BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a press brake die used when a workpiece is bent, a cover that covers the die, and a method of attaching the cover.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a work is bent on a press brake, the work is bent by placing the work on a die and moving one of a punch and a die up and down. When the workpiece is bent by the cooperation of the punch and the die, there is a problem that the lower surface of the workpiece is damaged and the die is worn while the bending is repeated a plurality of times.
[0003]
In order to prevent workpiece damage and die wear from occurring when the workpiece is bent, various measures have been taken so far, such as providing rollers on the shoulder of the die. However, the present situation is that there are still work scratches and die wear.
[0004]
Therefore, as a countermeasure for preventing the occurrence of workpiece scratches and die wear when the workpiece is bent in cooperation with the punch and die recently, for example, as shown in FIG. A die

[0022]
The object of the present invention is to use a woven fabric as the material of the cover base material and to make the weave so that the weft does not fall off, and to clearly indicate the position where the cover adhesive surface is bonded to the die, It is an object of the present invention to provide a press brake die, a cover for covering the die, and a mounting method for preventing the occurrence of the above-mentioned problem and extending the life of the die.
[0023]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a press brake die according to the present invention according to claim 1 extends over the shoulder portion of the die and the bending groove. A fabric with warp and weft In a press brake die provided with a cover, the cover is adhered to the die at a position avoiding the inclined surface of the shoulder portion of the die and the bending groove. Yes, the cover is bonded to the die while holding the deformation region that allows the movement of a part of the cover that tends to move integrally with the workpiece during bending of the workpiece in the portion corresponding to the inclined surface It is characterized by this.
[0024]
Therefore, since the cover is bonded to the die at a position avoiding the inclined surface of the die shoulder and the bending groove, a frictional force is generated between the work and the cover when the work is bent on the cover, Although the cover is drawn toward the bottom of the bending groove, the cover does not reach the bottom of the bending groove even if the number of bending is repeated, and no problem occurs. Further, it is possible to prevent the back surface of the workpiece and the surface of the die from being damaged, and to extend the life of the die.
[0026]
Also Since the cover is bonded to the die while holding the deformation area that allows the movement of a part of the cover that tends to move together with the work when bending the work, the work is bent on the cover. In this case, a frictional force is generated between the workpiece and the cover, and the cover is pulled toward the bottom of the bending groove, but the cover moves only in the deformation area and does not reach the bottom of the bending groove, and no problem occurs. . Further, it is possible to prevent the back surface of the workpiece and the surface of the die from being damaged, and to extend the life of the die.
[0027]
Claim 2 The press brake die of claim 1's In the press brake die, the cover is composed of a cover base material and an adhesive material provided on the back surface of the cover base material with a non-adhesive surface provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cover base material. It is characterized by this.
[0028]
Therefore, when the cover is bonded to the die, the cover base material is bonded to the die with the adhesive material provided on the back surface of the cover base material. At this time, since both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cover base material are not bonded to the die, when the workpiece is bent, the tip of the cover is drawn toward the bottom of the bending groove. Returned. Thus, the cover can withstand multiple bending processes.
[0033]
Claim 3 The cover of the present invention by the cover base and both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cover base As a deformation area that allows the workpiece to move integrally when bending the workpiece Open the non-adhesive surface The cover base material is composed of an adhesive material provided on the back surface of the cover base material, and the cover base material is a woven fabric composed of warp and weft yarns, and is woven so that one end side of the warp yarn is folded back at the cover end surface, One width of the non-adhesive surface in the vertical direction is shorter than the other width Is.
[0034]
Therefore, when the cover is bonded to the die, the cover base material is bonded to the die with the adhesive material provided on the back surface of the cover base material. At this time, since both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cover base material are not bonded to the die, when the workpiece is bent, the tip of the cover is drawn toward the bottom of the bending groove. Returned. Thus, the cover can withstand multiple bending processes.
[0036]
Also The cover base material is a woven fabric composed of warp and weft yarns, and one end side of the warp yarn is woven so that it is folded back at the cover end. Sometimes the weft is held down by the warp and the weft does not fall off. Therefore, the cover base material is used for a long time without being damaged.
[0038]
further Since one width of the non-adhesive surface in the vertical direction is shorter than the other width, when the width of the V-groove is relatively narrow, the non-adhesive surface of the shorter width is compared with the width of the V-groove. In the case of a large width, the longer non-adhesive surface can be used on the inclined surface side of the V-groove, and is selected according to the length of the inclined surface.
[0041]
Claim 4 The press brake die mounting method of the present invention according to Die for press brake Across die shoulder and bend groove Claim 3 When covering the cover, hold the deformation area that allows the movement of the part of the cover that tends to move integrally with the workpiece during bending of the workpiece, corresponding to the inclined surface of the die In order to do this, cover one non-adhesive surface of the cover over the die shoulder and the bending groove. Cover Paste on die It is characterized by that.
[0042]
Therefore, the cover is easily attached by being attached to the die with an adhesive, Claim 1 The same action is performed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

From the above results, the problem did not occur only when the V-groove side bonded end face was made to coincide with the front
[0058]
There are a plurality of types of V width of the die D, and the V width for using the front and rear covers 29 and 31 can be about 5 mm or less when narrow and about 20 mm or more when wide. Further, as described above, the position of the V-groove-side adhesive end face needs to coincide with the front

The durability results are shown in Table 1. A cover was bonded to the die shown in Table 1, and the workpiece shown in Table 1 was bent thereon. At this time, Table 1 shows the total number of bendings when a defect such as a hole is found even in a part of the cover.
[0061]
[Table 1]
The material is a typical type in which this type of sheet metal bending is performed. Further, the plate thickness is a condition where there are many requests for preventing shoulder scratches, which is the object of the present invention.
[0062]
The number of times of bending exceeded 1000 times. Considering that the number of times of bending per day is about 2000, it is sufficient to replace the cover once every half a day. If the replacement frequency is at this level, it is considered that there is no problem in operation, and it is determined that the durability of the cover is sufficient.
[0063]
Moreover, the measurement result of the bending angle of the workpiece | work in the said durability test is shown in FIG. In general, the bending angle varies depending on various factors such as the machine oil temperature and the workpiece thickness tolerance. In this experiment, measurements were performed simultaneously with and without a cover. Then, the difference between the two was obtained, and this value was taken as the variation due to the addition of the cover. FIG. 4 shows this value.
[0064]
SPCC tends to have a large angle during the first bending. Conversely, stainless steel tends to have a smaller angle. When the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the angle under each condition is observed, the result is that the 1.0 t SPCC is 1 ° 25 ′. In this case, the contribution of the abrupt change in angle between the first time and about 300 times is significant. However, it is relatively stable after that, and it seems that there is no problem if it is necessary to pay attention to the bending angle at the first bending. For conditions other than SPCC 1.0 t, the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the angle is within 1 °, and it is determined that there is no practical problem.

【The invention's effect】
As will be understood from the embodiments of the invention as described above, The present invention According to the above, since the cover is bonded to the die at a position avoiding the inclined surface of the die shoulder and the bending groove, a frictional force is generated between the work and the cover when the work is bent on the cover. However, although the cover is pulled toward the bottom of the bending groove, the cover does not reach the bottom of the bending groove even if the number of bending is repeated, and no problem occurs. In addition, it is possible to prevent the back surface of the workpiece and the surface of the die from being damaged, and to extend the life of the die.
[0072]
Also Since the cover is bonded to the die while holding the deformation area that allows the movement of a part of the cover that tends to move together with the work when bending the work, the work is bent on the cover. In this case, a frictional force is generated between the workpiece and the cover, and the cover is pulled toward the bottom of the bending groove, but the cover moves only in the deformation region and does not reach the bottom of the bending groove, causing a problem. Nothing will happen. And while being able to prevent the back surface of a workpiece | work and the surface of die | dye from being damaged, the lifetime of die | dye can be achieved.
[0073]
Claim 2 According to this invention, when the cover is bonded to the die, the cover base material is bonded to the die with the adhesive material provided on the back surface of the cover base material. At this time, since both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cover base material are not bonded to the die, when the workpiece is bent, the tip of the cover is drawn toward the bottom of the bending groove. Returned. Thus, the cover can withstand a plurality of bending processes.
[0076]
Claim 3 According to this invention, when the cover is bonded to the die, the cover base material is bonded to the die with the adhesive material provided on the back surface of the cover base material. At this time, since both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cover base material are not bonded to the die, when the workpiece is bent, the tip of the cover is drawn toward the bottom of the bending groove. Returned. Thus, the cover can withstand a plurality of bending processes.
[0077]
Also The cover base material is a woven fabric composed of warp and weft yarns, and is woven so that one end side of the warp yarn is folded back at the cover end, so that the cover base material is drawn toward the bottom of the bending groove during bending. Sometimes the weft is held down by the warp and the weft does not fall off. Therefore, the cover base material can be used for a long time without being damaged.
[0078]
further Since one width of the non-adhesive surface in the vertical direction is shorter than the other width, when the width of the V-groove is relatively narrow, the non-adhesive surface of the shorter width is compared with the width of the V-groove. In the case of a wide area, the longer non-adhesive surface can be used on the inclined surface side of the V-groove, and can be selected and used according to the length of the inclined surface.
[0080]
Claim 4 According to the invention, the cover is easily attached by being attached to the die with an adhesive, Claim 1 The same effect can be achieved.
