Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a self-emulsifying bath agent that is excellent in emulsifying property, does not cause oil floating even after reheating and re-boiling, and has a moist feeling after bathing for a long time and has a good feel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a self-emulsifying bath, a combination of various surfactants and oil components has been proposed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 61-176520, 61-227519, and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-157285). etc). Saturated hydrocarbons that are liquid at room temperature such as liquid paraffin blended in these bathing agents give a moist feeling to the skin, but since hydrocarbons are highly hydrophobic, a large amount of surfactants and ester oils are used. By using together, emulsification dispersibility when dissolved in bath water is enhanced. However, bathing agents containing a large amount of a surfactant or ester oil do not have a moist feeling during bathing, and depending on the surfactant, a person with particularly sensitive skin may feel irritation. In order to enhance the moist feeling, just reducing the surfactant and ester oil and increasing the amount of hydrocarbons instead makes the emulsification extremely worse, and the skin becomes slimy and sticky and feels bad during and after bathing. The emulsifiability and skin feel could not be satisfied at the same time.
[0003]
Therefore, the present applicant has proposed a bathing agent that is well emulsified and dispersed when dissolved by blending an oily component containing a liquid oil having a flash point of less than 200 ° C. and a specific emulsifier, and that gives a moist feeling during bathing. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-36250). However, although this bath agent has good emulsification dispersibility at the time of dissolution, oil floatation may occur after additional cooking or re-boiling. In addition, a good moist feeling can be obtained during bathing, but the moist feeling does not last after bathing, and the skin becomes thicker over time.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a self-emulsifying bath agent that is excellent in emulsifying properties and that has a good feel and that feels for a long time after bathing.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventors of the present invention have a self-emulsifying bath that combines a specific amount of ester oil, hydrocarbon, and nonionic surfactant, and has excellent emulsifying properties, and oil floatation occurs even after reheating and reheating. Furthermore, it was found that a moist feeling was obtained during the bathing without stickiness, and that the skin was soft after bathing.
[0006]
The present invention provides (A) ester oil of 1% by weight or more and less than 10% by weight,
(B) 5% by weight or more of a nonionic surfactant formed by combining two or more nonionic surfactants of HLB 9.5 to 12 and one or more of nonionic surfactants of HLB 14 to 16 A self-emulsifying bath containing less than wt% and (C) 70 wt% or more of liquid hydrocarbon at 25 ° C. is provided.

[0010]
Among these, it is preferable to use a combination of three or more, and it is particularly preferable to use a combination of two or more of HLB 9.5 to 12 and one or more of HLB 14 to 16 in total. . Note that the HLB was obtained by the Griffin equation.
Further, in these nonionic surfactants, it is preferable that all fatty acid residues in the molecule are oleic acid.
[0011]
The total amount of the nonionic surfactant of component (B) is 5% by weight or more and less than 17% by weight, preferably 7 to 12% by weight, particularly preferably 8 to 10% by weight in the total composition. If it is less than 5% by weight, sufficient emulsifiability cannot be obtained, and if it is 17% by weight or more, sufficient moist feeling cannot be obtained.

[0014]
The bathing agent of the present invention further includes components used in ordinary bathing agents, such as inorganic salts, organic acids, herbal medicines, pigments, vitamins, fragrances, sulfur, hot water, mica powder, neutral clay, fungicides, etc. Can be appropriately blended.
[0015]
The bathing agent of the present invention can be produced by a usual method, and its form is preferably liquid, and an appropriate amount of water is added in the range of 0.01 to 3% by weight in order to improve the stability of the preparation. Is preferred.
[0016]
The bathing agent of the present invention is a self-emulsifying type, and emulsifies and becomes cloudy when put into bath water. In particular, when dissolved in 40 ° C. bath water, the average particle diameter of the emulsified particles is preferably 3 μm or less, more preferably 2 μm or less.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】

[0019]
(Evaluation methods)
(1) Emulsification:
When 30 g of each bathing agent is dissolved in 40 ° C. and 180 L bath water (when dissolved), when this bath water is allowed to cool for 6 hours and then re-cooked to 40 ° C. (after additional cooking), from the time of further dissolution Emulsification (oil floating) in each of the cases when the mixture was boiled again after 24 hours and again brought to 40 ° C. (after reboiling) was visually judged based on the following criteria.
A: No oil floating.
○: Almost no oil floating.
Δ: There is considerable oil floating.
X: Oil floating is remarkable.
[0020]
(2) Skin feel:
10 housewives with subjective symptoms of roughness and rough skin, bathe each bathing agent for 10 minutes in the same bath as in (1), feel the skin immediately after bathing (moist feeling), and 1 hour later The feel of the skin (no roughness) was sensory evaluated according to the following criteria, and the average score was obtained.
Comparative products 2, 3 and 4 were not evaluated because they had a lot of oil floating and could not be used.
