本発明は浴槽装置に係り、特に浴槽内の湯を吸い込んで濾過等の清浄化処理を行った後再び浴槽内に噴出させる浴槽湯の清浄化装置のジエット噴出装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
最近、浴槽内の湯を循環ポンプで吸い上げ濾過装置で汚れを濾過し、ヒータで加熱し、さらにはオゾンで殺菌し、湯を絶えず清浄に保ち24時間いつでも入浴できるようにした、いわゆる24時間風呂装置としての浴槽湯清浄化装置が開発され広く利用されるようになった。

この浴槽湯清浄化装置の一例は図4に示す通りであり、活性炭、麦飯石等の各種濾材が充填され湯を濾過するための濾過装置5、湯を強制循環するための循環ポンプ6、湯を適温に保温するためのヒータ7が連結管で互いに直列に連結され、さらに湯中にオゾン化した空気を混入してオゾン殺菌するためのオゾン発生装置としてのオゾンナイザ8が一体として装置本体4に収納されている。

この装置本体4の濾過装置5には浴槽1から清浄化処理する湯を吸い込むための吸湯管3が、ヒータ7には清浄化処理の終わった湯を浴槽1に再び噴出するための噴湯管9が各々接続し浴槽1内の湯2の清浄化処理のための強制循環路が形成されている。

前記したように構成されるジエット噴出装置11は、吸気口18に途中にオゾナイザ8を配備し、先端には電磁弁13を配備した吸気管12が接続され、負圧管16で形成される負圧力に基づいて吸気管12から空気が吸い込まれるようになっている。

前記装置では、浴槽1内の湯2は、循環ポンプ6の作動によりプレフィルタ装置10から大きな汚れを取り除かれつつ吸い上げられ、吸湯管3を介して装置本体4に入り、先ず濾過装置5で濾過され、続いてヒータ7で保温された後、噴湯管9を介してジエット噴出装置11から浴槽1に再び噴出される。

以上のように構成される浴槽湯の清浄化装置は、従来は装置本体4を床に置いたり、壁に取り付けたり、或いは浴槽の縁に乗せたりして浴室内の適当な位置に先ず配置し、次いでプレフィルタ10及びジエット噴出装置11を別々或いは図6に示すように一体の吸噴湯ユニットとして浴槽1の内壁の適当な位置に吸盤等を利用しながら着脱自在に取り付け、最後に装置本体4とプレフィルタ10並びにジエット噴出装置11とをフレキシブルな吸湯管3、噴湯管9及び吸気管12で連結して浴槽1対して配備していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記したように吸噴ユニットを浴槽内に取り付けるタイプの装置では配管が浴室内で見えて見苦しいので、配管が浴室内で一切見えないようにするため装装置本体4を浴室の外に置き浴室の壁を外から通して配管する外置きタイプや、装置本体4を浴室の壁に取り付け壁内を通して配管するユニットバスタイプの装置も最近多く利用されるようになった。

ところがこのようなタイプの装置では、メンテイナンスの都合で吸気管12には逆止弁を浴室の外或いは装置本体4の中のようにジエット噴出装置11の吸気口からかなり離れた位置で取り付けなければならなくなり湯の吸気口18の近くで湯の逆流を防げなくなり、前記したような逆流した湯が管内の折り曲がり部に貯まってしまう問題が起きてしまう。

すなわち、外置きタイプやユニットバスタイプの装置の場合には、図7に示すように、壁22を外から或いは中から通して浴室内に出した吸湯管3、噴湯管9及び吸気管12を、壁22に密着して設置した浴槽1の取付穴20及び21にフランジやパッキンを用いながら固定して取り付けたプレフィルタ10及びジエット噴出装置11に浴槽1の外側で接続し、配管が浴槽1の陰に隠れて浴室内には一切見えないようにする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、濾過装置、循環ポンプヒータ、殺菌装置等の各種清浄化処理機器をまとめて収納した装置本体と浴槽に外側から固定して取付けたプレフィルタ装置並びにジェット噴出装置とを吸湯管並びに噴湯管とで接続して浴槽湯の強制循環路を形成し浴槽内の湯の清浄化処理をする浴槽湯の清浄化装置において、前記ジェット噴出装置を、湯中に混入する空気を吸い込むための吸気管を接続するために先端が開口したジェット本体の後端に吸気口を後方に延ばして設け、前記ジェット本体に嵌め合わせて取付けるための取付板を有するノズル管を前記ジェット本体に装着し、前記ジェット本体に装着された前記ノズル管の後ろに、弁ケースの内部に形成された弁座に弁体を収納し弁蓋で閉じて一体化して形成された逆止弁を配備するとともに、該逆止弁を一体化した状態のまま浴槽内から着脱自在に直接装着するように構成したことを特徴とする浴槽湯の清浄化装置とすることにより課題を解決することができた。
さらに本発明は、前記ジェット噴出装置を、前記ジェット本体に対して前記ノズル管を浴槽内から着脱自在に装着して構成したことにより課題を解決することができた。
