本発明は、柔軟な袋体に収納した内容物を、例えば、袋体の縁部を切り欠いて開口し、内容物の一部を取り出した後、袋体に残された内容物を更に収納して保存し、必要なときに簡単に注出して使用することができるように、柔軟な袋体の開口部に着脱自在に取付けて内容物の保存と取出を可能にした袋用取付キャップ装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、清涼飲料水用、醤油、化粧水、シャンプー等のペットボトルを代表とする比較的硬質なプラスチック容器や、マヨネーズ、ねりわさび、ハンドクリーム、練り歯磨等の押し出しチューブ状容器や、塩、調味料、香辛料等の振り掛け容器等が賞用されてきたが、容器が比較的硬質でかさばり、場所を取り、特に使用後の空き容器が大きな空間を占めるため、廃棄処理等に多大の労力を要する問題があった。
そこで、近年では、使用後に小さく偏平に潰し、折り畳んで廃棄処理することができるように、清涼飲料水、マヨネーズ、香辛料等を柔軟で比較的偏平な袋体に収納して販売するようになった。
しかし、柔軟な袋体は一度開口してしまうと、内容物を収容したまま開口部を塞いで保存し、何度も自在に開口と閉鎖を繰り返して使用することが困難なため、一回で使いきってしまえるように比較的小量の内容物を収納したものが多い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、柔軟な袋体に収納した内容物を、例えば、袋体の縁部を切り欠いて開口し、内容物の一部を取り出した後、袋体に残された内容物を更に収納して保存し、必要なときに簡単に注出して使用することができるように、柔軟な袋体の開口部に着脱自在に取付けて内容物の保存と取出を可能にした袋用取付キャップ装置があれば、内容物を収容したまま開口部を塞いで保存し、何度も開口と閉鎖を繰り返して使用することが簡単にでき、業務用としても柔軟な袋体に比較的大量の内容物を収納して販売することができて便利である。
実用新案公開昭59ー96145号には、袋体の縁部を切り欠くことなく、対向面に凹溝を有するキャップ取付用注出筒体部をも含めて二分割した一対の挟持部材で袋体の縁部を挟持して密封してから、キャップ取付用注出筒体部の上方に突出した袋体の縁角部を切り欠いて開口部とし、挟持部材の密着しないキャップ取付用注出筒体部に連なる凹溝部分の袋体を通して前記開口部から、内容物を取り出す袋用取付キャップ装置が記載されているが、キャップ取付用注出筒体部を細長く形成するときにはその下の挟持部の幅をそれだけ広大に構成しなければならないからキャップ取付用注出筒体部を長く構成できない課題があり、挟持部材が密着しないとは言え、密着面の間に挟まれた凹溝部分の袋体は相互に密着状態にあるから、凹溝部分の袋体を通して袋体開口部から内容物を円滑に注出することは困難になる課題があり、また、袋体開口部から内容物を円滑に注出するため、凹溝部分の袋体に切り込みを入れるとそこから傷が広がり袋体が破損する等の問題が生じることとなる。
特許出願公開平2ー127254号には、キャップ取付用注出筒体部の底部に接着面を持つ広縁部を設け、袋体の表面に接着してから、注出筒体部内の袋体表面を切り取って開封し、内容物の取出と保存ができる袋用取付キャップ装置が記載されているが、キャップ取付用注出筒体部を細長く構成すると注出筒体部内の袋体表面を切り取って開封するのが困難になり、注出筒体を注出しやすいように細長い構成にすることができない課題があり、また、袋体の偏平な表面に接着して取り付けるから、筒体開口部が内容物の取出に便利な袋体の縁角部に形成できない課題があり、接着剤が強力で人体無害でなければならない等の接着剤の選択に課題があり、注出筒体部内の袋体表面を切り取って開封するのが面倒であり、接着部が剥がれた時の修復等の対策が困難であり、また、自由に着脱自在に装着して使用できない等の課題がある。

そこで、本発明は、柔軟な袋体の開口部内に挿入すべき筒状挿入部と、上部開口にキャップを具備して袋体の開口部の上方に突出すべく前記筒状挿入部の上部に一体に設けたキャップ付注出筒状部とからなる注出筒体を設けると共に、前記注出筒体の筒状挿入部とキャップ付注出筒状部との境界付近に、袋開口部の外側から筒体挿入部に圧着する圧着円弧枠部と、その両側に連なる袋開口部を間に挟んで密封する圧着羽片部とからなる圧着枠体を設けたことを特徴とする袋用取付キャップ装置を提供しようとするものである。
本発明の袋用取付キャップ装置によれば、上部開口にキャップを具備する注出筒体の筒体挿入部を袋開口部内に挿入し、筒体挿入部の上部に設けた圧着枠体を袋開口部の外側から圧着させると、筒体挿入部の周囲に袋開口部を挟んで圧着円弧枠部が圧着すると共に、筒体挿入部の両側に連なる袋開口部を圧着羽片部が外側から挟んで圧着して密封することとなり、キャップ付注出筒状部の突出長さ、細長さに係わりなく、袋体の内容物は注出筒体により注出自在に外部に連通すると共に、袋体の開口部内に筒状挿入部が存在することによって、キャップを開いて注出筒体から内容物を確実に外部に取り出すことが自在にでき、また、注出筒体の上部開口のキャップを閉じて、柔軟な袋体に内容物を収納したまま保存できることとなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図示する実施例により本発明の実施の形態を詳細に説明すると、1は上部開口にキャップ2を具備する注出筒体である。キャップ2を装着すべきネジ部16は細身に構成してあり、これに装着したキャップ2の外形が注出筒体1の外形より小さく構成してある。この場合、キャップ2の装着手段はネジ機構に限らず、従来公知の種々の嵌着手段等を採用することができることは勿論である。また、キャップをヒンジ開閉式にしたものを採用する等、種々のキャップ装置を用いることができる。
注出筒体1には、袋開口部内に挿入する筒体挿入部3が設けてある。したがって、注出筒体1は、柔軟な袋体の開口部内に挿入すべき筒状挿入部と、上部開口にキャップを具備して袋体の開口部の上方に突出すべく前記筒状挿入部の上部に一体に設けたキャップ付注出筒状部17とからなる。前記注出筒体1の筒状挿入部3とキャップ付注出筒状部17との境界付近には、袋開口部の外側から筒体挿入部3に圧着する圧着円弧枠部4と、その両側に連なる袋開口部を挟んで密封する圧着羽片部5とからなる圧着枠体6を設けてある。
