【0001】

[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a small management machine that is always easy to control and easier to plow.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a tillage shaft is rotated by a driving force of a power source through a power transmission mechanism, tillage is performed by rotation of a tillage claw provided on the tillage shaft, and further, traveling by the tillage nail is performed. In the small management machine having a resistance bar inserted into the soil, an operation handle is attached to the rear part of the power source or the rear part of the power transmission mechanism so as to be able to swing up and down, and the resistance bar is operated. Integrated with handleBy doing so, during the cultivation work with the resistance rod inserted into the soil, when the impact energy upward due to the cultivation reaction force acts on the cultivation nail,Tillage claw, power source and power transmission mechanism for operation handle integrated with resistance rodButSwing upwardConfigured to be able toIt is characterized by that.
[0008]
During tillage work, when the tillage nail hits a hard deposit such as a stone, a jumping phenomenon occurs due to the tilling reaction force. The impact energy, which is the tilling reaction force at this time, is transmitted from the tilling claw to the power source and the power transmission mechanism. Since the resistance rod is inserted into the soil, it has resistance against the jumping phenomenon, and as a result, the resistance rod and the operation handle are in a stable state. The tilling claw, the power source and the power transmission mechanism swing upward with respect to the operation handle in a stable state, thereby absorbing impact energy. Since the operation handle is stable without jumping up, the maneuverability is high.
[0009]
In the second aspect, the power source and the power transmission mechanism are provided to the operation handle.UpwardA buffer member for buffering when swinging is interposed between a power source or a power transmission mechanism and an operation handle.
[0010]
When the power source and the power transmission mechanism swing upward with respect to the operation handle, the shock energy can be sufficiently absorbed by the buffer member.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the first link is attached to the rear part of the power source or the rear part of the power transmission mechanism so as to be able to swing up and down, the second link is attached to the operation handle so as to swing back and forth, and the first link is connected to the second link. Thus, a link mechanism that can be bent corresponding to the front and rear swing of the power source and the power transmission mechanism is configured, and one end of the buffer member is connected to the connecting portion between the first and second links so as to be able to swing back and forth. By connecting the other end of the buffer member to the operation handle so as to be able to swing back and forth, the ratio of the stroke of the buffer member per predetermined swing amount as the power source and the power transmission mechanism swing with respect to the operation handle. It is characterized by being configured to change greatly.
[0012]
The suspension composed of the link mechanism and the buffer member is a progressive suspension in which the ratio of the stroke of the buffer member per predetermined swing amount greatly changes as the power source and the power transmission mechanism swing with respect to the operation handle. is there. The buffer member absorbs small impact energy with a small stroke and absorbs large impact energy with a large stroke. Therefore, the impact energy is absorbed more effectively.
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the resistance bar extends downward from the operation handle.
By applying an appropriate downward operating force to the operating handle during the tilling work, the length of the rod inserted into the soil can be adjusted to stabilize the tilling depth.

The lengths of the lines L1, L2, and L3 are constant. The length of each of the line L3, the line L2, the line L4, and the line L1 is the shortest in the line L3, and is larger in the order of the arrangement (L3 <L2 <L4 <L1). Line L3 is substantially on line L4. The line L1, the line L2, and the line L4 are generally arranged in a triangle.
When the
[0047]
(B) is a schematic representation of the above (a).
When the line L1 is at the initial position on the point P1, the length of the line L4 is Y1.
Thereafter, when the line L1 is swung in the arrow N direction by the swing angle α1, the point P1 is displaced to the position of the point P2. The line L2 moves to the right in the figure according to the displacement of the point P1. In accordance with the movement of the line L2, the line L3 swings by the swing angle β1 in the clockwise direction around the point O1. As a result, the point Q1 is displaced to the position of the point Q2. In accordance with the displacement of the point Q1, the line L4 swings by the swing angle θ1 in the clockwise direction around the point O2. At this time, the length of the line L4 is Y2, which is smaller than the length Y1. The difference Δ1 between Y1 and Y2 is Y1−Y2 (Δ1 = Y1−Y2).
[0048]
Thereafter, the line L1 is further swung in the direction of arrow N by the swing angle α2. However, the swing angle α2 is the same as the swing angle α1 (α1 = α2). As a result, the point P2 is displaced to the position of the point P3. In accordance with the displacement of the point P2, the line L2 further moves to the right in the figure. In accordance with the movement of the line L2, the line L3 swings by the swing angle β2 in the clockwise direction around the point O1. As a result, the point Q2 is displaced to the position of the point Q3. In accordance with the displacement of the point Q2, the line L4 swings by the swing angle θ2 in the clockwise direction around the point O2. At this time, the length of the line L4 is Y3, which is smaller than the length Y2. The difference Δ2 between Y2 and Y3 is Y2−Y3 (Δ2 = Y2−Y3).
[0049]
Since the length of the line L3 is smaller than the length of the line L1, the line L3 swing radius is smaller than the swing radius of the line L1. Moreover, the point O1 is at a different position from the point C. For this reason, as the swing angle increases when the line L1 swings in the direction of the arrow N, the ratio of the swing angle of the line L3 to the swing angle increases.
[0050]
For example, when the swing angle of the line L1 is α1, the swing angle of the line L3 is β1. However, when the swing angle of the line L1 is α2, which is the same angle as α1, the swing angle of the line L3 becomes β2, which is larger than β1. As a result, the swing angle of the line L4 is larger than θ1 by θ2. For this reason, Δ2 is larger than Δ1. To summarize the above description, when α1 = α2, β1 <β2 and θ1 <θ2, and as a result, Δ1 <Δ2.

【The invention's effect】
The present invention exhibits the following effects by the above configuration.
The first aspect of the present invention is a small management machine that rotates a tillage shaft through a power transmission mechanism by a driving force of a power source, cultivates by rotation of a cultivating claw provided on the cultivating shaft, and further travels with the cultivating claw. In a small management machine equipped with a resistance rod inserted into the soil, an operation handle is attached to the rear part of the power source or the rear part of the power transmission mechanism so as to be able to swing up and down, and the resistance bar is integrated with the operation handle.By doing so, during the cultivation work with the resistance rod inserted into the soil, when the impact energy upward due to the cultivation reaction force acts on the cultivation nail,Tillage claw, power source and power transmission mechanism for operation handle integrated with resistance rodButSwing upwardConfigured to be able toTherefore, the impact energy can be absorbed by swinging the tillage claw, the power source and the power transmission mechanism upward with respect to the stable operation handle by inserting the resistance rod into the soil. Since the operation handle is stable without jumping up, it is always easy to operate the small management machine, and the tilling work is further facilitated.
[0057]
In the second aspect, the power source and the power transmission mechanism are provided to the operation handle.UpwardSince the buffer member for buffering when swinging is interposed between the power source or the power transmission mechanism and the operation handle, when the power source and the power transmission mechanism swing upward, the impact energy is transferred to the buffer member. Can absorb well. Moreover, it can be used again for the tilling force by the tilling nail using the repulsive force of the buffer member that has absorbed the impact energy.
[0058]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the first link is attached to the rear part of the power source or the rear part of the power transmission mechanism so as to be able to swing up and down, the second link is attached to the operation handle so as to swing back and forth, and the first link is connected to the second link. Thus, a link mechanism that can be bent corresponding to the front and rear swing of the power source and the power transmission mechanism is configured, and one end of the buffer member is connected to the connecting portion between the first and second links so as to be able to swing back and forth. Since the other end of the buffer member is connected to the operation handle so as to be able to swing back and forth, the ratio of the stroke of the buffer member per predetermined swing amount increases as the power source and the power transmission mechanism swing with respect to the operation handle. Can be changed. For this reason, the buffer member absorbs a small impact energy with a small stroke and absorbs a large impact energy with a large stroke. Therefore, the impact energy can be absorbed more effectively, the tilling work can be facilitated, and the driving force can be ensured.
Furthermore, since the stroke of the buffer member can be increased by the link mechanism, the impact energy can be more sufficiently absorbed by the buffer member.
[0059]
Since the resistance rod is extended downward from the operation handle, the length of insertion of the resistance rod into the soil is adjusted by applying an appropriate downward operation force to the operation handle during the tilling work. The tillage depth can be stabilized.
