Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gas turbine plant that generates power using the power of a gas turbine.

As shown in FIG. 1, the gas turbine plant includes a gas turbine that is a prime mover including elements of a

[0005]
Now, as described above, it has been described that the natural gas used as the fuel in the use stage is generated by heat exchange between the LNG and the seawater. In this case, the cold heat of the LNG is dumped into the seawater. Therefore, it has been a problem in terms of effective use of energy. In addition, there has been concern that the temperature of the seawater will be lowered and the marine ecosystem will be adversely affected.
[0006]
In order to solve the above problem, an example of an apparatus for generating electricity by effectively using the cold heat of LNG has already been disclosed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
According to this configuration, the liquefaction is promoted by cooling the carbon dioxide using the cold heat of LNG, and the carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas is separated by cooling the exhaust gas using the liquefied carbon dioxide. Then, the carbon dioxide vaporized by being used for cooling the exhaust gas is returned to the gas turbine and circulated again.
[0007]
As a result, a closed circuit in which carbon dioxide circulates as a working fluid of the gas turbine is configured, and combustion is controlled by introducing carbon dioxide, oxygen, and vaporized LNG, respectively, on the suction side of the gas turbine. Thus, it is said that generation of nitrogen oxides can be suppressed. It is also disclosed that the compressor is not required because the carbon dioxide supplied to the gas turbine is relatively cold and already at high pressure.
[0008]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-159318 A (paragraph 21-30, FIG. 1)
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In most of the gas turbine plants described above, most of the cold LNG is dumped into seawater, and there has been concern about adverse effects on the marine ecosystem caused by the temperature drop of seawater. In addition, since seawater is used, facilities for vaporizing LNG are likely to corrode, and there are concerns about harmful effects such as failure of the vaporization equipment due to generation of marine organisms.
[0010]
For this reason, as disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, a method for cooling the exhaust gas using the cold heat of LNG and circulating it while taking out carbon dioxide as a liquid has been studied. There is room for further improvement in the method of further improving the efficiency.
[0011]
That is, when carbon dioxide is circulated in a gas turbine plant, it is difficult to start the gas turbine by introducing carbon dioxide, unlike when the gas turbine is operated by introducing air.
Moreover, although it is specified as a main effect | action that heat exchange is performed between carbon dioxide and LNG, when these boiling points are compared, as shown in FIG. 4, the boiling point of carbon dioxide is about −79 ° C. (solid → Gas) On the other hand, the boiling point of LNG is far from about −162 ° C., so it is difficult to say that it is the best in terms of utilization of cold energy.
Further, the suppression of the emission of nitrogen oxides is due to the control of combustion, and since complete removal is difficult, there is room for further improvement in this respect.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a gas turbine plant with high energy utilization efficiency that effectively utilizes the cold energy of liquefied fuel and eliminates the discharge of carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides. For the purpose.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
[0015]
The invention described in claim 1 includes a compressor that compresses an introduced gas, a combustor that generates combustion gas by mixing and burning the gas and fuel, and a turbine that is rotated by the combustion gas. In the gas turbine plant, a nitrogen circulation circuit for taking in exhaust gas discharged from the turbine and supplying nitrogen in the exhaust gas to the compressor is provided, and the nitrogen circulation circuit is exhausted from the turbine. Denitrification means for removing nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas, dehydration means for condensing moisture in the exhaust gas using the cold heat of the fuel, and denitrification for solidifying carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas using the cold heat of the fuel A carbon dioxide gas means, and compresses nitrogen through the decarbonation gas means and mixes and burns with the fuel .
[0016]
According to such a configuration, the exhaust gas discharged from the turbine is generated into the same nitrogen (N 2 ) as the nitrogen already contained in part by the denitration means, the dehydration means, and the decarbonization gas means. The obtained nitrogen is supplied to the compressor through the nitrogen circulation circuit. Then, the nitrogen compressed by the compressor is supplied to the combustor. That is, the nitrogen contained in the exhaust gas and the nitrogen generated from the exhaust gas circulate through a nitrogen circulation circuit that is a substantially closed circuit as part of the working fluid of the gas turbine plant, and the compressor, the combustor, and the turbine Will follow.
[0017]
According to a second aspect of the invention, in the gas turbine plant according to claim 1, wherein, in the nitrogen circulation circuit, the nitrogen cooling heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the nitrogen and the fuel flowing through the said circuit It is characterized by being provided.
[0018]
According to such a configuration, the nitrogen supplied to the compressor is cooled by taking heat from the fuel by exchanging heat with the fuel, and the fuel takes heat of nitrogen. It will be stolen and heated.
[0019]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the gas turbine plant according to the first or second aspect , the nitrogen circulation circuit includes an exhaust gas flowing through the circuit and the gas compressed by the compressor. A regenerator for exchanging heat between the two is provided.
[0020]
According to such a configuration, the exhaust gas having nitrogen exhausted from the turbine is cooled by taking heat of the gas by heat exchange with the gas compressed by the compressor, and the compressor The gas having nitrogen compressed in
[0021]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the gas turbine plant according to any one of the first to third aspects of the present invention, the decarbonation gas means is a CO 2 stirrer that stirs the generated carbon dioxide solid. Means are provided.
[0022]
According to such a configuration, the exhaust gas introduced into the decarbonation means effectively mixes with the low-temperature nitrogen by taking the cold heat of the fuel, and has reached the stage below the boiling point of carbon dioxide Solidify with.

According to the gas turbine plant 1 in the present embodiment described above, the following effects can be obtained.
The cold heat of LNG can be used effectively in the gas turbine plant. Along with this, there is no negative impact on the marine ecosystem. Further, the environment can be preserved because carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides are not released into the atmosphere.
Moreover, by using nitrogen as a working fluid, the LNG's cold energy can be used effectively and efficiently, and the thermal efficiency of the gas turbine plant can be improved. Further, compared to a conventional gas turbine plant using carbon dioxide as a working fluid, the gas turbine can be activated in the same manner as activation by air. Furthermore, it becomes possible to keep the temperature of the gas supplied to the compressor low, and it is possible to increase the output due to the temperature decrease on the suction side, that is, increase the power generation efficiency by improving the thermal efficiency. Moreover, since it is the manufacturing method of oxygen by the cold heat of LNG, the manufacturing cost of oxygen can be held down.

【The invention's effect】
The gas turbine plant of the present invention described above has the following effects.
[0041]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently separate the components of the exhaust gas by efficiently using the cold energy of the fuel, avoiding the generation of fuel by seawater and adversely affecting the marine ecosystem. There is nothing. Further, nitrogen oxides and carbon dioxide are not released into the atmosphere, and the environment can be preserved. Further, the cold energy of the fuel can be used efficiently without waste, and the thermal efficiency of the gas turbine plant can be improved.
[0042]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the temperature of nitrogen, which is the working fluid of the gas turbine plant, is kept low to increase the output due to the temperature drop on the suction side of the compressor, that is, increase the power generation efficiency by improving the thermal efficiency. Can do. Further, the cold energy of the fuel can be used efficiently without waste.
[0043]
According to the third aspect of the invention, the exhaust heat discharged from the turbine is released by the regenerator so that the temperature of the exhaust gas can be kept low, and the output is increased due to the temperature decrease on the suction side of the compressor. That is, the power generation efficiency can be increased by improving the thermal efficiency. Moreover, the heat required for the combustor can be reduced by heating the compressed gas and sending it to the combustor.
[0044]
According to the invention of claim 4 , carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas is efficiently mixed with cryogenic nitrogen by the CO 2 stirring means, and the carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas is quickly separated as a solid. Can do.
