BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dehumidifier using a refrigeration apparatus, and more particularly to a dehumidifier that can prevent mold growth by controlling operation at a low humidity for a certain period of time.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The humidity that a person can spend comfortably is in the range of 55% to 70%. Therefore, the lower limit relative humidity of operation OFF in the dehumidifying apparatus using the conventional refrigeration apparatus is generally about 55% to 65%. It has also been found that mold can be prevented when the relative humidity is always kept below 60%. However, it is problematic to keep it at 60% or less by a dehumidifying device in terms of noise and running cost.
[0003]
Therefore, there is a drying device that has a mold prevention effect in a short time by further reducing the relative humidity, and is disclosed, for example, in JP-A-11-237087 as a bathroom drying device. FIG. 9 is a configuration diagram showing an example of the drying apparatus. In the figure, when a switch (not shown) is turned ON, or when a user instructs operation start using a controller (not shown), the apparatus starts operation. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the bathroom drying apparatus configured as described above, only a condition of relative humidity of 40% or less causes excessive drying in a general living space, and maintaining the relative humidity condition for 1 hour or more has a high running cost. There was a problem of becoming.
[0007]
Moreover, in the dehumidifying apparatus using the refrigeration apparatus, there is a problem that the condition that it should be 40% or less is particularly difficult when the temperature is low, such as in winter, because the capacity of the compressor or the like is difficult.
[0008]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and it is intended to obtain a dehumidifier capable of stopping the growth of mycelia and preventing the growth of mold by the relative humidity according to the place of use and the purpose. Objective.

There are a wide variety of molds that inhabit and breed in ordinary households, but the prevalence of eutrophic mold Eurotium herbalium (about 60%) is high.
FIG. 4 shows the anti-mold effect of the above mold due to low humidity. After culturing these molds in an environment with a relative humidity of 90% for 3 days, the molds were placed in low-humidity environments of 40%, 50% and 60% every 2 hours, 4 hours and 6 hours, respectively, and then again with a relative humidity of 90% The hyphal length does not change even after returning to the previous environment. That is, the mycelium is killed and further breeding can be prevented. Note that the hyphal growth cannot be suppressed by 55% treatment for 5 hours.

Alternatively, the measurement of the operation time may be started when the relative humidity reaches 60%, and the operation time may be integrated. For example, when the selected humidity is 40%, first, the time from when the humidity becomes 60% to when it reaches 50% is counted. Then, the time until it becomes 50% to 40% when it becomes 50% is recounted. And when it becomes 40% and 6 hours or more have passed since the timer started, the operation of the

The dehumidifier in the present embodiment is provided with heating control means for raising the room temperature before performing the dehumidifying action in order to reduce the duration of the set relative humidity. In particular, in a cold region, it is difficult to raise the room temperature only by heating the condenser, so a heating control means is necessary.
The relative humidity of air varies with temperature. Since the amount of water vapor that air can contain increases as the temperature increases, the same absolute humidity, that is, when a certain amount of water is contained in a certain amount of air, the lower the temperature, the higher the relative humidity and the lower the temperature by 1 ° C. Relative humidity increases by about 5%. On the other hand, since the relative humidity is lower when the temperature of the air is higher, raising the room temperature is an effective method for preventing mold.

In this dehumidifier, the mold has different drying resistance depending on the growth environment, so that the low humidity control time is changed according to the humidity before the operation so that the mold can be reliably prevented.
In general, mold grown at high humidity is less drought resistant than mold grown at low humidity. Molds grown at 70% need to be placed in a low humidity environment several to 10 times longer than molds grown at 95%, and 60% will not die even after 24 hours. Therefore, mold grown at 70% needs to be set at a low humidity of 40% and 50%.

【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the dehumidifier according to the present invention includes a compressor disposed in the main body, a humidity sensor for detecting the relative humidity in the room, and a compressor based on the detected amount of the humidity sensor. A dehumidifier having a control unit for controlling the humidity, the control unit is configured by the humidity setting switch. Based on the set humidity set between 40% and 60%, the compressor is operated so that the relative humidity in the room maintains the set humidity between 40% and 60%, and the operation time is It is a time obtained in advance according to the set humidity as a time during which the hyphae can be killed and further propagation can be prevented, and is a time set so as to become shorter as the set humidity becomes lower Therefore, mycelia can be killed efficiently and further breeding can be prevented.
[0044]
In addition, a heater for heating the air released from the dehumidifier is provided in the dehumidifier body, and a temperature sensor for detecting the room temperature is provided in the dehumidifier body, and the controller heats the heater according to the room temperature. After reducing the relative humidity in the room, According to the humidity set by the humidity setting switch Said compressor operation Because the control is performed, especially in cold areas where the temperature is low before the operation, the temperature decreases before the compressor is operated. By running and dehumidifying, running costs such as electricity bills can be reduced. In addition, the time to reach the set humidity can be shortened.
[0045]
Further, the control unit is configured such that the indoor relative humidity is between 40% and 60% based on the set humidity by the humidity setting switch and the relative humidity before the dehumidifier is operated by the humidity sensor. The compressor is operated so as to maintain the set humidity, and the relative humidity before the dehumidifier operation by the humidity sensor is determined to belong to a range of a plurality of preliminarily classified humidity ranges. It is determined whether or not the humidity set by the humidity setting switch coincides with one or a plurality of predetermined humidity corresponding to the range. If any of the humidity matches, the humidity set by the humidity setting switch Is the set humidity for maintaining the relative humidity in the room, and the operation time for maintaining the set humidity is the range where the humidity value is lower in the range to which the relative humidity before the dehumidifier operation by the humidity sensor belongs. Set to be longer Therefore, for molds that have different drought resistance depending on the growth environment, the low humidity control time can be varied according to the humidity before the operation to prevent mold growth efficiently and reliably. be able to.
[0046]
Also, A release part that volatilizes the antibacterial, fungicide or insect repellent is provided in the body, and the control part operates the release part for a predetermined time. As a result, a synergistic effect of humidity control and antibacterial, antifungal or insect repellent can be obtained.
