, the compression material (with a large area additional compression plate for force transmission) In contrast to the known embodiment which has been known, it is recommended that the transition to a contact-shaped surface be continuous and uninterrupted.
[0013]
As mentioned above, retention with elastic or reversible flexibility can be achieved by the compression material according to the invention irrespective of the material of the compression material, so that the advantages of the invention are particularly strong. The effect is exhibited in the case of a compression material made of a material that does not bend, that is, has a high rigidity. Thus, for example, highly rigid concrete can be used.
[0014]
Concrete has certainly been proposed many times in the prior art as a material for compression materials, but in practice it has not been widely accepted. An obstacle to this has been eliminated by the present invention, i.e. the need for the compression material to elastically follow the length variation between both adjacent structures based on the temperature difference, even in the transverse direction. Rather, thanks to the rolling motion, this compression material can be made from a highly rigid material, such as concrete.
[0015]
A particularly preferred form of use of a heat insulating structural unit made of concrete compression material is that the concrete compression material is produced by pouring , which gives a great deal of possibilities regarding the shape and surface shape of the compression material. Derived from that. It is further advantageous when the mold is made of a plastic mold, in which case the plastic mold can be assembled integrally with the concrete compression material as a discarded mold . This is because the plastic formwork is simultaneously used as a sliding layer for the compression material in the contact area of the contact surface at the end with respect to the adjacent concrete structure, which makes it possible to reduce the rolling characteristics of the compression material. This is because it is further improved. Accordingly, the material of the compression material does not need to be formed in the form of fine particles, closed holes, or the like, and a corresponding flat surface of the plastic mold is sufficient. This plastic form rolls between adjacent concrete structures.
[0016]
If the compression material is produced by pouring , it is possible to easily achieve a reduction in the cross section of the central part between the abutment shaped surfaces at both ends, and this reduction in cross section can be achieved by reducing the thermal conductivity. In other words, the heat level passing through the compressed material is determined. Such reduction of the cross section can be performed in the horizontal direction or in the vertical direction, so that the compression material is constricted on the one hand on the horizontal section, with the cross section at both ends. And the height of the compression material is also lowered toward the central part between the contact-shaped surfaces of both end faces.
[0017]
When the compression material is manufactured in a discarded formwork , the two compression materials are conveniently connected to each other via a single continuous formwork so that the two compression materials are in duplicate. It is easy to create a form such as forming. At this time, an intermediate space remains between both the compression members, and a cross member, for example, can be placed in this space and can be fixed to the mold . Furthermore, this space can be filled with an insulating material, or it can be configured as a hollow part surrounded by a mold and filled with air.
[0018]
Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of embodiments using the drawings.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a heat insulating structural unit 1 as a partial cross-sectional view in the II plane shown in FIG. This heat insulation structure unit 1 is assembled in a gap left between a concrete-cast building A and a concrete exterior structure B such as a balcony that is projected from now on, and substantially fills this gap. 1 and the reinforcing element in the form of the
[0020]
In FIG. 2, the heat insulating structural unit 1 is not shown together with all the members constituting the heat insulating structural unit, and the entire height of the heat insulating structural unit is not shown. A portion of the upper insulator that supports a commonly used tensile material not directly related to the present invention is not shown. Also, the support structure, ie, the building A, extends from the top to the bottom toward the supported structure, ie, the balcony B, through the gap filled with the insulator or the insulator, and the introduction of the transverse force. For this reason, the cross member entering both structures is not shown.
[0021]
The
[0022]
The effect of the arc contour cross-sectional shape is as follows: when both structures A and B perform relative motion, the arcuate curved contact shape surface forms a pivot surface, and this pivot The supporting surface enables relative movement without causing excessive displacement in the contact area between the contact-shaped surface and the adjacent concrete structure. This can significantly reduce the actual relative motion between the concrete structure and the compression material, and as a result, reversibly and substantially against the displacement motion caused by the temperature difference, regardless of the material. It is possible to follow without generating a typical sound. This is because in the case of a compression material that extends integrally with an insulator, the relative displacement causes an apparent sound generation due to the applied force, normal surface roughness, and usually general displacement travel distance. On the other hand, the formation of the joint-like structure at the connection portion between the contact-shaped surface and the concrete structure is achieved because a significant reduction in the displacement movement distance is achieved. This has the result that the impact sound caused by the release of static friction is negligible or no longer exists.
[0023]
Another embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG.
In this case, the heat

[0025]
The two compression material embodiments also have a compression material cross-sectional shape that is significantly similar to this, as well as a contact-shaped surface formed in an arcuate curve. In other words, it has a cup-shaped outer shape that moves continuously and without a step from the edge of the contact-shaped surface, and this outer shape gradually decreases toward the center and continues to face the other contact. In the process to the shape surface, it is continuously expanded again in order to move to the edge of the contact shape surface facing each other without any step. This configuration guarantees the introduction of the optimum force from the balcony plate B to the compression material, the transmission of the optimum transverse force in the case where the heat conduction is reduced by the joint, and the derivation of the optimum compression force to the building A. . In this case, this cross-section is the case where the cross-section is as thin as possible with the introduction of as much force as possible due to the continuous transition between each other, especially when concrete is used as the material for the compression material. In addition, it is possible to provide a strong compression material that is resistant to bending without losing excellent heat insulation properties despite its small cross-sectional area.
