【0001】

【0070】

[0017]
Claim8In the invention described in (1), an anti-rattle spacer used in a rodless cylinder including a moving body having a structure in which a piston portion inside a cylinder tube and a slider portion outside the cylinder tube are connected so as to be integrally movable. A rod-less cylinder anti-rattle spacer characterized by having a plate-like portion loosely inserted in a gap formed between a portion of the movable body exposed outside the cylinder tube and an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder tube. The gist.
[0018]
Claim9The invention described in claim 18In the above, it has a locking portion that can be locked to the moving body.
Claim10The invention described in
[0019]
Claim11In the invention described in (1), a rattling prevention spacer used in a rodless cylinder having a connecting means for connecting a piston in the cylinder tube and a slider outside the cylinder tube so as to be integrally movable. A locking portion that can be locked to both end surfaces of the connecting portion of the connecting means exposed to the outside in the traveling direction; an outer periphery of the slider connecting portion and the cylinder tube that is located between the locking portions; The gist of the present invention is an anti-rattle spacer for a rodless cylinder, which has a plate-like portion loosely inserted in a gap formed by a flat portion of the surface.
[0021]
The “action” of the present invention will be described below.
Claim1According to the invention described in the above, the sliding member is always pressed against both the members by providing play between the exposed portion and the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder tube and the sliding member. It will not become. Therefore, as a result of the sliding resistance being suppressed to a small value, the operability of the moving body is improved and the sliding member is less likely to be worn early. Further, when it is necessary to prevent rattling, the sliding member becomes an obstruction of the slider portion about to sink, and receives the load. Therefore, rattling of the slider portion is prevented. Furthermore, this configuration not only eliminates the need for additional machining and the like, but also simplifies the configuration, so that the cost can be reduced.
[0022]
Claim2According to the invention described in (2), by providing play between the slider connected portion and the cylinder tube outer peripheral surface and the sliding member, the sliding member does not always press against both the members. . In addition, since the sliding member is interposed in the gap formed by the slider coupled portion and the flat portion of the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder tube, the surface pressure received by the sliding member during sliding is also reduced.
[0023]
By the synergistic action of the above two items, the sliding resistance is suppressed to a smaller value. As a result, the operability of the slider is further improved, and the sliding member is less likely to be worn early. Also, when it is necessary to prevent rattling, the sliding member becomes an obstacle to the slider about to sink and receives the load. Therefore, rattling of the slider is prevented. Furthermore, this configuration not only eliminates the need for additional machining and the like, but also simplifies the configuration, so that the cost can be reduced.
[0024]
Claim3, 4According to the invention described in (1), when it is necessary to prevent rattling, the loosely inserted plate-like portion becomes an obstacle of the slider to be submerged and receives the load. Further, the locking portion is locked to the end surface in the traveling direction of the slider connected portion, so that the displacement is prevented and the sliding member is prevented from falling off. Especially claims4If there are engaging portions on both end surfaces in the traveling direction as described above, positional displacement is more reliably prevented. Furthermore, with this configuration, it is only necessary to insert the plate-like portion into the gap after the slider is removed from the connecting means, so that the assemblability is excellent.
[0025]
Claim5According to the invention described in (4), the foreign matter in front of the slider is blown off to the outside in the width direction of the cylinder tube by contacting the inclined surface. As a result, the foreign matter in the gap is discharged to the outside, and the probability that the foreign matter enters the cylinder tube through the slit is reduced. Therefore, the dust resistance and drip resistance of the cylinder are surely improved.
[0026]
Claim6Since the scraper part scrapes off and removes the foreign matter on the upper surface of the seal belt, the probability that the foreign matter enters the cylinder tube through the slit is reduced. Therefore, even if the scraper originally provided in the slider is omitted, it is possible to ensure high dust resistance and drip resistance.
[0027]
Claim7According to the invention described in (1), the use of a resin that is resistant to wear increases the life of the spacer itself and improves the durability of the entire apparatus. Resin is a relatively inexpensive material and has the advantage that it can be easily molded into a desired shape. This is advantageous for cost reduction and ease of manufacture.
[0029]
Claim8According to the invention described in (1), when it is necessary to prevent rattling, the plate-like portion becomes an obstacle to the slider portion to sink, and the load of the slider portion is received. Further, since the plate-like portion is loosely fitted, it is not always pressed against other members, and the sliding resistance is suppressed to a small value.
[0030]
Claim9, 10According to the invention described in (1), the locking portion is locked to the movable body side, so that the displacement is prevented and the sliding member is prevented from falling off.
Claim11According to the invention described in (2), if the plate-like portion of the rattling-preventing spacer is loosely inserted into the gap, when the rattling prevention is necessary, the obstruction of the slider that the plate-like portion tends to sink. Then, the load of the slider is received. Moreover, since the plate-like portion is inserted so as to be in sliding contact with the flat portion of the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder tube, the surface pressure received during sliding is reduced, and the sliding resistance is suppressed to a small value.
[0031]
Further, the locking portion is locked to the end surface in the traveling direction of the slider connected portion, so that the displacement is surely prevented, and the sliding member is prevented from falling off. Further, with this configuration, it is only necessary to insert the plate-like portion into the gap after removing the slider from the connecting means. Therefore, it can be made extremely excellent in assemblability.
