Claims (2)
- 風車と、該風車の軸に回転子を接続した同期発電機と、該同期発電機の固定子巻線に接続した変換器と、該変換器の制御装置と、前記変換器の直流側と電力系統とに接続された別の変換器とを備え、前記同期発電機が出力する可変周波数の交流電力を前記変換器で直流電力に変換し、該直流電力を前記別の変換器で固定周波数の交流電力に変換して出力する可変速駆動の風力発電装置において、
前記制御装置が、前記風車の回転速度を検出する速度検出器と、前記速度検出器が出力する速度検出値を入力する速度制御器と、前記同期発電機が出力する電力を検出する電力検出器と、前記電力検出器が出力する有効電力検出値を入力する有効電力制御器とを備え、
前記速度制御器は、前記速度検出値が所定の領域にある場合には、発電機出力に関する指令を前記有効電力制御器へ有効電力指令として出力し、前記速度検出値が所定の領域から外れる場合には、発電機出力に関する指令を前記速度検出値に基づいて修正し、該修正した指令を前記有効電力制御器へ有効電力指令として出力することを特徴とする風力発電装置。 - 風車と、該風車の軸に回転子を接続した二次励磁発電機と、該二次励磁発電機の回転子巻線に接続した変換器と、該変換器の制御装置と、前記変換器の直流側と電力系統とに接続された別の変換器とを備え、前記変換器が前記二次励磁発電機の回転子巻線を交流励磁し、前記二次励磁発電機の固定子巻線は電力系統に接続されて固定周波数の交流電力を出力する可変速駆動の風力発電装置において、
前記制御装置が、前記風車の回転速度を検出する速度検出器と、前記速度検出器が出力する速度検出値を入力する速度制御器と、前記二次励磁発電機が出力する電力を検出する電力検出器と、前記電力検出器が出力する有効電力検出値を入力する有効電力制御器とを備え、
前記速度制御器は、前記速度検出値が所定の領域にある場合には、発電機出力に関する指令を前記有効電力制御器へ有効電力指令として出力し、前記速度検出値が所定の領域から外れる場合には、発電機出力に関する指令を前記速度検出値に基づいて修正し、該修正した指令を前記有効電力制御器へ有効電力指令として出力することを特徴とする風力発電装置。
