Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sand raising device, for example, a sand raising device for sucking and discharging sand, pebbles, and the like from a sand pit of a settling basin in a water intake facility.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
In sedimentation basins (sedimentation basins) provided in water intake facilities and sewage treatment facilities, sand and pebbles that have settled on the bottom of the pond are collected in a sedimentation pit and then sucked up and discharged by a sand lifting device. However, if a large amount of earth and sand flows into the sedimentation basin due to heavy rain and the suction port of the sand lifting device is buried, the suction port may be blocked, making it impossible to lift the sand. In such a case, conventionally, the earth and sand around the suction port is pumped by human power, but this has been a problem in terms of maintenance.
[0003]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a sand raising device that can eliminate the blockage of the suction port with a simple operation even when the suction port is buried in earth and sand.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the sand raising device of the present invention is a sand raising device that sucks sand accumulated in a sand pit of a settling basin with a suction pipe, toward the bottom of the sand pit at the lower end of the suction pipe. A suction nozzle having an open suction port is mounted so as to be movable up and down, and the suction nozzle is connected to a winch installed at the top of the settling basin via a wire rope, and a protrusion entering the suction port on the bottom surface of the sand pit It is characterized by providing.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0006]
The sand raising device 10 provided in the sedimentation basin 1 is installed so that the suction nozzle 11 is located at the bottom of the sand pit 2, and the sand collected in the sand pit 2 is sucked up and discharged by the sand collecting device 3. It is formed to do. A suction pipe 12 connected to the upper portion of the suction nozzle 11 is held by a casing 13, and a discharge pipe 15 is connected to an upper end portion of the suction pipe 12 via a valve 14.
[0007]
The upper end of the suction nozzle 11 is inserted into the suction pipe 12 to form a double pipe structure, and is attached to the suction pipe 12 so as to be movable in the axial direction, that is, in the vertical direction. Moreover, the lower part of the suction nozzle 11 is formed in a trumpet shape whose lower part is expanded, and a suction port 16 that opens toward the bottom surface of the sand settling pit 2 is provided at the lower end thereof.
[0008]
Furthermore, lift rods 17 are provided on both sides of the suction nozzle 11. The lifting rod 17 is supported by two upper and lower rod guides 18 and 19 provided at the lower portion of the suction pipe 12 so as to be movable up and down. A wire rope is connected to the upper end of the lifting rod 17 via a lower limit stopper 20. 21 is connected. Moreover, the intermediate part and lower end part of the raising / lowering rod 17 are being fixed to the upper limit stopper 22 and the coupling tool 23 which were provided in the suction nozzle 11, and the suction nozzle 11 is the minimum with which the lower limit stopper 20 contact | abuts the upper rod guide 18. The upper limit stopper 22 is formed so as to move up and down between the position and the upper limit position where the upper limit stopper 22 abuts the pipe end of the suction pipe 12.
[0009]
The wire rope 21 is connected to a winch 26 installed on the upper part of the sedimentation basin 1 via a plurality of guide sheaves 24 and guide pipes 25. By operating the winch 26, the suction nozzle 11 is moved within the above range. It can be moved up and down. The winch 26 is provided with a swing arm 27 for preventing the wire rope 21 from loosening.
[0010]
Further, a projection 28 is provided on the bottom surface of the sand settling pit 2 at a position facing the suction port 16. The protrusion 28 is formed on the substrate 29 so as to project into a cone or a pyramid shape corresponding to the lower shape of the suction nozzle 11, and when the suction nozzle 11 is lowered to the lower limit position, its apex is formed. It is formed at a height that can sufficiently enter the inside of the suction nozzle 11 from the suction port 16, for example, at a height at which half or more enters the suction port.
[0011]
In the sand raising device 1 formed in this way, when a large amount of earth and sand accumulates on the suction nozzle 11 and the suction port 16 is blocked and cannot be sanded, the winch 26 is operated automatically or manually. Then, by moving the suction nozzle 11 up and down, fluidity can be imparted to the earth and sand closing the suction port 16 and the earth and sand in the vicinity of the suction nozzle 11, so that the sand can be pumped. Further, as the suction nozzle 11 moves up and down, the closed state can be more efficiently eliminated by appropriately repeating the reverse injection for ejecting water or the like from the suction pipe 12 in the direction of the suction nozzle 11 and the normal suction operation. it can.
[0012]
Further, by providing the projection 28 on the bottom surface of the sand settling pit 2, it is possible to effectively discharge the blocked earth and sand when the suction nozzle 11 is moved up and down, and the rectifying effect by the projection 28 allows the center of the suction port 16 to be discharged. The earth and sand remaining in the section can be sucked in reliably.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the sand raising device of the present invention, the state where sand suction cannot be performed due to the suction port being blocked can be easily eliminated, and the sand remaining in the central portion of the suction port is also reliably discharged. Therefore, it is possible to reliably discharge sand from various sedimentation basins including water intake facilities and sewage treatment facilities.
