【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、温度制御装置に用いた温度調節器用出力器等の出力制御機器等に用いられるソリッドステートリレーと、このソリッドステートリレーを用いたソリッドステートリレーターミナルに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の温度調節を行う制御装置では、加熱用のヒータが断線することによって、生じる不具合を未然に防止する、あるいは被害を最小限に押えるために、ヒータ断線検出機構としてCTセンサが用いられている場合が多い。

例えば、図7に示すように出力制御機器である出力操作器70にヒータ71を接続し、この出力操作器70を温度調節器72で制御する温度調節制御装置において、ヒータ71の一次配線73をCTセンサ74に挿通し、CTセンサ74による電流検出で電流が基準値を下回った場合に断線と判断するようにしていた。

そして、出力操作器70としては、図9に示すように、その出力部75にソリッドステートリレーSSRを使用し、ヒータ71の一次配線73に挿通したCTセンサ74の出力側を直接に温度調節器72側に接続したものや、図10に示すように、その出力部75にソリッドステートリレーSSRを使用し、ヒータ71の一次配線73に挿通したCTセンサ74を故障検出回路77に接続し、この故障検出回路77の出力側をPLC78側に接続したものがあった。なお、79は内部電源である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記した従来の温度調節制御装置によれば、ヒータ71に、その一次配線73をCTセンサ74に挿通しており、この挿通は、図8の(1)に示すように一次配線73をCTセンサ74の挿通孔74aの中心に直角に通す場合、図8の(2)に示すように一次配線73をCTセンサ74の挿通孔74aの端に直角に通す場合、図8の(3)に示すように一次配線73をCTセンサ74の挿通孔74aに曲げて通す場合、図8の(4)に示すように一次配線73をCTセンサ74の挿通孔74aに斜めに通す場合、図8の(5)に示すように一次配線73をCTセンサ74の挿通孔74aに回転させて通す場合がある。

したがって、ヒータ71にユーザーがCTセンサ74を設置する必要があって、組立工数が多く且つ複雑になり、結果としてコストアップや、品質の低下につながり、また、温度調節制御装置の形状は、CTセンサ74の形状に依存して大きくなる傾向にあったし、また、温度調節制御装置の価格がCTセンサ74のコストに依存し高くなるという問題点があった。

また、CTセンサ74を使用しない負荷電流モニター方法には標準抵抗を使用する場合(出力機器の短絡防止回路等)があるが、この場合、負荷側と絶縁を保ちながら制御側への信号を伝えることができないという問題点があった。

本発明は、上記の問題点に着目して成されたものであって、その第1の目的とするところは、制御機器、例えば温度調節器を人が触っても、感電しないように安全を確保することができるばかりか、制御対象のヒータにユーザーが電流検出部のCTセンサを設置することが不要になって、組立工数を低減することが可能になり、また、設置スペースを小さくすることに寄与するソリッドステートリレーを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の第1の目的を達成するために、本発明に係るソリッドステートリレーは、制御機器からの信号を受ける入力回路部と、負荷電流を開閉する開閉素子を有し且つ負荷電源側に出力端子を介して接続された出力回路部とで構成され且つ入力回路部と出力回路部とが電気的に絶縁されているソリッドステートリレーであって、開閉素子と出力端子との間に設けられ且つ負荷電流が流れる抵抗体と、抵抗体での電圧を処理して制御機器側へ負荷電流モニター信号として出力する負荷電流モニター回路部と、負荷電流モニター回路部を駆動するための電源部とを有し、負荷電流モニター回路部への電源供給および負荷電流モニター回路部からの負荷電流モニター信号の出力を電気的絶縁手段を介して行うようにしたものである。

また、上記した本発明に係るソリッドステートリレーにおいて、電気的絶縁手段が、トライアップ・カプラ、フォト・カプラ又は変圧器であることが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
(実施の形態1)
本発明に係るソリッドステートリレーの実施の形態1を図1に示す。

本発明に係るソリッドステートリレー(SSR)2は、制御対象4の温度を制御する制御機器である温度調節器1と、この制御対象4を加熱する加熱手段であるヒータ3とを組み合わせることにより温度制御装置を構成している。なお、制御対象4には、その温度を検出する温度センサ5が配置される。

温度調節器1は、図2に示すように目標温度などを設定する設定部6と、温度センサ5で検出された現在温度や設定部6で設定された目標値などを表示する表示部7と、警報出力部29Aと、温度センサ5で検出された現在温度が、設定部6で設定された目標温度になるように、ソリッドステートリレー2を制御するCPU8とを備えている。

ソリッドステートリレー2は、制御機器である温度調節器1からの制御信号を受ける入力回路部14Aと、負荷電流を開閉する開閉素子17を有し且つ負荷電源9側に出力端子T1、T2を介して接続された出力回路部14Bと、開閉素子17と出力端子T1との間に設けられ且つ負荷電流が流れる抵抗体20と、この抵抗体20での電圧を処理して温度調節器1側へ負荷電流モニター信号として出力する負荷電流モニター回路部21と、この負荷電流モニター回路部21を駆動するための電源部25とを備えており、入力回路部14Aと出力回路部14Bとは電気的絶縁手段であるトライアック・カプラ16で電気的に絶縁されており、負荷電流モニター回路部21への電源供給は電気的絶縁手段である変圧器24を介して行われており、また、負荷電流モニター回路部21から温度調節器1への負荷電流モニター信号の出力は電気的絶縁手段であるフォト・カプラ22を介して行われている。

入力回路部14Aは、入力端子S1、S2に接続されたトライアック・カプラ16の発信側(発光ダイオード)16aを有している。

そして、出力回路部14Bは、負荷電源9からの負荷電流をヒータ3に供給する。そして、この出力回路部14Bは、トライアック・カプラ16の受信側16bと、開閉素子(トライアック)17と、ノイズ吸収機能を有するスナバ回路18と、ノイズ吸収機能を有するバリスタ19とを有している。

そして、トライアック・カプラ16の受信側16bと開閉素子17とスナバ回路18とバリスタ19とは出力端子T1、T2に対して配線28A、28Bを介して並列に接続してあり、トライアック・カプラ16の受信側16bは開閉素子17にゲート電流を供給するようにしてある。そして、開閉素子17と出力端子T1との間には負荷電流が流れる抵抗体20が設けてある。

負荷電流モニター回路部21の入力側には抵抗体20の両端側が接続してあり、また、負荷電流モニター回路部21の出力側はフォト・カプラ22を介して出力端子U1、U2に接続してある。そして、出力端子U1、U12は信号線29、30を介して温度調節器1の信号入力端子31、32に接続してあり、CPU8に入力されるようにしてある。

また、負荷電流モニター回路部21を駆動するための電源部25は、変圧器 (DCーDCコンバータ)24と駆動電源26とを備えており、変圧器24の一次側コイルは接続端子W1、W2に接続してあり、変圧器24の二次側コイルは駆動電源26の入力側に接続してあり、駆動電源26の出力側は負荷電流モニター回路部21に接続してある。そして、接続端子W1、W2には外部電源27が接続してある。なお、DCーDCコンバータ24は直流を一度交流に変換した後、変圧器で降圧して整流することにより直流電圧の変圧を行う装置である。

負荷電流モニター回路部21は、抵抗体20で検出された電流を負荷電流モニター信号として出力する機能を有しており、例えば、抵抗体20で検出された、この抵抗体20の両端電圧である負荷電流検出信号を増幅する増幅手段(図示せず)と、この増幅手段により増幅された負荷電流検出信号(電圧)を全波整流する全波整流手段(図示せず)と、全波整流手段で全波整流された負荷電流検出信号(電圧)を大きく増幅する増幅手段(図示せず)と、この増幅手段により増幅された負荷電流検出信号(電圧)の波形をスレッシュして方形波を形成するコンパレータ(図示せず)とを備えている。

したがって、図3の(2)に示す負荷電流aが抵抗体20に流れて、この抵抗体20の両端電圧が図3の(3)に示す負荷電流検出信号bとして取り出される。この場合、負荷電流aは、並列された複数のヒータ3に供給されるものであり、いずれかのヒータ3が故障して電流値の減少が生じ波形が変化している。

そして、負荷電流検出信号bは増幅手段により増幅された後、図3の(4)に示すように全波整流手段により全波整流されて増幅手段により増幅される。そして、増幅された負荷電流検出信号(電圧)の波形はコンパレータによりスレッシュされて、図3の(5)に示す比較電圧としての方形波に成形され、負荷電流の大きさに対応してパルス幅が変化する負荷電流モニター信号として出力される。なお、図3の(6)に示す信号は平滑された状態の負荷電流モニター信号である。

上記したソリッドステートリレー2において、その出力回路部14Bでは、トライアック・カプラ16により制御機器側である温度調節器1と負荷電源9側とを電気的に絶縁している。

また、負荷電流モニター回路部21では、その抵抗体20が、出力回路部14の配線28A側に出力端子T1に対して開閉素子17と直列に接続して組み込まれている関係上、負荷電流モニター回路部21と制御機器側である温度調節器1とを電気的に絶縁する必要がある。このために、負荷電流モニター回路部21の出力側にはフォト・カプラ22が使用してあり、また、負荷電流モニター回路部21の電源部25の電源供給系には変圧器24が組み込まれている。

したがって、制御機器側である温度調節器1は、上記したようにトライアック・カプラ16、フォト・カプラ22及び変圧器24により負荷電源9側から確実に電気的に絶縁されていて、温度調節器1を人が触っても、感電しないように安全が確保されている。

次に、上記のように構成されたソリッドステートリレー2を用いた温度制御装置の作動を説明する。

まず、温度制御を開始して、温度調節器1のCPU8が制御信号イを出力し、この制御信号イはソリッドステートリレー2のトライアック・カプラ16の送信側に入力し、発光ダイオード16aが発光することで光信号に変えてトライアック・カプラ16の受信側16bに伝え、この受信側6bから開閉素子17にゲート電流が供給され、この開閉素子17が作動して負荷電流をヒータ3に流し、ヒータ3が発熱して制御対象4を加熱する。

出力回路部14Bでは、抵抗体20によって、そのときの通電状態を検出する。また、温度センサ5で検出された現在温度が設定部6で設定された目標温度になるようにCPU8はソリッドステートリレー2を制御する。

負荷電流モニター回路部21は、温度調節器1のCPU8に接続されていて抵抗体20で通電を監視しており、モニター電流をCPU8に送信し、ヒータ3が故障するか断線するかして、モニター電流の有無、モニター電流の方形波が変化した場合にCPU8はヒータ3が断線等したと判断し、表示部7にその旨を表示し、また、警報出力部29Aから警報を出力する。

上記した本発明の実施の形態1によれば、ソリッドステートリレー2がトライアック・カプラ16で、制御機器側である温度調節器1と負荷電源9側とを絶縁することができるし、また、負荷電流モニター回路部21では、その抵抗体20が、出力回路部14に組み込まれている関係上、負荷電流モニター回路部21と制御機器側である温度調節器1とを電気的に絶縁する必要があるが、このために、負荷電流モニター回路部21の出力側にはフォト・カプラ22が使用してあり、また、負荷電流モニター回路部21の電源部25には変圧器(DC−DCコンバータ)24が組み込まれていて、制御機器側である温度調節器1は、トライアック・カプラ15、フォト・カプラ22及び変圧器(DC−DCコンバータ)24により負荷電源9側から確実に電気的に絶縁されていて、温度調節器1を人が触っても、感電しないように安全を確保することができる。

本発明に係るソリッドステートリレー2−1は、開閉素子17のオン故障検出や断線検出などの故障検出機能を備えている。すなわち、このソリッドステートリレー2−1は、制御機器である温度調節器40からの制御信号を受ける入力回路部41Aと、負荷電流を開閉する開閉素子17を有し且つ負荷電源9側に出力端子T1、T2を介して接続された出力回路部41Bと、開閉素子17と出力端子T1との間に設けられ且つ負荷電流が流れる抵抗体42と、故障検出回路部43とを有しており、この故障検出回路部43は、制御信号イの入力側と、負荷電流検出信号ロの入力側と、故障検出信号ハの出力側とを備えている。なお、入力回路部41A及び出力回路部41Bは、上記した本発明の実施の形態1における入力回路部14Aと及び出力回路部14Bと同構成であり、抵抗体42は抵抗体20と同様に出力回路部41Bに組み込んである。

そして、故障検出回路部43における制御信号イの入力側は入力回路部41Aに電気的絶縁手段であるフォト・カプラ44を介して接続してあり、故障検出回路部43における負荷電流検出信号ロの入力側は出力回路部41Bに組み込まれた抵抗体42の両端側に接続してある。また、故障検出回路部43における故障検出信号ハの出力側は電気的絶縁手段であるフォト・カプラ45を介して出力端子U1、U2に接続してある。そして、出力端子U1、U12は信号線46、47を介してコントローラ48に接続してある。
