For cross polarization, the gain waveform at the time of radiation of the main polarization signal is first taken into a personal computer (hereinafter referred to as a personal computer) 55, and then the leakage waveform at the time of radiation of the reverse polarization signal is taken into the personal computer 55. It is obtained by calculating the gain difference between the two. Considering the influence on the external environment, the leakage waveform can be measured in consideration of fluctuations in the leakage waveform by attaching the LNB 53 to the attachment 56 with a rotation mechanism and rotating the LNB 53.
