いうまでもなく、調理用蓋のつまみは蓋の着脱の便宜のために設けられるものであるが、断熱性が要求されることから材料に制限があり、例えば、金属製のつまみのようなものは通常は用いられない。

上記の課題を解決するために、この発明は、調理器の蓋中央部にねじ止めされる調理器用蓋のつまみにおいて、そのつまみを、つまみ本体と、そのつまみ本体と蓋との間に介在されるスペーサと、前記つまみ本体に被せられるキャップ状のつまみ飾りとにより構成し、前記つまみ本体のボス部のセンターにねじ部を設け、そのボス部の周りに前記スペーサを嵌合し、前記つまみ飾りの下端縁に設けた係止片を前記つまみ本体外周縁の下面に折込み、蓋側のねじ部とのねじ結合により前記つまみ本体を蓋に締付けるとともに前記スペーサを蓋とつまみ本体との間で押圧し、該スペーサの押圧により前記つまみ飾りの係止片を該スペーサとつまみ本体外周縁との間で挟着した構成を採用した。

【発明の実施形態】
以下、添付図面に基づいてこの発明の実施形態を説明する。図1に示すように、実施形態のつまみ1は、ステンレス鋼製の蓋2の中央部に設けられた緩やかな円錐台形の取付け部3上に固定したねじ4により取付けられるものであり、つまみ本体5、スペーサ6及びつまみ飾り7とにより構成される。
